We had a pool built by Skip and Logan. Very happy with how it turned out. It was done about as fast as the rainy 2023-24 winter would allow. They were out here just about every day the workers were out here so I was always able to check in with them. It was a much better experience then what my parents went through with one of the bigger pool builders. It is now clear to me why Polar Pools has 5 stars while the builders do not. read more

Fastest Pool Builders in Queen Creek! This whole crew is amazing. Wonderful family owned and operated business. Excellent knowledge and attention to detail. Skip, Logan, and Barbara have been on the ball from day one. Start to finish in 3 months. Being new to the area and unsure of all the pool companies, I appreciated how Skip was himself, and not trying to sell me an impression of himself or his company. He's a no BS kinda guy, but so am I, so I called his bluff. He delivered with a smile. They know their stuff, their good at it, and they get it done. read more

Polar pools is 100% in my opinion the best pool company you can find. Pool companies are swamped right now and all extremely busy. I was warned by many family members and friends before I built a pool on how many headaches and problems could arise. I am happy to report I did not deal with a single one with polar pools. Upon interviewing many pool companies skip and Barbara are in a League all their own. Skip is a straight shooter and makes sure you get what you need for your pool without ridiculous expenses. He listens to exactly what you want and puts a design together that is exactly what you ask for! This is not the case with many other companies. You also deal with the owners start to finish and they oversee your project through. I can assure you that you won't find a better more thorough team nor will the owner of a pool company be at your project site. They care about your pool , their reputation and run a tight ship. I was shocked to see skip overseeing my project making sure everything was exactly the way it was supposed to. There he was 5 am overseeing the crew that was digging my pool. My family's mind was blown to see what a gorgeous pool he put in my yard. All the latest technology too. To open your phone to turn on your water feature or choose a specific light show is such an amazing addition. I trusted skips professional opinion as he didn't come out and try to sell me on ridiculous things as well as built exactly what I wanted to a t. Barbara is prompt and ontop of it when I called for a question I was shocked to see how quickly she was there. I can't thank you enough for building our new spot for all of our summer memories. Thank you for your dedication and the absolute beautiful addition to our yard. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone because in my opinion no one can build a pool like them. Thank you guys! read more

We recently moved to AZ from Washington state with no clue about the process of getting a pool installed at our new home. We interviewed 6 different companies and ultimately went with Polar Pools. We are so happy with our choice! Skip and Barbara have been great every step of the way - very hands on, making sure the work was being done as promised and that we are happy with it. They have given us a beautiful pool in our limited back yard space with a feature wall and a surround for a separate hot tub so it looked like a seamless addition. All of this work was done in about 45 days at a very reasonable price (probably would have been less time had we not encountered some difficulties with our spa purchase from Costco). We have recommended them already to friends and neighbors and would use them again if we ever move and build another pool! Thank you Skip, Barbara and the crews at Polar Pools & Spas! read more

Polar pools did a spectacular job. I semi flip houses and have had 4 pools built in the past 5 years. I interviewed 2 other small to midsized pool builders in SE Valley and chose Polar. Skip was on it from day one. He is pretty much a one man shop, so you get him and only him from day one. The pool came out beautiful, and on budget to the penny. Skip was present with each phase and we completed in about 24 days. He will build my next one. read more

100% recommend Polar pools and spas. 30 days ago we broke ground and today it's finished. It is EXACTLY what we wanted. Every single phase was quick, smooth and done perfectly. Skip and Barbara treat you like family, answer any questions you have and make sure your project keeps moving. A pool is a big decision and a big investment. Skip and Barbara have built relationships with, and have put together an awesome team that makes sure the finished product exceeds your expectations. Thank you! Our pool is perfect. read more

Wish their were 10 stars available! This company really surprised me with my pool, when they came out and I signed a contract for my pool I was very pleased when they showed up on the date they promised and did everything we agreed on and their were no surprise extra charges! One of my Neighbor's signed up with a different pool company the same week as I did both pools started the same week but I'm been enjoying my finished pool for over 4 weeks while his is still not ready his pool company tells him it's because of the Pinal County inspectors are holding their progress up, kind if funny since my house across the street is also Pinal County! I guess you just have to find the honest pool builder who does what they say! So happy we hired Polar Pool the owner's are great and they know their stuff! read more
