They hand-measured and hand-cut the pavers that created the circular mesa around each tree--they look exquisite. It was a crew of seven, who were perfectly coordinated, worked well together, and hustled to get the job done in the promised timeframe--one day, which astonished my wife and me. Because the job required cutting a number of pavers there was quite a bit of brick dust. After completion, Joaquin used the hose to meticulously spray off all of our trees, shrubs, and all of the rock, to make it look pristine--that's going the extra mile! JNK just completed a total backyard re-landscape for us. Bottom line, would use again. Found them on Yelp - had great reviews, which I read very thoroughly and compared to other companies. I am sure there are other great landscaping businesses out there, but the reviews were key for me - I had nothing else to go by, since we haven't used any landscaping services. Reviews were accurate. Service-communication: very good. My main contact was James. Took a lot of time with us. We were going from scratch, so it took a while for us to figure out what we wanted. Plus, had to get HOA approval for a pergola - never fun, but finally got through that. Second contact was Ali toward the end with the irrigation and plants. Easy to deal with. Once the contract was signed, they indicated 2-3 weeks to begin, and that was accurate. Supply delivery began about five days prior to commencing work. The initial crew wasted no time getting to work. They kept the premises clean. Everyone professional. Quality: All I can say, is so far so good! Nice paver work, Pergola looks great. Electrical all appears properly done. Turf looks great. We are very happy with the results. Everyone cleaned up after themselves. Delays: none of any consequence. They were professional, fast, clean, and delivered a beautiful new front and back yard for us complete with paver patio + walkways, cactus and trees, rock river, landscape lights, artificial turf, and a gorgeous built in BBQ station and a fire pit. There were multiple crews working for days non-stop and everything was managed well and done as planned. They were able to work around surprise roots tangled around water lines, demo of extremely tall palm trees, hidden root balls as big as a horse, and some last minute plant changes. I hired JNK for a frontyard project, and the overall experience was fantastic. James came out for the initial walkthrough/quote process. He and I went over possible ideas, designs, and more. I wanted artificial turf, and he brought out samples I could see and feel on the spot, which was great! I made a couple updates to my project along the way, and he was very responsive to all my questions and sending me updated quotes. After choosing to proceed with them, he sent over an HOA schematic as well that greatly helped my approval process. As for the work itself, it was great. Every single worker knew the project details, they were all respectful and communicated well. On-the-fly adjustments were made when needed with no issues or complaints. I was walked through each aspect of what was being done and all of their decisions were explained to me in detail. The end product looks fantastic, they cleaned up after themselves really well too. Naji returns my texts or calls within minutes. He visits the worksite every other day and also gives me the time he'll be there. His crew works hard, long hours and respectful to the owners. They started on time and finished one day ahead of schedule. They tidy up the yard at the end of each work day (tools put away, rinse off dirt, trash picked up, etc...) The workmanship is very detailed and sincere. JNK is not the cheapest, but their price is very reasonable because the products they use are quality that will last a long time. We've had other contractors that were less expensive, but they offered cheaper products. In the end, you get what you pay for. Unfortunately I would never choose this company again. Started out great but went sour. They had to come back and fix a lot of things which I was thankful for until I was told that it was our problem and needed to take responsibility for the condition of our yard. We Paid 30k for a waterfall restoration and in the end. Certain components still don't work and won't work unless we want to pay thousands more to have someone new come out and start over. In my opinion if you aren't planning to spend 6 figures. Don't use them. The smaller jobs get tossed to the side and are not done well. read more

They done paver job with raised planter a 18 k job. Naji came measured emailed me options to choose from and got one we wanted. He came picked up down payment on Friday afternoon told me they be here on Monday. He came introduced the 3 man crew. They kicked ass working I thought couple weeks it take. They had it done about 2 pm Wednesday. And turned out really nice. Now can walk on pavers and not gravel got a side patio. We had our pool resurfaced and pavers done. The demo on this job was crazy. They dug out tons of stamped concrete that was there when we moved in and previous owners laid it on top of the existing foundation and pool deck. They took out all of our grass also.
