Attempted to get a bid on some work on our house and property…read more Andy kept giving us a $50k price tag, floating the number without doing an estimate. That strikes me as dishonest. He also continued asking about what other bids we'd been given, and how much they were for. Frankly, I think he should understand that the estimates we are soliciting will be part of competitive bid for our projects, and my experience is that people who behave in this manner, asking about other bids and floating prices to gauge our reaction, aren't likely to give us a decent or honest bid for our projects. If his haphazard "estimate" is merely a matter of backing into a number, we'd rather not play this game: it's too likely to be a bad experience. Andy obviously doesn't care, but his potential customers should. Perhaps your experience will be different, but in my experience, these behaviors usually earmark dishonest intent... certainly not good business practices.

He was very quick with responding and we set up an estimate that unfortunately got canceled due to our lovely monsoon season. He rescheduled for the next day and showed up right on time which I know from experience is a very hard quality to find in most landscaping company's. Garnicas Landscaping showed up at 7am and was finished by 7.30. Not only was it quick but very professional. They did not cut any corners and truly showed there expertise! My property is very weird with no side gate or access to the patio with out coming through the house. They were very careful not to make a mess bringing everything through the house and not to ding the doors with there equipment. Overall I am extremely impressed, Garnicas Landscaping is a professional, punctual, fair priced, team of experts that I have faith would do an amazing job on even the biggest jungle!! I was supposed to hire a company to come get the backyard into manageable length so I could then take over doing the gardening, but after seeing how good of a job they did. I feel like I might be asking for a monthly quote! ** Update 3/30/20** I let my backyard/ jungle get out of control again and Garnicas Landscaping came to the rescue! When I tell you guys this is a team of rock stars I mean it to the fullest! Words can't describe the amazing Job they do every time they come out. So this time I took some before and after pictures to let you be the judge.
