This was the first time we have used them. We have very little clean up of weeds and trimming a few bushes. They charged 250 and did not finish the work. I check our camera and they were at the house for 30 minutes. Only ran the weed trimmer while there. Its a rental house and we were not there to verify their work. We would not recommend them to anyone and will not use them again. Poor service and dishonest. read more

Its been a while since i gave a follow up.. I don't use them anymore.. they started coming back and not providing the service they started with.. my water line were cut in multiple areas they started half ass the job i saw them one time come too the house walk around lean back against there truck for a few got in it drove around the Cul-de-sac and left Sarah normally text me when they're done and I would Zell her the money they came again half ass sprayed i had my daughter take pictures as soon as they left again they did nothing.. i text her and told her the Situation sent picture and ask for my money back.. cause they did Absolutely nothing that day.. I wanted to have my front yard completely dug up have the old grass and soil hauled away and install all new sod. I had six different companies here for estimates quotes were all over the board but I really liked these guys from the yard guys. They seemed knowledgeable friendly and spoke good English. I had a hesitation because of some of these reviews. I contacted the owner Sara and she explained that they were new and what had happened with some of these reviews. I decided to hire them they were scheduled out last Sunday. It was raining yet there were three of them out in the cold rain digging up the soil. Two days later the sod arrived and they installed it beautifully as well as updated all of my sprinklers. Regardless of other reviews I would highly recommend them. read more

This company came to my house today to remove a very tall palm tree. They showed up and were super friendly. They took their time and made sure to do a great job. These guys set an appointment to give a quote on a landscape job. They set the time to arrive at my home between 4 and 6 PM. Not only did they not show up, they didn't bother to call or txt. I'm not sure where to start this review because I can't decide which was worse: the customer service or the way our yard looks now. We had a couple come and look at the front and back yard. We discussed what we wanted and they took measurements. They came the next day with an estimate, and we agreed that they would do the front sod, and if we were happy, they would do the back too. The work started out fine. Edgar came with the guy who did the measurements. They asked for cash, which we provided for the sod. They were to come the next day (Saturday) to lay the sod. When they finally came around noon, they asked me to get the rest of the cash. I asked if they took Venmo but Edgar said no. I had to go to several ATMs to get the cash. We were going out of town that night, and asked them to come back and finish the front while we were gone, and Edgar agreed. We had to give a deposit for the back yard, and the owner told us to send it...on Venmo!! I had spent 1.5 hours in the morning to get cash because Edgar said no Venmo. When we were camping, we kept checking our security cameras, and no one ever came. So we called and texted the owner Sarah, and Edgar. He said they would come Sunday. Sunday came and went, with no more work. I thought they had run off with our money. Finally, Edgar and two others came on Monday. Immediately Edgar was arguing with my husband asking why we called the owner several times. They got heated, and Edgar said they no longer wanted to do the work. Later, my husband and I both spoke to Sarah who said Edgar didn't represent their business, and she would make it right. Later that evening she said they decided to refund the deposit and not finish the work. They didn't even flatten the yard like we asked. We now have a front yard of dry, patchy sod for $2,000, and a lot of attitude. I'm angry because when they were working, we gave them cold water and ice cream because it was hot. I let one employee come in and use the restroom. We tried to work it out, but when the owner says her hands are tied, you have to wonder. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I don't appreciate the way we were treated on this job. The kicker is that they took a lot of pictures when the sod was fresh and green, and put them on their Facebook page. If I posted what it looks like now, it would be a different story. If you hire them, beware, because you might not get what you pay for. You might have better luck if you spend a little more and get someone who is certified, and won't break multiple promises. read more

I wish there were more reviews when I contacted this company. I should have known how horrible it would be when I called to request a quote and the secretary was yelling at Alexa to shut up. They came out to our new house to pull out our "dead" landscaping for $1500. When we came back to our home, the back yard was completely ripped out and they left all of the huge chunks of hard dirt, rocks and concrete. I would have thought that they would at least remove all those items as well but I just shrugged it off. I decided to give them another shot and called them to see if they could plant some plants and fix the irrigation. They never called back, but just showed up at our house on a Sunday unannounced to give a quote. They quoted us $250 to plant the $400 worth of plants that we bought and fix the irrigation system. One guy came out to plant the plants and "fix" the irrigation system...hours later a section of our yard got flooded. We called them right away and I guess the owner came out with the secretary to take a look at the irrigation and said that they would send someone to come and fix it. Over a week later, the plants that we paid them to plant are now dead and still have no irrigation. Poor communication. Half assed work. Now we have to find someone to come out and fix their work. read more
