A one in what feels like a million find... excellent pricing, service and commitment to their work (even removed a dead bush in the front that wasnt even discussed). Saved my ass by getting to my trees two weeks before monsoon season hit. Can't recommend Joe and his company highly enough, if I could give them 10 stars I would! read more

So impressed with Joe and his business! Our Verde tree was knocked down during a storm, and Joe came out the same day I called to help us out. He took care of the entire fallen branch and removed the rest of the tree all the way down to the stump. He left our yard looking perfect. He also gave us some great tips for planting a new tree in the future. Joe was so kind and easy to talk to, his prices were very fair, and he got the job done quickly. Truly a one-of-a-kind find! We'll definitely be calling him again and highly recommend him! read more

Joe was a wonderful find. His price was very reasonable and he was very thoughtful in studying my trees. He trimmed 2 trees and in looking at 2 larger trees, he was concerned not only about heat stress but about how to achieve the proper rebalancing of tree proportions. These trees we decided together would be best served by an arborist he knows and whose name he gave to me. It was clear to me that Joe does the right thing for his customers and I really appreciate his honesty and integrity. Joe even walked my yard suggesting solutions to problems my other shrubs and trees were having. I highly highly recommend this business and Joe. read more

Had to have a tree removed ASAP and this company came through like absolute pros. They showed up fast, worked clean, and the spot where the tree stood looks like it was never there. The stump grinding was flawless too -- no leftover chunks, no mess, just a smooth patch of ground. They were friendly, easy to work with, and the whole job was done at a fair price without cutting corners. read more

My overgrown orange tree, which provided the perfect launch ramp for roof rats, needed another haircut and I knew just the guy to call! Joe did such a fantastic job on our trees last time so it was an easy decision to have him do this project. Professional, fairly priced and such a great guy. He brought 2 people from his team and they trimmed up my tree perfectly. Joe is very knowledgable and shared the importance of balance, canopy coverage so trunk doesn't get sun burnt, and cutting of branches touching fence so rats running the orchard circuit didn't have quick access. I read a couple negative reviews on his Yelp and recommend disregarding them. I've now used his services twice; consistently good job and honest. read more

What a breath of fresh air to talk to someone like Joe. Very friendly and quick to respond, and was available right away. His price was also the best of the three other companies I called. Shout out to Emilio and Chris on the team. They all were very professional, safe, and quick. They were so impressive, that my neighbor came out and hired them on the spot! They shaped the tree perfectly, and Joe also gave me maintenance tips and advice. Would HIGHLY recommend, and will definitely use them again. Thanks, Joe! Thank read more

Joe and his team were prompt with responses and with tree removal. They hauled all the debris away and took care of all the pesky pods/seeds that were hanging and causing a huge mess in/near the pool. Services were affordable. We recently moved into a new home and the backyard has about 20 palm trees. We decided to have 10 of the Phoenix Roebelenii trees removed because they were dropping little dates into the pool. Yesterday I put a request out to about 10 different companies on Yelp for a quote. Joe sent a message within about 10 minutes with a quote that was literally 25% of some of the other quotes I was receiving. After a few messages he scheduled to come out this morning to remove them and said he would be here by 9:00 am. At 8:15 I got a text from him that he was here, which I appreciated so much over a doorbell ring that would have woken up the kids. Joe was quick to get to work and had the job done within 90 minutes. He also took some time and gave me a quick education on how to maintain my Queen Ann palms and keep them healthy. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Joe for tree removal. He even did a phenomenal job of cleaning up the yard when he was done. read more

Joe and Chris were great! They were able to remove 2 of my trees for the same price others were quoting me just for 1. We had a tree in a really tricky spot and they were able to remove it with no issues! They were friendly and cleaned up everything. Very happy and will recommend them to anyone looking for tree removal! read more

I had Joe trim up four of my trees that needed a lot of work. He and Chris were super thorough on the first three of them, and it look longer than they thought it would, and my mulberry tree was really heavy, he said. They removed 6000 pounds of stuff - 3 tons, that's a lot. The last one still has some dead undergrowth that I want to get cleaned up. Today, Joe said he only quoted me on elevating the tree and separating it from the other tree and the house and the wires. He did all of that really well. Getting rid of the dead sticks was not part of the work. So, if you're like me, and you want all the dead sticks and branches removed when your tree is trimmed, make sure you let Joe know that and he'll include it in the price. I wish the communication had been better. The job also included getting compost added to the yard. It didn't happen when the trees were trimmed, which was what I was expecting. So then I was texting about when the compost would happen and I asked several times about the dead undergrowth, but that aspect was never acknowledged (today, I found out that Joe was planning on bringing a saw along with the compost, so it's nice to know that now). The compost job was attempted one week later, but it didn't work out because the City of Tempe ran out of compost. Joe told me he heard there would be compost in the next week or two. I called Tempe the next morning, and they told me it would be 4-6 weeks. I can't wait that long, so I'll just have to buy bags of compost and top soil and hope for the best. Since the compost job wouldn't happen, I texted Joe about that undergrowth, and ten hours later, Joe replied that he would do it in a week. This was yesterday. I'm not going to wait a week, though, because I need to plant my grass seed this weekend. I'll attempt to remove those dead branches tomorrow with my crappy ladder and pole saw. Joe and Chris do great work, but we faced some unfortunate circumstances--my job was more difficult than he expected; I had wrong expectations that all the dead branches/sticks would be removed; the compost job was delayed and then canceled; and communication was less than ideal. The work they did was great, and they cleaned up really well too. read more

I had a great experience with this company. Joe provided a quote immediately through yelp. It was just for the trimming of two palms, and the quote was much more reasonable than others I have received. He sent Froylan out the same day. The trimming was completed quickly and he cleaned up after very well, even grabbing the stray fronds in the pool. Much better experience than last year when I went with a much larger and more expensive company. I will call Joe next time I have tree needs. read more

We hired Joe and the team to take a large pine tree out of our back yard that was hanging over the cinder block wall into the neighbors yards. They were quick, professional, and managed to not cause any damage in a difficult situation. Emilio in particular was a BEAST up in that tree. To top it off, their price was the best of the quotes that we got. Definitely recommend for your tree removal needs! read more

I messaged Joe late in the afternoon, and he was out at my house the very next day! He came equipped with some really great equipment, and he took care of my old palm tree stump within minutes. He took it completely below grade, then filled in the hole with some of the sawdust. You would never be able to tell there was a tree there before. I would highly recommend using this company for your landscaping needs. Joe was responsive, kept me updated, did a great job, did it quickly, and all for a very fair price. This task could not have gone any smoother! Thank you Joe! read more

Joe came out the very next morning after a storm knocked over our huge tree in our front yard. We needed it removed ASAP. He was very reliable, responsible and attentive and made quick work. I was quoted $600/tree for removal, stump grind, and cleanup. Trees were removed quickly and cleanly. Excellent work! After the removal began, I was informed that a different service would reach out to me about stump grinding. So, I ended up having to pay an additional $120/tree for the stump removal using a different company. The overall cost for both tree and stump removal was still fair and one of the lower estimates I received, but it was misleading and dishonest. read more

Joe responded quickly to my request and was able to swing by the same week to help with my trees that needed attention. Didn't have any issue at all when after a closer look he needed to totally remove one of the trees. If there was any problem at all, it was that I had to explain why I didn't want multiple trees removed! They definitely did quality work and had 3 trees removed/trimmed within 2 hours for an excellent price. I would definitely call them up again, and probably will when I need my 2 palm trees trimmed! read more

I forgot to leave l a review when the work was done a few months ago. It shouldn't have been such a busy time of year, but the other companies I called quoted much higher and also couldn't schedule anytime sooner than 2 to 4 weeks! I felt that was unacceptable. Due to finances, my tree hadn't been trimmed in far too long, it rained a lot recently, so it was totally out of control and couldn't wait.. it was so bad a few branches were hitting my roof tiles and had knocked several down, and my neighbors brand new roof, which I didn't know, but he was not happy about it. I sent Joe pictures and he took time to thoroughly discuss my situation. I also had another unusual request since the last several trims were terrible. They butchered the tree, it looked awful. They took off large branches, leaving gaping holes so it looked totally misshapen and couldn't provide the shade the plants underneath it needed. Some areas were ignored and became totally overgrown, so much deadwood never removed, branches cut off left ugly stubs in strange places. So I requested to be present through the entire process and participate in determining which branches to remove, which I wanted to keep, areas I specifically wanted cleaned up unless in his professional opinion there was a reason to do otherwise. Both he and the gentleman doing the actual trimming listened to everything I said, worked with me to complete a fantastic job and thorough cleanup, just two days after my request. I couldn't have been happier with the service! read more

If I could give Joe and Jose a 6 star review for the work they did today I would! Stop searching. Call this company now! I live in an HOA and received a notice on dead fronds on a 20' Mexican fan palm tree so the clock was ticking. I messaged a dozen companies Friday night. The quotes were high for my small project. One was a minimum of $300 just to send over a truck. At that point I was debating getting my own super tall ladder and a chain saw. I messaged a couple more companies Saturday morning around 6 and Joe responded and was able to send someone over just 3 hours later. Their price was a fraction of the competition. Jose knocked out the work very quickly and did an OUTSTANDING job! I will definitely call Joe again in the future. read more

Although the initial quote was a little confusing to sort out, this was the best price among three companies and the work was done very well. From now on, I will go out of my way to make sure everyone knows about Joe and his team. They deserve far more than 5 stars, this is the absolute best experience I have ever had! A few things you will get when you use Joe & his company: 1) A very, very fair price (half the price of others) 2) Honesty & transparency about your options, along with education 3) Quality - they do an AMAZING job! BUT above all, Joe was the kindest person who went completely above and beyond for me. I recently took back my house from a property management company & it is in very poor condition, have people living in my house that I can't get out with the executive order, and am completely overwhelmed. Joe & his team not only came in and did the job they were hired to do but also sent me pictures of other things that needed to be taken care of (none of which he does so he wasn't trying to upsell me), things the city could cite me for, etc. Not only that, there was a plumber across the street at the time so he asked them to stop over and got me a quote on a water main leak just so I had an idea of the cost going into it. The most genuinely good person I have met in a long time, from Wisconsin, and was just such a pleasure to work with. Stop looking, call this company now! read more
