Good communication, easy to work with, reasonably priced, and always does a great job.

1) Stopped coming after I asked him to bring sample of Rocks to put in yard for Weed growth. I guess he was thinking he can throw dirt and no one will know (2) Also non punctual - He would try to job for lawn when we are not him so he can get by easy with all the weeds he would leave in place and bush trims he would leave behind. When you ask him to come weekend, he would delay, or make useless excuses - left town, machines broken, car broken, 3) Also lack of knowledge of trees or kind of bushes - doesn't really know what different bushes are - planted one thinking it was a different plant and only to be corrected later 4) Lastly - Very non responsive non committal to fixing time ahead for when --- again I believe so he can sneak in an just finish job without any noticing quality of lawn care provided read more

We had agreed for service on Monday with Raul. We reached out to confirm the time after he confirmed Monday worked, since we had to get a dog sitter and plan around work to be at home. Though his quote for the project was good, we'll never know about his actual work since he never showed up. He didn't respond to our messages to confirm the time (even left us "on read" a couple times). A bit frustrating since we moved plans around for him to supposedly come by. read more

Thank you so much! Super easy to text/message and coordinate with. 1. Texted pic of the trees that needed trimming 2. Got an immediate quote that was much less than others, and some other vendors needed to visit to assess the job or quoted double the price. 3. Didnt need to be home for the job, they would text me pics once the work was done and I could Zelle them 4. Job was done two days later. Quick and painless process! read more

Had a drainage problem with my initial hardscape. Raul responded promptly, provided a fair and transparent quotes after he checked for the material cost and start the work immediately on the weekend. Language is not a problem, he is knowledgeable and he will follow requests to ensures satisfaction. He and his crew completed the work timely, cleanly and even helped to install a small shade sail. Hired him additionally to replace the pressure vacuum breaker that was leaking and clean up the yard. Require a few follow up on the schedule for the additional work but overall very satisfied with the work. Just need to be clear with expectation up front. Will hire him again for future projects and highly recommend Raul Ivan to anyone looking for reliable and skilled landscaper. read more

I had Raul to cut and trim my tree couple times and he did great job. So I hired him to do my front yard landscaping which turned out to be a disaster. I had my front grass yard transforming to gravel yard for low maintenance. But ever since then, HOA has been coming for me for the exposed weed barrier or rock on the sidewalk. I have contacted Raul 3 times to get this issue fixed but no show no calls. I had to hire a different landscaper to fix the problem and was told the yard was not done right at the first place. The yard was not prepared well before the rocks were laid. I have to re-do my yard over again to fix the problems. I will not hire him for any big projects. read more

Excellent and professional work - efficient and highly skilled. Hired for 1) cleaning/trimming front and back bushes, trees, palms and weeding, 2) Irrigation system installation full yard, full PVC with drips. System started in front, went around house all through back ~ 100-200 yards total, 3) fixed broken PVC line for pool auto refill under concrete slab edge. We need more people and companies like this! They were very hard-working and honest from the beginning till the end! They did an amazing job installing pavers in my backyard for a very reasonable price. There was a misunderstanding at the end regarding the length of the pavers but their customer service is rock solid and ended up coming back and fixing it! Like I said, need more services and companies like this whom honor their word and don't get the job complete till you're satisfied! Can't recommend enough! read more
