Had a drainage problem with my initial hardscape. Raul responded promptly, provided a fair and transparent quotes after he checked for the material cost and start the work immediately on the weekend. Language is not a problem, he is knowledgeable and he will follow requests to ensures satisfaction. He and his crew completed the work timely, cleanly and even helped to install a small shade sail. I had Raul to cut and trim my tree couple times and he did great job. So I hired him to do my front yard landscaping which turned out to be a disaster. I had my front grass yard transforming to gravel yard for low maintenance. But ever since then, HOA has been coming for me for the exposed weed barrier or rock on the sidewalk. I have contacted Raul 3 times to get this issue fixed but no show no calls. I had to hire a different landscaper to fix the problem and was told the yard was not done right at the first place.
