Years ago, my home warranty had sent out Sprinkler Doctors to repair a big leak under my driveway. I was immedietly impressed with the service and workmanship Mark provided. He has since been back to my rental property two or three times and each time, service was excellent. This month, we had some serious flooding going on in multiple parts of the front and back yard. Of course I call Mark at Sprinkler Doctors. No longer under that home warranty contract, and having no additonal coverage, I was just waiting for some horrific bill. After all, there were mulitple leaks, and it took a few days to dry out and have him back out to redirect water and locate leaks to repair. Mark, as always, found leaks (this time in awful locations), and managed to repair and redirect water flow. We are all fixed and up and running. He even took the time to reset the watering timer and educate the tenants on the process, saving them plenty of money on the water bill in future months. My drip system was suffering from an inoperative zone and as a result I lost one tree and nearly lost two others. I initially called a competitor and after a $90 service call the technician quoted me $350 to fix a minor leak and simply bypass the inoperative zone without fixing the root cause problem. As a result of the excessive price, I called Sprinkler Doctors and thankfully they sent out Loren who was highly skilled and very professional . He immediately diagnosed the clogged line during the one-hour service call and returned a few days later to meticulously eliminate the clog underneath a stone walkway, as well as repair a minor leak and resolve pre-existing flow issues from the initial installation.......all for well under $200. The stone walkway was perfectly returned to its original condition after the repair underneath. My sprinkler system went bad last summer and I was stuck manually opening and closing my valves because my timer/controller went crazy and wouldn't allow anything to work. I made a pledge to not go through that this year. Loren Bennett came today and remedied the issue with my sprinkler box as well as a valve that wasn't opening and flooding water (thus preventing bushes from getting watered). Now i can enjoy my coffee at 4am and know that my grass and bushes won't die if i forget to water them for a few days (manually) since the timer works flawlessly now and does its job as it should. Loren also took the time to explain the box in detail with what zones are what and what programs are available to set timers and he even set my timers with me to ensure it is done correctly. This company is truly amazing. Sprinkler Doctors performed various different services on our broken down systems, repaired 3 ploy-lines, replaced bad multi port heads, timers and leaks as well as trenched 50' section of grass including under sidewalk. Loren Bennett mostly worked on our problems and he is an amazing employee of theirs and they are very fortunate to have him. Honest, hard working and extremely loyal to his company he was more than willing to go that extra mile to solve each issue. Clearly, Sprinkler Doctors is committed to excellent service and expert work. I scheduled someone to come out, and I thought he would just take a look at what needed to be done. He arrived early, and started fixing our problem right away. He needed a few parts, and had them available, so he was able to fix everything in one visit. Everything was in perfect working order by the time he left, and their prices are quite reasonable. $65 service fee (includes one hour), then $60/hour pro-rated after that. Parts cost is minimal. If your system isn't working, or you need new work done, you should go with Sprinkler Doctors! I had asked my landscaper to look at it, but he really didn't know enough to fix anything. Very affordable and top notch customer service today. We had three drip line breaks, and a pressure regulator replaced all for only $131. I was shocked, because all these repairs at 1.5 hrs, I thought we would be looking at over $200. Also, I was impressed with our tech, Mark Dern. He was very professional and knowlegable. He took the time to show me what he did with each break he repaired before he re-covered them, advised me at the timer box on better water usage and even created a little wall of dirt around the base of my lemon tree which is on an incline, so water will not run off anymore. They fixed my leak in the underground irrigation lines. Mark Dern was very friendly, professional and had excellent communication skills. He was kind enough to educate me about the problem and gave me some good tips. This is my second time with these guys. The first time, I had Jason who helped me. Turns out he is Mark's brother. These guys were fantastic! I had a broken sprinkler pipe broken and needed it fixed. I placed a call to Sprinkler Doctors to set an appointment and requested that the service tech phone me ahead of time so I could leave work and meet them. We set the appointment and I received an estimate on the cost. The call came as requested and I was a little more specific with the issue and gave the service tech the information on how to access the broken pipe should he arrive at the house before me. By the time that I arrived at my house 15 minutes later, my service tech Mark Dern had completed the repair requested. The added extra bonus was the invoice was much lower than quoted. I needed some minor repairs done to my valves, and an underground leak repaired. Sprinkler Doctors got back to me quickly after I emailed them asking for an appt (24 hours or less). I booked for 3 days later. Wade arrived on time after calling in advance to confirm (much appreciated). He quickly went through my list of things and corrected/fixed as needed. He had easy and quick fixes for problems instead of replacing entire parts or pipes. After the work was done, he wrote up the invoice and took credit card payment on the spot. I received a receipt via email when it was all done. I highly value vendors that can do this...take CC on site and provide digital copies of receipts. Sprinkler Doctors is the best sprinkler service company in the Valley. Mark Dern, the sprinkler technician is wonderful. Mark called fifteen minutes before my appointment and told me he would be there shortly. He arrived promptly and immediately got to work on the problem. Mark fixed the leaky riser, replaced a diaphragm in the valve that worked this area, and checked the timer. Once everything in this zone was working, Mark asked if there were any other problems. I had a very annoying situation involving my sprinkler system and leaks in the system that had attracted an excessive amount of bees and backed up my system. We were having ongoing issues with our irrigation system not watering properly. Called Sprinkler Doctor's on Monday and they scheduled our appointment for Wednesday morning (the day before a holiday). Their technician, John, arrived on time and even called 20 minutes before arrival. He checked the irrigation system in the front & back yards and quickly diagnosed the problem as a solenoid issue. He replaced the parts, recommended a watering schedule, adjusted the timers and even gave me a short tutorial on setting the timers. Cost was $100 and he had the problem fixed in under an hour. Amazing company.. I had a phone call he told he would be there in a half hour. And he did show on time. When he got there he induced himself as Loren Bennett he was very polite. Loren did look into the problem that was the sevice call. Yesterday, I had Sprinkler Doctors at my new house that I had just purchased to look over my entire system to make sure everything was set up properly and to fix a few leaks that I had noticed after moving in. Mark Dern was my technician, and he showed up exactly on time and went over my landscape in detail to fix all the faulty emitters. He also added some lines to plants that were not getting water, and even found a few leaks in the mainline which were repaired. He also replaced the main valve which was developing leak at the seal.
