My irrigation system wasn't working and my plants were starting to fade. The first place I called said that they would put me on the schedule and never called me back. Then I found Piped Right Irrigation! Chad and his partners rock. They came out promptly, diagnosed the issue and came back the next day with the replacement solenoid. And this was all over the weekend! Piped Right will have my business going forward. My Dad was a World War II veteran, flew a bomber over Europe. I honor my father by using vet-owned business when I need help with my house. Piped Right Irrigation is a vet-owned business that I highly recommend! read more

They took 1/2 down, never completed the job. A two day job, was not completed in 3 weeks. They had excuse alter excuse as to why they couldn't be at the job that day. I had to have another company come in after all my plants were in danger of dying. Stay away! read more

Since purchasing our house in 2020, I had been playing whack-a-mole with irrigation leaks in both our front and back yards. After getting to the end of my rope and coming to terms with the fact the systems needed to be redone, I reached out to Chad at Piped Right via a referral. Chad got back to me in short order to set up a time and date for them to come out for an estimate. When they arrived I walked them through the current state, pain points, and what we were looking for as an outcome. They were very receptive and easy to consult with. At the end of our dialog Chad provided a total time and materials amount that the job would cost which was very agreeable, all with a 3 year warranty! They were also extremely easy to work with on the start date. We concluded by him relaying that he would draw up the formal quote with scope of work and get it sent over. The SOW was very, very thorough and impressive for any type of contractor. From the beginning to the end of the job, Chad and his crew clearly and consistently communicated on arrival and departure times, progress, status, challenges found, etc. They also kept an extremely clean worksite, straightening up at the end of each and every day. The result was everything we hoped for: - A completely revamped drip irrigation system in both our yards. - Refreshed gravel in both yards. - Leveled spots in the yards from previously removed plants. - Existing plants and stumps were identified for removal. - Staged drip lines in requested spots for future plants. We have engaged other irrigation companies in the past with significantly unimpressive results. Piped Right was the absolute, diametrically opposite experience. I wouldn't hesitate for a split second to use them in the future or refer them to anyone in need of their services! They care about their customers and their work and it shows in every way! read more

I worked with Chad at Pipe Right Irrigation and couldn't be happier. I reached out about getting a new irrigation controller installed, and he got back to me right away with a quick, reasonable quote. He and his team came out the very next day and got it done--fast, straightforward, and no hassle. Everything works perfectly, and the whole process was super easy from start to finish. It's rare to find people this responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend. read more

Chad and his team did a great job replacing my irrigation system and helping me install a new irrigation timer. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Chad was professional and provided a very detailed itemized estimate for the work, which I appreciated because it helped me understand exactly what work would be done and how much it would cost. (Typically, contractors only provide a general summarized estimate, and items get missed or overlooked, which can mean additional costs). I got a large number of quotes and talked to many contractors before I chose Piped Right Irrigation, and I would recommend Chad over any of the others that I met with. read more

Chad and his team are awesome! I had a leak appear overnight and they were right out to diagnose a troublesome animal chew on a line. They fixed it and did not ask for payment as it was super simple for them and were in the area. While I still sent some money, (this is their livelihood and they were so kind and fast), they really were happy to do what seemed likely nothing to them for no charge. It was a big deal to me and I appreciate them so much! read more

Chad and his team consistently delivered on our design with precision, patience, and attention to detail. They provided a high-quality PVC product that is built to last for over 10 years underground. Chad's team worked tirelessly to install a new irrigation system, connecting nearly 100 plants to a drip system and planting almost 50 plants of various sizes. They created four irrigation zones, including one dedicated to an herb garden, installed a fertilizer injector and upgraded our timer box to a convenient WIFI-enabled system, which has made managing our landscaping much easier. Throughout the project, Chad demonstrated his commitment to quality by using only top-tier commercial-grade materials and offering valuable recommendations to improve the overall setup. He and his team take pride in delivering honest, high-quality work at competitive prices. Over the course of one week, we collaborated on phase one of our backyard project, and despite several modifications due to plant unavailability and other external factors, Chad remained consistently patient and professional. Given our meticulous nature and focus on details, Chad continuously delivered the perfection he promised. What truly set Chad apart was his willingness to go above and beyond to make our vision a reality, often anticipating needs and independently enhancing the project. His commitment to excellence made all the difference, and we are thrilled with the results. Thank you to Chad, his brother Chris and other members of his team. read more

These guys are on top of there game. We had our front yard completely redone about 3 years ago and the company used cheap lines to run the water for irrigation. We were always having leaks so we reached out to a few companies to have the irrigation redone with 3/4 PVC pipe. We chose to go with piped right irrigation. There price was on point, they were a fairly new company so I wanted to support them because I'm a business owner as well so I realize how hard it is to get your name out there. They were awesome from start to finish and my yard is challenging because of the landscaping and concrete. After completion you would have never known they were there except for some areas looked better afterwards than before they performed the work. Please give these guys a chance, they are a 5 star company and you won't be disappointed. read more
