Buyer beware! Our yard service, Francysco's Landscaping, just quit when the pavers that they were repairing from our tree that fell over a few weeks ago were not leveled and left with large gaps between pavers. We told him this was unacceptable and he quit on the spot. Pavers are a service that they advertise on their truck that they provide. Apparently that is to their satisfaction and not the paying customer. He charges an outrageous amount and then wonders why you expect quality. We also asked him to fix a valve that was constantly running and over watering our palo verde and he fixed the wrong one. We told him it was still running (which he should have verified before leaving), so he said he must have fixed the wrong valve. His solution was to come back and remove valves that I didn't want removed only to have to come back and undo that work, that was neither needed or approved. Then he has the audacity to try to charge me for that work! Stay away from anyone that charges a fortune by overestimating the cost to do a job and then does not stand behind their work. read more

I believe this landscaping company severely overcharges their customers. I got several quotes from various landscapers for removing weeds and unwanted Bermuda Grass from our front yard and back yard, which are not small, but also not huge. The back yard is maybe less than 52 ft long and 42 ft wide. The company quoted $2,300 for cutting the weeds short, the weed killer and the cleanup. The other landscapers quoted around $400. Additionally, they charge $150/month for weed maintenance when others charge $80. I fully feel like we were being taken advantage of. I don't trust this landscaping company. read more

I had a 20-year-old dripline system in my front and backyard, and about every week or two, I was literally repairing a leak, myself. It got really old for me to dig up the dirt and repair a leak only to do it again in another area soon after, and the system was not strong enough to really get everything watered properly. I put my foot down and told my hubby that I want a new dripline system, or he will be out there helping me fix these leaks every time lol. I received about 5 quotes, ranging from 2k to 5k. My irrigation system was13 years old and was leaking a lot, his team came in, dug up my entire yard replaced everything and then put everything back and you actually couldn't tell they had been there. They also put in PVC piping and the total cost was less than multiple other quotes including half of the cost of one quote that offered PVC piping. This included for placing the irrigation pumps. I don't often give five star reviews but to come in fix it all in one day put it all back like it didn't happen and still be less than most ​everybody else, that's pretty impressive. In addition while they were there we replaced about a dozen plants and put in new drip lines. I don't hesitate in recommending them. read more

I would give more stars if I could. He does not have many yelp reviews so I was a little hesitant, but his work appeared to be high quality, so I gave him a shot. I could not have made a better hire! His communication was great, his crew was a friendly group of guys who work hard and show up on time. They finished my desert landscape project early. They removed my grass and installed an entire new sprinkler system , including a back-flow preventer to bring me up to code. They even installed drip lines in an area my wife has some plants that did not previously have sprinkler lines. Without me even asking them to, at no additional cost! They also removed the rock and installed turf in my backyard dog area and near the pool for the kids to play on. Due to my limited budget, I am planting the plants and spreading the rocks on my own for the desert conversion, so I don't have any after photos quite yet for that portion of the job. I had a terrible leak that we couldn't find which was flooding our neighbor's backyard! Francysco and his crew made it out same day to assess the situation at $0. He shared with us what was necessary to find the leak, fix it and the cost. Very reasonable and fixed it right away. The very next day my side yard was still flooding but not the neighbor...we determined we had multiple leaks down the side of the house and called Francysco again. (we've had multiple sprinkler issues this year!) He came out with his crew, assessed the situation, priced it and did it all same day. We then hired him to do multiple things in our yard such as trimming and shaping 16 trees, rip out multiple vines, bushes, spread rock, etc. Such a fair price and they did amazing work! Cleaned up everything as if they weren't there. He then hired him to put in a sidewalk of pavers, again, great price, showed up on time and WOW...it is amazing!!! He even redistributed that rock throughout the yard. He is definitely saved in my phone and any issues in the future, he's our guy!
