I was in contact with Omar to get an estimate for a project. The day he was scheduled to stop over…read morefor the estimate, I texted him to ask if he's had experience installing turf and pavers on a pedestal system, as this is a very complex scenario that many landscapers don't do. He replied yes, so I then asked if he could send me pictures of concrete terraces that he has worked on previously, as any customer would do. He responded telling me, "you're a very complicated customer, I passed the estimate." I was completely shocked at this very rude and unprofessional response. His defensive response to my request for a photo of his work is a red flag already. It blows my mind how unprofessional business owners would act, and he clearly doesn't deserve my business.

Just like the removed material, all the CMU block and installation material for the new block fence had to come in through the downstairs. JM showed up when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves each day and were very professional. In the end, the job was completed exactly how I asked, and the messes were cleaned. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and referred them to my HOA for some misc repairs we needed.

We got 5 different quotes, and even though they came in higher than some, they do a great job of educating you on why, and they have all the receipts to back that up. We went with them for that peace of mind, the unmatched warranty, and knowing it would be done correctly and not falling apart in a couple years. They way they manage the entire project from the first to last step, is a constant reminder on why they are worth it. They run this ship like a well oiled machine! Every appointment was so professional, always on time, and always informative. From the very first appointment with Joe, he was so kind and personable and informative. He really treats the whole appointment like an educational session, and I understand why now. I was thankful for all the information, and how non-salesy he is, no pressure and just really comfortable and detailed as well. He provided very professional, detailed drawings and photos of what it would look like. When we met the project manager, Chris, he was just as friendly and personable and informative. He kept us updated at every step, and was on top of every detail. He always texted us updates, and very communicative. The crew they sent out - AMAZING. Not only did they get the job done in half the time, but their attention to detail was above and beyond! They were very friendly, and top notch on their work ethic. On the final clean up day, I was expecting maybe an hour of tidying up, but what I got was one extremely dedicated guy that spent 5 hours METICULOUSLY double checking every inch of my entire yard, even the areas that they did not work on. He cleaned every inch of our yard, the street, the driveway and even part of our neighbors! He held a level AGAIN at every section of the pavers and double checked it, and then he cleaned and cleaned and cleaned. Every time I thought he was almost done, he'd come back with a new tool for more cleaning. Truly, I've never seen a crew work so hard and diligently and be so scrupulous with their attention to detail. You also get a portal to track the entire project, and to access all the warranty and contract docs that no one wants to file anyway. I would highly highly recommend System Pavers for any project, and we will absolutely use them again. Thank you!

It was a very small project My project was only about 345 sq. ft., and I was quoted around $10,000 before tax, which felt extremely high for the size. The representative also showed some unprofessionalism. They came twice to my home the first time to make measurements and then an hour later he came back. He asked to come inside my home, stayed for more than 45 minutes even though I indicating I would not be making a decision on the spot. He continued pushing for a $1,000 deposit right then and there. I asked for at least 24 hours to think about it, but he kept stalling instead of respecting my time. I eventually had to ask him to leave. Overall, not the experience I expected, and I wouldn't recommend this company based on how my consultation went. The high pressure sales tactic and the unprofessionalism made me not want to buy from them.

We paid a premium believing their system was superior and would properly bond to our pool deck concrete. Unfortunately, this has been the worst decking product we've experienced. Over the many years we have lived at this property, we have had a pool deck resurfaced 3 times. AZ DECK was the least durable, for a product they sold as the best. The decking is pealing and cracking where it has never done it before !! The surface cracked and peeled again, leaving us with the same failures we were trying to avoid by choosing a higher-priced company. Despite the claims of a specialized chemical bonding process, my wife and I never observed any visible concrete treatment or preparation beyond what appears typical for standard resurfacing. Whatever process was represented clearly did not result in better durability. The premium price did not translate into premium performance. I strongly recommend homeowners look elsewhere.
