Just like the removed material, all the CMU block and installation material for the new block fence had to come in through the downstairs. JM showed up when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves each day and were very professional. In the end, the job was completed exactly how I asked, and the messes were cleaned. The representative also showed some unprofessionalism. They came twice to my home the first time to make measurements and then an hour later he came back. He asked to come inside my home, stayed for more than 45 minutes even though I indicating I would not be making a decision on the spot. He continued pushing for a $1,000 deposit right then and there. I asked for at least 24 hours to think about it, but he kept stalling instead of respecting my time. I eventually had to ask him to leave. Overall, not the experience I expected, and I wouldn't recommend this company based on how my consultation went. The high pressure sales tactic and the unprofessionalism made me not want to buy from them.
