We had a great experience with Imagine. We had old cool decking around our pool that had cracked and been repaired numerous times. Pam the sales rep was great at listening to us about our concerns, and suggested some small changes to the decking to help prevent future cracks. The other quote we got did not mention anything about that. Since the underlying issue was concrete, we decided to go with the concrete experts. The work took TWO days and it was the cleanest work site I have ever seen. Not ONE thing got into our pool because they sealed it so well. They pulled back all the rocks around the deck and even did that little lip. By the time they left, you would not have even known they were there. Pam came by two days later to inspect and found some paint on our travertine which we had not even noticed. A crew was there the next week to clean it up. We've had lots of workmen in our yard in the 15 years we have been in the house and this was the best experience by far. I highly recommend Imagine Architectural Concrete. Working with Imagine was a refreshing experience. We have used a lot of services/contractors during our home remodel, and Imagine is definitely one of the best. They helped design and replace a 600 sq ft paver patio with new travertine. The entire process was very positive from beginning to end; the communication from Brian, Peter and Meghan was excellent throughout the project, and the overall quality of the finished project exceeded expectations, my wife and I could not be happier with how everything turned out. Another thing worth noting is that they did an exceptional job cleaning up after the project was complete, it was like they were never here. Seriously, other contractors say they'll clean up and then do the bare minimum, leaving us having to go out and clean further after they left. Whatever he tells you what he was going to do for you, he would do it and do it perfectly. His prices were fair, his crew was professional, & were experts in their field. We purchased a home in Scottsdale and we still lived out of state when we needed to have contractors get started on the projects that we needed completed. One of the projects we needed was a new pool deck surface. We received a referral for Imagine Architectural Concrete from our realtor and asked them for an estimate. They provided the estimate in the timeframe promised. The estimate was fair for the work that we needed completed. To the day, they performed all work in the timeframe promised. I selected Imagine 8 years ago to replace broken concrete, resurface the pool deck and add travertine tile at a covered patio. It all still looks great so there was no doubt who to call when I needed the entry patio replaced, walkways and to re-coat the pool deck. Imagine did a great job suggesting Belgard pavers. The whole job took one week so the coordination between demolition, paver delivery, installation, clean up etc. was fantastic. One trade would finish at 6pm and another would be here at 7am the next morning. Great communication, excellent input on design (colors, patterns, improving drainage), professional team doing the actual work, quality work, fair pricing. Ok - 1st let me say I have never posted feedback before, ever! The outstanding job Pete and his crew did I felt compelled to say something! They resurfaced, Textured and painted all of the cool decking surrounding my pool (which was a ton). When working on the decking they ran into lots of extra problems they did not anticipate and they fixed them at no extra charge (even though they were already very competitively priced). I called Pete on a Saturday and he answered (while he was at his son's soccer game). It was such a pleasure dealing with the whole staff including Megan, the office manager! Imagine added 350 sq. ft. of travertine patio to the side of our home for extra room for grilling appliances and seating area. First of all, the team was consistently on time and always there when they said they would be. Brian, their salesperson, was extremely attentive and available throughout the process. My kool deck drain between the house and the pool was plugged up. Had not been cleaned for years. During the recent monsoon torrential rains, the water flooded the yard and nearly reached the house. Pete, from IAC, came by, diagnosed the problem and offered a very cost-effective, long-term solution. Crew completed the project in one day. I bond contractors for a living. Everyone in the company, from the owner, to the site manager and the entire crew were professional, attentive to detail and responsive to questions. The quality of the work was excellent. They explained the options available and there were a lot of them. I choose the best product for my needs. Imagine people did a first rate job and were good about keeping to agreed upon timelines.
