Once the contract was signed, they indicated 2-3 weeks to begin, and that was accurate. Supply delivery began about five days prior to commencing work. I left many, many messages telling Isaias I was disappointed that not only does he not show up to do the repair that his worker broke, but he deliberately is ghosting me for weeks. He sees from caller ID it is me calling for him to repair something he damaged (I sent pictures of the hacked irrigation pipe in the hole where the agave got blown outta there from the broken line), so he deliberately does not answer the phone ever again to BE THERE FOR MEEEEE, like he told me previously. Someone told me "because they don't get paid to repair their mistakes and have to take time out from already paying jobs to go to a job that doesn't pay. He got here at 10:45 and in 5 min gave me an excellent quote and said 2 guys would do the job in 2.5 hrs. We set a date 4 days later at 8 am. The two guys arrived at 7:50 am. We went to the tree and discussed what I wanted done. I offered to help but they said they had it handled and they would come get me when done. They came to my front door when done and took me around back to check it out and make sure I was pleased. They were polite and professional. They had all the proper tools needed to do the job. They hauled away all the trimmings. They not only raked the gravel but blew off that entire side of the yard. They also managed the entire job without damaging any of the 5 large prickly pear cactus, 2 birds of paradise, and 1 mini palm tree that are all within 1-5 feet from this tree. This is not professional landscaping - it's careless and shows a lack of basic pruning knowledge. When I contacted the owner about it, my concerns were dismissed and he hung up on me. Save yourself the frustration and go with a more competent company. Photos speak for themselves. ***Update***: The owner's response speaks for itself. Rather than addressing the legitimate concerns about the quality of work, he chose to attack me personally and publicly, calling me disgustingly rude and telling other businesses never to work with me.
