We just had Pristine Green trim up our four Red Pistache trees in our backyard that were getting a bit out of control but now are under control and look great. Updating review: It's been about 18 months since I had my backyard overhauled. Biggest asks were 1. Low maintenance and 2. Dog friendly. When picking out my stone (the highest cost) I had Dallon meet me at the stone place. He highly recommended the stone I chose as it was 'extremely low maintenance and what he will use in his own backyard'. I trusted his opinion as the expert. Fast forward to now: I've learned limestone is the highest maintenance stone you can use. If it is not power washed weekly, it will start to color. It looks 15 yrs old at this point, not less than 2. It has made maintenance a nightmare and I now have to get it sealed every 18 months just to help and still needs to be washed weekly. As someone who intentionally went with experts for advice and guidance this kills me. It took me years to save for this project. I now have the decision to devote hours weekly to maintain it or tear it out and replace it. So incredibly disappointed. read more

We used this company and was not impressed. They were suppose to trim our bushes but instead cut them so far down they all died. They also have a work truck which leaked oil all over our driveway. The owner never actually does or supervises the work- he just sends crews out that have trouble communicating and understanding direction. The only time we saw this owner was the initial quote. These guys are amazing. After my nephew had a good experience with Dallon (the owner) we thought we would give them a try. We decided to do a complete redo of our 20 year old front yard. From tearing out our 3 car concrete driveway, walkway, trees, grass, rock, everything! Dallon came out and gave us a quote, suggestions, ideas and confidence they could do it all. His quote came in about the middle of other quotes. Not the highest , and not the lowest. They started on the day we agreed, and they showed up every morning at 7am sharp. Worked til 4:30 sharp. This crew took their time, was crazy detailed , cleaned up everyday, and are the hardest working guys you can imagine. They did over 1400 sq ft of pavers ( 3 car driveway plus RV access). Every paver was installed perfectly! The cuts around curves are perfect. Dallon showed up daily for customer satisfaction. The job took 4 weeks. Dallon answered his cell phone every single time I called him. Never went to vm. I am so impressed! The job came out perfect! They also added pony walls to surround our new front courtyard. They did stucco to match the house, perfect irrigation , gorgeous turf, and beautiful trees and boulders. Our house could be on Landscaping magazine thanks to them. I highly recommend them and will have them redo our backyard next year. Don't waste your time on 3 bids. Just hire Dallon to get it done right the first time. You will not be sorry. Long overdue review from a very happy customer! My husband and I hired Pristine Green to redo the mess of a backyard that we inherited from absentee homeowners that rented out this home to tenants for 10 years before deciding to sell. We knew we were in for a challenge with this backyard when we purchased the home, but Dallon made it so easy to transform our hunk of junk yard into the oasis that we so desperately wanted! After living in our home for a couple years and envisioning what we wanted out of our backyard, we finally mapped out the vision of what we needed and wanted in a yard in our heads. We contacted Pristine Green for a quote and Dallon met us out at our house. We showed him the yards and told him what we envisioned. He took some measurements, sent us a quote, and we put down a deposit to schedule the service! Within a matter of days, Dallon and his extremely talented and professional crew brought it all to life. Better than we ever imagined. Everyday after the crew left for the night, we'd go outside and just be in awe of the process they all made and how different the yard looked day after day. We are so incredibly happy with our yards (backyard and front yard patios, the walkway connecting the yards, turf, and putting green), that we plan on hiring Pristine Green again in the future to extend the backyard patio even longer (up to our bougainvillea bush). We also plan on having them add a little seating area outside of the backyard window looking at the putting green and another little area for our garbage cans along the walkway near our gate. We also talked to Dallon about re-landscaping the front yard, by bringing in new rock and plants to spruce up our curb appeal! We went from hating our home because of the unlivable yards, to never wanting to leave this oasis. Our old landscaper was slacking; his cousin would come and trim, but he'd only do the front yard (what the landscaper owner would see when he drove by).
