What stood out the most throughout the project was Nick's attention to detail and the continued pride he takes in his work after more than 20 years of experience. At one point, the pavers that were delivered didn't meet his standards, so he had the entire shipment returned rather than installing subpar materials. That told me a lot about the kind of company he runs. The quality of the finished product speaks for itself. The pavers have clean, straight lines, our garden area was laid out perfectly, and the artificial turf looks great (our dogs have already put it to the test and it has held up wonderfully). Nick was easy to work with from beginning to end. He listened to what we wanted, was honest throughout the process, and also suggested improvements we hadn't thought about, including solving our drainage issues and running low-voltage wiring around the backyard so we'll be able to add landscape lighting later without tearing anything up. His crew was professional and skilled as well. Our project wasn't the biggest one they'll ever do, but after this experience I'd have no hesitation hiring Tranquil Oasis Landscapes again or recommending them to friends and family. I was so pleased with the work that I contracted them to do my front yard and side yards as well. For the front yard, Nick the owner, provided a scale drawing of the new layout following our conversations about what I was looking for. After HOA approval, they transformed my mainly gravel front yard into a beautiful park-like environment with turf, new plants, new lights, new irrigation, new pavers. It's beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased. Finally, I asked them to update my side yard. It was originally an ugly, unused gravel area with weeds. After collaborating with Nick, he came up with a beautiful design that once again transformed a small space. They added grass (for the dogs), irrigation, pavers, river rock, a new hose bib, lighting, bottle brush trees that will eventually provide nice shade for this east facing area (but won't overwhelm the space), and they assembled several vego planters (for which I haven't quite decided what I want planted there) Nick, along with his foreman Guillermo and the rest of the team, are professional, responsible, responsive, creative, collaborative, easy to work with, and create beautiful spaces. I kept adding to the projects and they took every request in stride. I couldn't be more happy with the transformation they completed at my home and recommend them without hesitation. They have even more capabilities including building outdoor kitchens, fireplaces/firepits, ponds, etc. When the time comes for the next addition to my yard, I will be reaching out to them!!!

It is a great area for our children to play in. We have spent countless hours enjoying our backyard, playing soccer on the grass with our daughter and entertaining for friends. We always receive compliments on how nice our backyard is and my brother mentioned, "I am officially jealous of your gorgeous backyard." It would never have been this way without TerraVida. These fine gentleman installed our backyard during the hottest week of August 2015. They never once complained. They were on time and never missed one day of work. They were truly perfectionists. They fixed our grading issues so the back yard drained to the front as requested by our HOA. Every plant installed was one that was approved by the HOA to save me problems in the future. The travertine installed is gorgeous. And.... the fountain that was installed is better than I could have dreamed of! Beautiful sound, beautiful to look at and the travertine surrounding it is stunning. Do yourself a favor and work with this wonderful team. I had gone with someone else for the front yard before I knew about TerraVida and had many problems. It was a pleasure to work with such professionals. Everything was clearly laid out on the invoice which I greatly appreciated. The electrical work was done to perfection and has really improved the ambience of the yard. Worth every single penny. I got lots of quotes and had 5 6 or so companies come out to provide estimates for the scope of work. Jason, owner of The Hardworkers, was the last estimate I got,. We initially had concrete in mind, but Jason let us know he got of out concrete and primarily does pavers, as they look better and are stronger. We honestly just assumed pavers would be out of our price range, but opted to get a quote to remove a few sections of our walkway to add the driveway, raise the wall and then a quote to pave around our shed. Though the quote may not have been the cheapest, we also added a project and the over value and product could not be beat. I also truly believe you get what you pay for and Jason and his team do awesome work. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the quality, attention to details and efficiency his team provides. Not to mention were well in range of some of the basic concrete other companies were going to provide, It took about four days from start to finish. We will definitely be calling his them again for any future projects and highly recommend for any projects you are looking to get done!

Plus, had to get HOA approval for a pergola - never fun, but finally got through that. Second contact was Ali toward the end with the irrigation and plants. Easy to deal with. Once the contract was signed, they indicated 2-3 weeks to begin, and that was accurate. Supply delivery began about five days prior to commencing work. The initial crew wasted no time getting to work. They kept the premises clean. Everyone professional. Quality: All I can say, is so far so good! Nice paver work, Pergola looks great. Electrical all appears properly done. Turf looks great. We are very happy with the results. Everyone cleaned up after themselves. Delays: none of any consequence. Toward the end, had to wait for the pergola parts to arrive. About three weeks to complete entire job.

I needed some yard work done. After literally going through landscape business cards stuck to my door (I did research and found most of them have very bad reviews and some even claimed to have website that doesn't exist). I came across Pristine Green through Yelp. I gave Brandon a call and let him know what I needed done. He suggested to take pictures which I did and sent them over. I sent the pictures on May 11th and got a quote the same day. I thought the price was reasonable so I decided to go for it. He texted back on the 13th and asked if May 17th between 8:30-10:30 would work for me. May 17th 8:30 AM - Dallon and crew showed up on time. I led them through the backyard and showed him the tree that needs to be cut down, the stump that needs to be removed and 4 other trees and 9 ft x 12 ft wall of bougainvillea for pruning. He asked before hand how much I want them trimmed. In addition he also offered to trim the rest of the bushes in the backyard. When everything was done, they hauled everything to their truck, mowed the lawn and cleaned the entire backyard. Dallon made sure that everything was to our satisfaction before they left. They even gave me $75 off from what was previously quoted. I am very satisfied with the entire transaction. Brandon was quick to respond and the online quote worked well for a working person like me. I did not have to take a day off from work to get an estimate. Dallon and crew were on-time and very polite. No dilly-dally and they were done in 2 hrs.The fact that they reduced the price by $75 after the work has been done is an indication that they are honest people and they will not rip you off. read more

Maximum star review for the great job that they did on my front yard, courtyard, and backyard. Dallon, Alex, & the crew really came through on executing to our vision...and helping to shape it along the way with good ideas on how to fill in the blanks where we needed help to figure things out. Low maintenance/low water use was one key goal, but we also wanted things to look good...and cohesive with the home design and they really delivered with a xeroscape design with lights/irrigation, installed travertine in the courtyard / patios and built a matching courtyard wall. They did a really nice job with pavers for sidewalks and installed artificial turf that the dogs love to play on. They added drainage to deal with monsoon rain storms. Prompt & courteous communication, attention to detail all the way through, and they stuck to their committed schedule. There was a fair amount of trenching and moving a LOT of rock, travertine, & pavers, but the crew was hard-working and efficient. We are thrilled with the results, huge thanks to Dallon & the Pristine Green crew! Oh yeah--I should add that I also used Pristine Green for scalping & overseeding a lawn (different yard) and they did a great job at a great price. Highly recommend Pristine Green! I reached out to Pristine Green for a consultation and they got back to me right away. Dallon came out to evaluate my yard, listened to my ideas, and offered great suggestions. He was very thorough and professional. He then came back with samples of gravel and travertine so I could see the materials in person before deciding. Shortly after, he sent a detailed quote outlining exactly what was included and what to expect throughout the process. They redesigned our entire backyard with new travertine, a putting green, freshly painted trellises, planted vines, gravel and re-did our existing irrigation. The crew was professional, polite, and did a great job cleaning up every day. Communication was fabulous from start to finish. From the moment I requested a quote to the completion of the project, they kept me updated every step of the way. In the middle of the project, I decided to add a few extra features, and they were happy to accommodate those changes. We recently moved from Seattle and our new yard was out of control! Our block was was covered with some sort of a vine coming over from the neighbor's side, weeds literally everywhere and bushes that needed trimmed. We sold all of our lawn tools when we moved thinking we wouldn't need them, so we needed help! I found Pristine Green on Google and called because of the great Yelp reviews. Brandon was able to give me a great quote, and even educate me on palm trees. Other companies I had out not only charged way more, but included services that would be a waste of money. I appreciated Brandon being honest, even when he could have taken advantage of our ignorance of Arizona plant seasons. Dallas and his crew came exactly when they said they would. They confirmed what needed done and got right to work. In the process of cleaning the vines, our pool got trashed, Dallas cleaned it before they left! A few hours later, we had a completely different yard. My husband was shocked by all they had done. Brandon called to see how the crew did that night, and provide a quote for further services. His pricing is very fair, and I can see us definitely using his company again! I had to redo my front yard because of HOA purposes and Brandon responded really quickly to my request. He looked over the area, suggested a few things and then looked over the HOA's requirements for front landscaping and came up with a great design that would satisfy not only me but the HOA as well and keep me within a decent sized budget as well. He was able to take the time to talk to the HOA directly to explain exactly what he was doing so they knew and could approve quickly. The estimated time was 2 days to do all the work but they were able to finish it up in 1 day. He then let me know about my timer that needed to be replaced for the irrigation system and he was able to get that done within the next few business days. I also had one minor problem with my irrigation system that he took care of as well within a day of me requesting his help. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them for any type of landscaping needs. Brandon is very attentive and understands what needs to be done to get the job done well. read more

I think customer service is Pristine Green's top priority! I was looking for a new company to do some cleanup and tree removal for our yard so I picked the top 3 rated on NextDoor. Brandon got back to me within about 20 minutes of leaving him a voicemail. I promised him I would send photos as soon as possible of the work needing to be done. When I hadn't sent them by Sunday, he followed up with me to double check. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and the courtesy reminder call (especially on a Sunday). He scheduled the work to be done earlier than expected, even though I told him it was no rush & the crew showed up to begin the work right at 7am as promised on a Friday morning. After completely removing 5 different plants and trimming 6, I came home to an immaculate yard. You would've never known any of the plants had just been removed. We've used Brandon and his crews for occasional yard maintenance for years, and every time, we've been blown away at how wonderful the crews are--especially as we aren't on a regular schedule with them. Brandon gives a free estimate every time and gets back to me with an assigned date within 24 hours (and has been accommodating when that date doesn't work for me). He then texts the night before with their arrival time, the crew rings the doorbell to walk through any specific instructions, they take feedback well during the cleanup ("Can you cut this one back even more?"), and go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect before they leave. For the past several visits, Brandon has sent out the same crew, and even though it had been months since their last visit, Eddie and the rest of the crew remembered every specific instruction from last time, so the yard was perfect first try. :) I'm so grateful for their consistent, fantastic work. read more

Can't give enough thanks to Brandon and the crew at Pristine Green for the awesome help they were with changing up our front yard. We had far too many plants in our yard and we wanted to minimize, so Brandon came out to assess the removal of 8 plants and provide guidance on our ideas for the new plan. He was always open to putting in anything we wanted but was so helpful in letting us know which plants we initially wanted might or might not work given the amount of sun received and general layout we were looking to achieve. Brandon is very knowledgeable, but more importantly was extremely patient with our multiple changes in plants that we suggested. Pristine Green did an outstanding job!! They redid our front and backyard watering system, removed a few poorly growing plants, and added new plants, trees, and gravel. The results were beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Dallon was excellent to work with, had great communication, was quick to respond, and very professional. He helped us determine what types of plants/trees we wanted and where best to place them. Nick headed the crew and was super knowledgeable and great to work with. The crew was very efficient, prompt, courteous, and did excellent work. We selected them because of the reviews we read and the reasonable cost. Amazing work, great customer service. I used Pristine Green to do a full yard clean up. This included a large, way overgrown Palo Verde in the back, lots of dead weeds, a young Ficus, 2 medium palms, and some shrubs in the front. I was so happy when I got home after work that I took a picture to send to my grandma. The trees were cut properly and not just shortened in length. I have had another business service the Palo Verde and all they did was trim it back away from the house. I called 2 weeks prior to actually scheduling an appointment. I called back after deciding to pull the trigger and they were able to service my property within a week! I will be using Pristine Green again when I need my trees trimmed again. Matt read more

I hired Pristine Green based on all the great reviews and I am glad I did. Brandon has been great to work with. His price was fair and the work was done as promised. A few days after the crew was here, we went out to backwash our pool and discovered the piece of PVC pipe used to attach the hose was broken and missing. Needless to say we were shocked and very frustrated. I immediately contacted Brandon to let him know. He got back to me right away and is going to get the pipe repaired and the pool back washed at his expense. I greatly appreciate his professionalism in getting the problem fixed with no hassle. My husband and I cannot speak highly enough of Brandon at Pristine Green! We are out of state owners of an investment property in Gilbert and depend on Brandon to maintain the landscaping for us. We appreciate his proactive approach in caring for our yard. He sends us occasional progress photos, informs us of plants that may be in distress and does any extra work that we request at his next service, sometimes he just swings by to make sure trees are being watered. We communicate easily with him by text or e-mail and he always responds to us in a reasonable amount of time. Brandon does excellent work and has a great work ethic. This is the 2nd time we have used Pristine Green this summer. We had just moved into a new home and were in need of a new crew and a major clean-up as the yard hadnt been attended to in a while. They gave me an estimate over the phone and were able to get us in right away! They are very reasonably priced, do an AMAZING job, quick to respond and no issues getting an appt last minute. The management and crew are very nice and easy to work with. When people visit, one of the first questions they ask is who does the yard maintenance?! I would highly recommend Brandon and Pristine Green. I was nervous selecting a random landscaper from Yelp, but Brandon was easy to communicate with and laid out all expectation clearly. I hired him and his team for a yard clean up job. He provided an estimate from photos shared over email and text and was able to get the job done quickly and at the price agreed upon. I expected there to be yard debris around the back to the front of the house because of how much was being hauled away, but his team was great and cleared everything! Brandon and his crew with Pristine went above and beyond what we expected. They landscaped our entire front yard, added pavers to both sides of our driveway, added a paver driveway leading up to our RV gate, put an entire drip system in for the landscaping-all done in less than a week. They showed up when they said they show up, unlike all of the other landscapers I've dealt with in the past. Brandon was open to my recommendations and offered great advice to my ideas. Excellent work!! The best price. We needed a yard cleanup, front and back. All bushes cut back, small tree removal, some weed treatment, blow out and debris removal. Contact with Brandon was fast, efficient, and easy. I justed called then texted him pics of the areas. He gave his quote. Done. Date/time scheduled. Done. Arrived and the lead landscaper met with me and worked with me in cutting our bushes way back as I wanted. The whole crew worked hard. Long story short I wish I would have used them from the start, I got a quote and they were the mid, went with the low only to get the good old bait and switch on the price after paying a large cash deposit and the work was never completed. Pristine Green was always the fastest to respond and came out and finished the job perfectly in one day. In the long run not hiring them in the first place cost me more than their original quote. I worked in the landscape industry for over 20 years in both commercial and residential applications. Taking that into consideration, I can be particular about my landscape service provider. But I am always honest and tell any contractor that I was in the industry and have some knowledge of best practices. Brandon provided me with a reasonable quote very quickly for regular maintenance. Thank you Pristine Green! My yard had been neglected and needed a cleanup. I tried contacting three other landscaping companies and none of them even bothered to call back. With Pristine Green, I received a call right back, was able to text some photos of my yard, and had my full yard cleanup scheduled for the next week. The crew arrived on time and did a great job. Our…read moreyard service, Francysco's Landscaping, just quit when the pavers that they were repairing from our tree that fell over a few weeks ago were not leveled and left with large gaps between pavers. We told him this was unacceptable and he quit on the spot. Pavers are a service that they advertise on their truck that they provide. Apparently that is to their satisfaction and not the paying customer. He charges an outrageous amount and then wonders why you expect quality. We also asked him to fix a valve that was constantly running and over watering our palo verde and he fixed the wrong one. We told him it was still running (which he should have verified before leaving), so he said he must have fixed the wrong valve. His solution was to come back and remove valves that I didn't want removed only to have to come back and undo that work, that was neither needed or approved. Then he has the audacity to try to charge me for that work! Stay away from anyone that charges a fortune by overestimating the cost to do a job and then does not stand behind their work.

It involved an overgrown border of Bermuda grass, weeds, and palm trees that love to sprout every year. Knowing I'd probably be disappointed in the results, I decided to give another company a try and hired Phillip. Though his services weren't cheap, he was a clear communicator and took the time to carefully walk through the job with me. I decided to move forward with the bid, and his team did an excellent job. Everything was neat, clean, and performed with high care and quality. This was far from your typical hack-and-slash operation. In Arizona, it's hard to ask for more, and Phillip has certainly earned my future business. If you've been let down by other companies, give them a try--you won't be disappointed.
