I saw the impressive pictures on the website and decided to call Isai. I was really excited about upgrading my patio and was impressed with the work he had done with other small spaces. It went horribly down hill from there. I scheduled for a quote and he did not show. I was told family emergency, no problem. I scheduled a second time. No show. I was told he was still away on emergency family business. Okay. I scheduled a 3rd time. He showed up an hour late and joked that he was playing in the snow with his grandkids in Flagstaff. I let it go. He looked around my back patio and was extremely dismissive, saying I should wait 6 months until prices go down. What? I had not even discussed my budget or my needs. He begins telling me about all of the expensive houses he has done. I ignored him and began telling him what I wanted done. He wrote nothing down except for a few measurements. Almost 10 days later he sends me a quote with nothing on it that I asked for. I immediately write him back to ask about the litany of other things I had told him I wanted. He wrote me back two weeks later and said all of the things I wanted were included in the quote. Great. I asked him to put it in writing in a new quote and I would like to get started. He then proceeded to call me multiple times, while I was at work. I emailed him back and said I would like everything in writing. He then emailed me back and said the things he told me were included are no longer included. This guy is a shady, condescending asshole who only takes on million dollar homes. If anyone from his company is reading this, my house may not be huge and expensive, but my husband and I both do really well and have a ton of discretionary income. Big mistake. Huge. I contacted Isai about a week and a half ago. In addition I contacted two other landscapers. Bless Tierra was the better deal. The other companies wanted about $500+ more, just because they would be wheelbarrowing in all of the materials they needed to build the wall. Isai and his team built a wall against an existing wall, so I can fill with soil and add plants. They also repaired sprinklers and moved them about 5' out in front of the wall so we could water our grass. They did all of this in a single day, about 8 hours. My husband had constant questions about other landscaping projects he had in mind. Isai was patient with him and gave him his opinion and advice. While he was here, Isai gave us a quote on another project we have in mind. When we are ready we will definitely be having Bless Tierra back to do the work. Thank you guys!!! read more

I requested a quote for repairing a lawn sprinkler that was broken underground on 27 June. I called today, 29 June and asked if they saw my request on Yelp. No answer to that. So I told him the issue and what needed fixing but he said he would have to come all the way from Chandler to Maricopa and would have to "charge" me just the distance fee. I would already be charge heavy on the labor for the repair in the first place. So if you want anything done from this company, make sure you live next door so they will not charge you a distance fee. Chandler is not 1 hour away from Maricopa, it is only 30 minutes away. Phoenix is 1 hour away. read more

Isai and his team did a wonderful job waterproofing outside of my house. It was a large job requiring trenching 5 ft deep trench around outside basement wall. They installed plastic, foam, stucco, tar and some additional plastic. They also connected the gutter system in backyard to have water run out to front yard and away from house. They completed the job in a couple weeks, I thought it would take much longer. Prior to this work, we would normally get seepage inside the house with water accumulating on basement floor during storms in several places. After this work was completed, we had 0 water coming into basement after this last storm in Mesa. I am very satisfied with their work and would use them again in a heart beat. read more

Bless Tierra installed a new patio with surrounding seat wall and pavers. The job included a paver pathway to the backyard, pavers on the back porch and a small seating area for a fire pit. They also replaced our irrigation system and installed additional exterior electrical outlets and landscape lighting on the patio. They did excellent work, provided great design suggestions, and completed the job at the agreed price despite inflationary pressure. After a long search for a landscaper to do our backyard (we had 10 come out to quote us before him), we landed on Isai and his team. I messaged them through Yelp and they responded quick and came within a couple days to give me a quote. I was really unsure with what I wanted to do with my backyard but Isai came out and had some great design ideas for me and my wife. We had a good conversation with him and both felt then and there during the estimate that he was the one we wanted to go with. Isai communicated with us and answered his phone when we called with trying to get this scheduled. Huge plus since a lot of the other landscapers we got quotes from did not call back or took a few days to call back. I am very happy to report that Isai and Willi did and amazing job! My backyard was in desperate shape (just dirt and weeds!) it has been transformed in 9 days! The whole experience has been a pleasure! Pavers were installed perfectly, small wall built around a/c unit, archway removed from patio with supporting beam put into place that opened up the entire view from indoors as well as 2 beautiful trees installed, gravel and imitation grass!
