His prices were great for the work they do + the clean up and haul away. The initial crew wasted no time getting to work. They kept the premises clean. Everyone professional. Quality: All I can say, is so far so good! Nice paver work, Pergola looks great. After talking to a previous installer that worked closely with the company, he said the new management is very difficult to work with when it comes to warranty claims. That same installer looked at my grass and stated that the turf was defective. He had been installing grass for over 10 years and is a recognized professional for installing synthetic grass.

The previous owner had it done this way for the purpose of keeping it cheap and keeping it low maintenance during the years he lived here. Over the last few years after I purchased it, I got 3 quotes from 3 different companies to do a section of turf. I never committed to a company to do it because I didn't feel confident they could deliver what I wanted. Fast forward to two weeks, I met with Sean from Turf Monsters. After hearing my vision for the yard, he was quick about getting me their quote on the same day. Not only that, but he had an extensive knowledge of the kinds of turf they had that would fit my yard best, the process of whole installation, how to maintain it, etc. It wasn't a hard choice; I chose them to do my turf project feeling confident they would handle the job well. And did they ever! At my request, they managed to get my installation scheduled earlier than originally planned. Materials were dropped off and installers showed up as scheduled on the day they began. Every single encounter during the installation was professional and friendly. It took less than the original two-day quote for the 25'x30' area, the three man installation team finishing in only one day. And it turned out better than I had imagined it to! The bright green turf looks stunning with the original rock landscape against it. And the dogs are beyond happy with it, running around and wrestling on it, but also relaxing on it too as it doesn't get super hot in the sun. I've received so many compliments on it from neighbors and friends that have seen it, saying it completely changed the entire backyard for the better. I highly recommend this team to execute your turf desires! A job well done!

I paid to have brand new turf installed because I was told my existing turf needed to be replaced due to visible seams. After the job was completed, the new turf still has seams, which defeats the entire reason I agreed to replace it in the first place. I also paid for a completely new irrigation system, but it appears that it was never actually replaced. Many of the sprinklers still have the same old sprinkler heads and tops, yet the company insists the system was replaced. The visible evidence suggests otherwise. Additionally, I paid for repairs to my fire pit, and within three days the structure was already cracked again. The professionalism on-site was also lacking. During the job, the crew took a break for about an hour sitting on our personal lawn chairs and didn't even bother to put them back, and they left trash and debris behind when they finished. What's most frustrating is that I've reached out multiple times to have these issues addressed, and each time I've been pushed aside, given excuses, or told things that simply aren't true. At this point I feel like I paid a significant amount of money for work that was not completed as promised and was poorly executed. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this company to others. Update. The owner has informed us that we will be receiving a refund that should have arrived today. If course it did not arrive, not is he answering any attempts to reconcile. This shows how crooked he is.

I had Isaiahs come over and clean up weeds maybe three times but the last time his worker hacked…read moreand broke with a shovel my irrigation line. But I didn't find out till later when the planter box was all flooded like a lake and overflowing like a river to the street. I found the broken PVC right where I instructed his worker to plant an agave fior me. When I told Isaiah's TFH Landscaping that his worker broke the sprinkler line, ISAIAHs said he would send the worker over to do the repair in a couple days which Isaias said was Tuesday, the worker never showed up. When I called him to say the worker never showed up he said he would come in a couple days and he personally will come and be there. Well Isaias never showed up. What's worse is he used to answer the phone on the first ring and was "always there for me" and even said "You know I am always here for you and I answer the phone". But after he didn't show up two times he wasn't answering the phone anymore .... ever. I left many, many messages telling Isaias I was disappointed that not only does he not show up to do the repair that his worker broke, but he deliberately is ghosting me for weeks. He sees from caller ID it is me calling for him to repair something he damaged (I sent pictures of the hacked irrigation pipe in the hole where the agave got blown outta there from the broken line), so he deliberately does not answer the phone ever again to BE THERE FOR MEEEEE, like he told me previously. That deserves 1 Yelp star. So you think I'm going to do business with him if he doesn't even answer the phone ever? Someone told me "because they don't get paid to repair their mistakes and have to take time out from already paying jobs to go to a job that doesn't pay. I never spoke to Isaias again because he didn't care to come back ad fix the broken pipe his worker hacked to pieces. That deserves 1 Yelp star don't you think? I have a new landscaper who has many solid 5 Yelp stars, and so far he has shown up every time I needed him, right on time, even when he squeezed me in. But I have no experience if he will show up to fix something he didn't do right, because nothing like that has happened so far.

The project was delayed multiple times, measurements were done wrong, and the rock area was left unleveled. What made the experience worse was the communication throughout the process. When an issue came up regarding the color of the pavers that was recommended by our sales representative, he was unwilling to take accountability or work with us toward a reasonable solution. After pointing out all the issues, he told us he would contact his manager to see if they could provide a discount since the incorrect color of pavers had already been delivered and partially installed. After days of back-and-forth, he later informed us that they would not be pursuing that option after all. The inconsistency and lack of follow-through were very disappointing. James the sales agent became increasingly hostile and unprofessional. Instead of feeling like our concerns were being heard and addressed, we felt blamed for issues that should have been handled collaboratively. To their credit, the installation crew worked hard and completed much of the physical labor well. However their customer service and accountability was horrible. I do not recommend Always Green Turf.

He arrived on time and he sent me a price within a couple of days. I know he's busy which tends to happen when you do good work so I told him, quote approved, let's make it happen! That next Saturday his guys did demo, gate door fix (our last landscaper did a shoddy job that Albert fixed for me), dirt and rock haul off, grading. Then couple days later, Monday his crews poured our driveway extension. Beautiful joint layout and great work. I paid 50% on day 1 and 50% after his guys finished. Professional level work too.

He tired to reschedule for later that day at 3/4pm but that didn't work for me so he said ended up coming out within the hour. He also told me he wasn't licensed which is a huge liability for the home owner. We are doing an entire backyard Reno with a decent budget so it wasn't that our job wasn't worth while. I would hope though that communication would still remain open as a simple text message to update me would have taken less than a minute and much faster than the time you took to respond on here. - i'm not mad at all so I'm not sure why you put that in your response but when I was searching for other contractors, yelp, put your company right in front of me and asked me to review it. It wasn't something that I sought out. So I left an honest review of my experience. I completely agree with other contractors being licensed and having horrible reviews. Your reviews looked great, which is why I called you in the first place. Great craftsmanship/ reviews or not, a homeowner is still liable if someone on the job gets injured and that could have potential to ruin someone's life in a lawsuit. It Has nothing to do with the quality of work but just liability in general. The only thing that was questionable is how long you've been in business and are just now getting your license. That didn't really add up to me, but I wish you guys the best truly and sorry again for your loss
