He provided us quotes for every option and we ended up going with just having it trimmed. He asked us for feedback as he went to make sure i was left with something i was happy with. His prices were great for the work they do + the clean up and haul away. Had I not looked out as these guys were packing up to leave it would have been left like this and I'd not have known who did it. I would have had to temporarily pay to fix before my HOA fined us. I spoke with Kasey who was apologetic and wanted to make things right. She had Keith come out and he was more than happy to replace our turf at "cost", when we said we wouldn't be using him and discussed what was fair for damages Keith's reply was "a pack of soda". Then he said he'd buy us dinner. What a joke! Apparently this company only makes enough for dinner on each job, if they were really going to replace our turf at cost that's BS. This was damages to private property by a company we did not hire and their way to resolve was to try to get business out of us or "buy us dinner".

Appreciated the initial communication from Gabriel, but as time has gone we have had a hard time getting a hold of him for the second part of our project. Unfortunately, the yard has been incredibly patchy growing in, and we were trying to solve that initially. We hoped for soil to cover the seed but he just said "no, too many weeds". No additional solutions were offered to help keep birds away from eating the open seed. We'd rather have some weeds than a patchy yard. Initially, we were pleased but we are growing a bit disappointed.

I am sure there are other great landscaping businesses out there, but the reviews were key for me - I had nothing else to go by, since we haven't used any landscaping services. Reviews were accurate. Service-communication: very good. My main contact was James. Took a lot of time with us. We were going from scratch, so it took a while for us to figure out what we wanted. Plus, had to get HOA approval for a pergola - never fun, but finally got through that. Second contact was Ali toward the end with the irrigation and plants. Easy to deal with. Once the contract was signed, they indicated 2-3 weeks to begin, and that was accurate. Supply delivery began about five days prior to commencing work. The initial crew wasted no time getting to work. They kept the premises clean. Everyone professional. Quality: All I can say, is so far so good! Nice paver work, Pergola looks great. Electrical all appears properly done. Turf looks great. We are very happy with the results. Everyone cleaned up after themselves. Delays: none of any consequence. Toward the end, had to wait for the pergola parts to arrive. About three weeks to complete entire job.

Despite emailing several times with the Warranty representative name, Chris Fields, I continued to get the runaround. I have been wanting turf in my backyard for quite some time, basically since I purchased the home…read morein 2023. Having two large dogs, it was a waste having a yard as big as mine as it was made entirely of desert rock. The previous owner had it done this way for the purpose of keeping it cheap and keeping it low maintenance during the years he lived here. Over the last few years after I purchased it, I got 3 quotes from 3 different companies to do a section of turf. I never committed to a company to do it because I didn't feel confident they could deliver what I wanted. Fast forward to two weeks, I met with Sean from Turf Monsters. After hearing my vision for the yard, he was quick about getting me their quote on the same day. Not only that, but he had an extensive knowledge of the kinds of turf they had that would fit my yard best, the process of whole installation, how to maintain it, etc. It wasn't a hard choice; I chose them to do my turf project feeling confident they would handle the job well. And did they ever! At my request, they managed to get my installation scheduled earlier than originally planned. Materials were dropped off and installers showed up as scheduled on the day they began. Every single encounter during the installation was professional and friendly. It took less than the original two-day quote for the 25'x30' area, the three man installation team finishing in only one day. And it turned out better than I had imagined it to! The bright green turf looks stunning with the original rock landscape against it. And the dogs are beyond happy with it, running around and wrestling on it, but also relaxing on it too as it doesn't get super hot in the sun. I've received so many compliments on it from neighbors and friends that have seen it, saying it completely changed the entire backyard for the better. I highly recommend this team to execute your turf desires! A job well done!
