I cannot be any happier with these guys. Though it's a small yard, it had become very overgrown with weeds and dead parts of the plants. I sent them the before pictures to ask for an estimate and they got back to me within an hour or so. Super easy to schedule and extremely reasonable price. I had some specifics of what I wanted addressed and what I wanted to let grow out more. They listened to what I wanted, asked questions and got it EXACTLY how I wanted it. Even figuring out that I had a large sapling that was coming from under the wall of the green belt (not gonna lie- I totally thought it was part of the bush. News flash-it wasn't) and removing it. They were also incredibly fast and efficient so it was no hassle. They also checked the drip system and watering schedule to make sure that was all working properly too. I emailed Brandon on Wednesday evening, looking for a quote to trim some large bushes that were in the way of our house painters. He got back to me right away, I sent some photos of the plants, he got me a quote and had his crew at my house Monday morning. His crew was prompt, made a point of confirming what I wanted done before they began cutting and were done in less than an hour. I called Brandon in the winter time to start a landscaping project, I had this idea to do a desert scape in the back yard. He advised best to wait till March because the types of plants I wanted would have a better start when it is warmer. I appreciated his honesty, and called back in March. He came over and I described what I was looking for, and gave me some great feedback and ideas as well. We ended up doing a hardscaping area in the left corner of the yard to create a lounge area for sitting, and then we did little palm trees and cacti clusters throughout. He had the great idea of doing a succulent garden in front of the bay window, and it looks so beautiful from both the yard and from the bay window. We also did some cacti in the front as well as a little palm, and lighting installation out front to show the plants at night. His team re did the irrigation system as well, and it has been running so well. I am so happy with how efficient, and friendly his staff was as well. They were very respectful, and cleaned up at the end of the day. They worked a lot faster than I was expecting. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone who is looking for landscaping renovations. Super disappointing...we've used this company for some time. Crews of workers have changed often and we have always communicated our desires for how the plants/trees look - full/large/blooming. My yard was full and beautiful and full of flowers. Every visit I've asked for the crew leader to ring my doorbell so I can specifically point out anything needing attention - otherwise I've always said to leave them alone. Today the crew leader was told the same thing at the door - but when we went out - we see every bush in our front yard scalped - dead-looking, horrible! I spoke to the crew leader and he agreed with me and apologized again and again. He admitted he knows I like everything big. So I call the owner Brandon, as a business owner he should know what his crews are doing. He proceeds to blame ME instead of his crew. I explained that I wasn't going to pay $150 for the week to have had the yard ruined -- it has (they did this once before and we let it go) and will take YEARS for some of those plants to grow back to the way they were. We had many die from the first time this happened...He doesn't offer to make it right in any way and again makes comments that puts all accountability on us and none on his crew - none at all. I have told this team at least 100 times -every week - remember don't cut anything unless I tell you. What more can I do as a customer? It should take 1 time......he said his workers were clocking in for an hour worth of work every time they were at our home - again lies. I told him we don't have things trimmed - they are here for 20-30 minutes at the most - most days. Ugh. So disappointing that an owner doesn't take accountability for his workers and doesn't try to make the situation right. Instead he said we will part ways. I have referred this company to so many people including my parents, and given them so much business - and this is how I'm treated when THEY make a mistake. He told me I wasn't allowed to get upset -it will grow back....such a shame.... read more

Called on 9/4/2020 was referred to Dallon to get a quote and was provided his email. Sent our landscape plans via email. Waited 2 to 3 weeks without response. Followed up with a phone call to Dallon 9/20. He scheduled an appointment with me to wall the property on Thursday 9/24 @430pm. No show. No call, no communication. Brandon and his crews did a very good job on my lawn. The monthly service was always timely and looked great after. The biggest thing that I am pleased about was when I let my backyard turn into a mini jungle. I sent some photos to Brandon and a week later his guys were there clearing the jungle out and I had a backyard again. have been using Pristine Green for our yard cleanup/palm tree trimming for years. They've always done an amazing job but they really exceeded my expectations recently! Our irrigation pipe busted and the off valve was connected to the piece of PVC pipe that broke. The city had to come shut off our water to the property until we could get it fixed. Brandon responded quickly and had Rhane at our home within 20 minutes!! What a knowledgeable, polite and pleasant man to work with. I can't say enough positive things about how Rhane handled our emergency so efficiently! Our off valve is now connected to the copper piece of pipe so that I never have to worry about being unable to shut off the water in the event of another busted irrigation pipe.
