J & A Pavers did an incredible job on our property. They installed a parking pad for our tiny house and built a new driveway for our tenants, all after leveling our entire backyard to prep it for future projects. The transformation is huge -- everything looks clean, solid, and ready for what's next. When the work was finished, I told them, "It's wonderful -- thank you. I can see our vision easily more." And I meant every word. Their team was respectful, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their craft. If you're looking for a crew that delivers quality work with affordable prices and helps bring your long‑term plans into focus, J & A Pavers is absolutely worth it. read more

J & A Pavers - Masonry/Concrete Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

On time, very friendly, really good work and a fair price! I would highly recommend this business.

5 stars for response time on project needed. They seem professional and focus on high quality work. Overall, I would consider them for a different project. Note: We ended up not going with them because we also needed travertine stone cut and placed on blocks and concrete. The company doesn't provide the stone service. read more

Absolutely Outstanding Experience! I cannot say enough wonderful things about J & A Pavers! From the very beginning, the communication from the owner and office manager was prompt, professional, and always helpful. The crew filled an inground spa I had removed with travertine to match the surrounding stone in addition to 8 other items I had them do.. The crew of four men worked for two full days in 110-degree heat, and their dedication, hard work, and attention to detail were truly incredible. They never let the extreme heat stop them from doing an amazing job. When they finished, my backyard looked like a work of art! As a senior citizen, I had plenty of questions, and every member of the crew was incredibly patient and kind. They never made me feel like I was bothering them. They even allowed me to watch and learn as they worked because I hope to try doing a small section of my yard myself this fall.. I really appreciated their willingness to share their knowledge and let me be part of the process. I also want to give special recognition to Jesus Medina, the owner. Jesus was absolutely wonderful to work with. He communicated with me constantly throughout the entire project, made sure I knew what was happening, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with the results. After only two days, he almost felt like a family member! At the end of the project I saw Jesus going over every inch of my yard to make sure all was done correctly. J & A Pavers truly went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality workmanship, hardworking people, excellent communication, and a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Thank you, J & A Pavers, Jesus, and the entire crew, for transforming my backyard into something beautiful. You guys were amazing! read more

I hired Jesus to add another row of Pavers to a job that was completed. It was a small job but he was willing to come up to North Phoenix to help. He provided the best estimate and communicated throughout the entire process. He made sure to match the same pavers and scheduled a time to finish the job. Jesus was an absolute pro. He showed up on time and actually had to cut two sections around the fence post to make it a custom job. I will hire Jesus for a larger patio project now that I'm confident he will do an excellent job. read more

Professional, prompt and did a great job on our project (with a short timeline). Thank you!

Jesus is really helpful. He cares that the project is done to your satisfaction. Ha can even deal with your rude neighbors. He's a class act

Jesus explained each step of the driveway paver installation process clearly before starting the job, so I understood all the phases of the project. During the work, he was open to my input and made adjustments to improve the final look. He also cleaned the entire area once the project was completed. His pricing is fair--neither cheap nor expensive. I would definitely recommend his business. read more

Highly Recommend! We've hired J & A Pavers for two major projects over the past year, and both times, Jesus and his team delivered outstanding results at an affordable price. They first poured a cement pad for our sunroom foundation, and later, they replaced our broken concrete driveway with a beautiful new paver driveway and sidewalk. Jesus is fantastic to work with--professional, reliable, and always willing to go the extra mile. We've referred him to two coworkers for their landscaping projects, and we even had him deliver a load of decorative rock recently. No matter the job, he consistently provides top-notch workmanship and excellent service. If you need pavers, concrete work, or landscaping help, J & A Pavers is the way to go! read more

We just moved to AZ and wanted to have our driveway extended. Jesus came out, listened to what we wanted and gave us some suggestions. Before having the project done, we made some changes and Jesus was extremely flexible, understanding and accommodating. When they came out and did the project, they were efficient and the job was done in a timely manner. Once done, they made sure everything was cleaned up right away. The extension is exactly what we wanted and we are extremely happy. J and A Pavers, and Jesus, went far and above the service you usually get in today's world and I would highly recommend them! read more

We also had Jesus add additional pavers to the front of our home. His team was meticulous in ensuring that the surface would be pitched to allow the proper drainage. They also made sure that each paver would be defect-free so that the overall job was of superb quality. 5 ***** service experience overall. Jesus provided a prompt response to surveying the scope of work, and produced a professional written estimate that was detailed. The crew performed multiple tasks: garage stem wall repair, concrete walkway restoration, and patio paver grading restoration. They arrived on-time, and accomplished an estimated 2 day's work in one full day with quality. Post-work cleanup was thorough. The value of the work for the price was outstanding. Recommend this business to all, and we will use them for any future work needs. read more

Awesome service! Jesus was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. He and his crew handled everything - picking up the pavers, hauling them to our house, and then of course re-paving our old concrete path to our front door. The crew did the install in just a few hours, and the workmanship was perfect. The new pavers look SO good; we love it. Would highly recommend this company. read more

Great communication, great concrete work. I will use them again. Quality of the work was exceptional. The price was right on point!

J & A Pavers were awesome to work with from start to finish and provided a quality of workmanship that exceeded my expectations. Jesus the owner responded to my Yelp request for a quote very quickly. He communicated with me clearly on the project of digging up and replacing a sunken cracked cement walkway next to my house. He was one of 5 companies I had bid on the job that actualy gave me a written quote where the others only quoted verbally. Right there he established a good rapport with me. He then clearly discussed options for the project allowing me the option to think about what was best with his guidance. He never pushed me to make a decision or pressured me to work with him. With him establishing a great working relationship I knew I had the "guy" for the job and I hired him. He gave me a start date and we were a go. I contacted before the date of work and made a change to the project and he happily adjusted the quote. Surprisingly and conveniently he called me and offered to do the work a day early, so I took him up on the offer. He could have taken a day off but decided to do this job for me. Again, strengthening my decision to go with his company. He showed up on time, YAY! and began the work. He took time for me to "bug" him a few times as they were working and explained where they were at and how they were doing with the work. The guy was just genuinely interested in customer satisfaction. When they were complete I inspected the work before they left and they made sure I was completely happy with the job. They even cleaned up the debris and made sure they left the area as it was when they got there. They worked hard in the heat of the day and produced a result I was very happy with. They showed me the extra steps they took to provide a good foundation where this new walkway shouldn't sink now. I liked Jesus so much that I will be hiring him for a bigger project near my pool area soon. Jesus, thanks for doing such a good job on this project and having a great team of people that could clearly communicate, and that worked hard with you to produce a perfect result. I can't thank you enough for the relief you've given me to find a good contractor here for work I needed and will need in the future. Well done man!! read more
