DJ initially kept me updated with this backordered part. Three weeks later DJ texted me saying the part would be in on Wednesday and he would be out to finish the repair on Saturday. I never heard from DJ again, completely ghosted me. I called another spa service and they came out the next day (a Thursday), diagnosed the leak (DJ's diagnosis was WRONG) and returned the following Monday and completed the repair. Would have done it on initial diagnosis, but had to get part from shop. For 3 weeks, I had a spa that was partially torn apart (I allowed this because DJ was going to return to complete repair in one week) and then wasn't even given the courtesy of telling me what was going on. I stayed home all day on the Saturday, but DJ never showed, called, or sent me a text. What I find weird is that all of our correspondence was cordial, so I'm not sure why I was just ghosted. That said, I would avoid doing business with this person.

DJ is a professional and a pleasure to work with, a breath of fresh air compared to the many fake spa techs out there. His service charge is 25-30% less than most so-called spa companies.

The tech Richard was very patient as he explained to me. What needed to be repaired and got it all done the same day as the initial visit which worked out because he didn't have to order parts. He came prepared. He took time to also explain a few other things to help my pull vacuum, run more efficiently and made some suggestions. Very pleased with this company. Some of the details you can't see, whisper quiet exhaust fan, LED ceiling lights, the rain shower head and metal edge on the tile to give a finished look. The backsplash that came with the vanity did not have a side piece, so he came up with using the tile from the shower floor, which really tied everything together. His entire crew from demo to finish were so helpful and answered all my questions. We keep pinching ourselves every time we walk in our bathroom to make sure it isn't a dream! We couldn't be happier!
