Our experience with AZ Creative Services has been extremely disappointing. We hired AZ Creative Services to repair our pool deck because their salesperson, Nick, assured us they could also solve our drainage issues and claimed they "had an expert." Instead of providing a proper drainage solution, they drilled holes at the base of our home. Afterward, our pool deck began to swell, creating additional problems that we then had to address. When their crew later returned because the pool deck they had installed was already chipping, they used our garden hose during the repair. When they left, they failed to turn off the hose spigot, leaving the water running. At some point, the hose burst, allowing water to run unchecked for an extended period. The water flooded the side of our house and eventually entered our home, causing significant damage. In addition, the crew left a mess of pool deck material on our property, adding to the damage and cleanup we were forced to deal with after they left. We immediately notified AZ Creative Services, and Nick personally came to inspect the damage. At that time, the company waived our repair charges, leading us to believe they accepted responsibility for what had happened. To minimize further damage, we filed a claim with our homeowner's insurance so repairs could begin immediately. Now, more than a year later, our insurance company is seeking reimbursement for the damages, and AZ Creative Services is denying any responsibility. Their complete reversal has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We hired this company expecting quality workmanship, honest communication, and accountability. Instead, we were left with unresolved drainage issues, a damaged pool deck, water damage to our home, damage to our property, and a company that refuses to stand behind its work or take responsibility for its mistakes. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend AZ Creative Services. If you're considering hiring them, I strongly encourage you to think twice before trusting them with your home. Run!! read more

We had about 1500 sf of deck restored. While it cost a little more than other companies, the quality of the work and the product used made it well worth it. I could not be happier with my experience with ACS. From meeting with Taylor and Nick to Fernando and his team working so hard and meticulously. We had gone with another company 6 year prior to save money -- huge mistake. The outcome with ACS compared to 6 years ago was unbelievable. Buyer beware! Don't be fooled. This company coated my entire patio in the backyard and sidewalk just outside my gate in the front yard for $$$$ and within few years it started to come off. we vetted this company quite thoroughly before we contracted with them, even driving to look at other installations they did (references they readily provided!). we had our concrete patio and pre-existing kool decking done in a flagstone pattern in early 2023, great results!! however, about a year later, we noticed a lot of fading and what appeared to be a chalky appearance starting on large sections of the hardscape. frankly, i expected a bad experience trying to remedy the problem. within 3 days of caling them, the same person who bid the job returned to look at it, and immediately recognized the issue. he admitted they had some problems with a new material they had used during the period of our install, and said they would re-do the patio. no hassles, no questions asked! the yard again looks great! time will tell, but a company that stands behind their work like this is becoming a very rare thing nowadays. i highly recommend this company! read more

Well, We got the house painted, we had a pool fence installed, and our kool deck was in dire need of resurfacing. So originally we were going to get the acrylic lace redone. However, we had a few estimates done with different options. We ended up getting a flag stone stamped concrete. It looks amazing! Very happy with the results, and really made our pool area special. Since I was at work during the repairs, they worked with my wife. They explained everything to her, the types of patterns, and colors. Even when she had an issue with one of the colors. If you can find another provider, I suggest you pass on this one. I had ACS resurface my patio and pool deck in January. When they bid the job they told me they would replace the drainage strips with a more modern 'clip in' cover. They didn't. Instead they replaced HALF of a strip. Also, the areas between each of the sections was not filled uniformly. I've tried repeatedly to get them back out to make it right, but have had little success getting them to call me back. As far as I'm concerned they leave much to be desired for after-sale service. read more

We had our patio and pool deck done in 2014, and it looked great for about 2 years. We had problems but the company fixed them. That being said, the surfaces have faded and have been peeling for the past 2 years. We paid about $4;000.00 to have this awful surface done. Money out the window. We are now looking at a major project and cost to have this replaced. read more

I am having major problems with my deck which Arizona Creative renovated back in 7-13. I originally contacted AZ Creative as my old kool decking was chipping off in several spots which was diagnosed as efflorescing of the concrete underneath and it was very evident in several areas of the deck. I was told that the concrete would be ground down but there would be a possibility the chipping may return. I did a lot of research when exploring options for the deck renovation and heard very good things about this company and the bullet-proof product that they installed. I trusted the experience behind the evaluation and that it certainly wouldn't make sense to install a coating over a deficient substrate. Less than two years later the chipping had indeed returned, and in fact had worsened, which Arizona Creative was nice enough to repair under warranty. Now, we're at 2 1/2 years and my deck looks worse than ever with several large areas peeling off. Had I been properly advised that it wasn't 'possible' the chipping would return, rather that it was certain to return, I would never have spent $7000 on what ultimately turned out to be a band-aid with a two year shelf life. Regardless, I need a solution-a permanent solution. The company is not returning emails or voice mails. read more

Dave and crew are AMAZING! We had them resurface our pool patio, covered patio, walkway and front walkway a few years ago. They did an amazing job, however, due to an issue with the sealant we had some issues in a few areas which caused them to come back and resurface. That lasted for about two years, and then the same issue came back again. Unhappy with the top coat appearance of their amazing artwork, Dave sent his crew out to completely grind down and re-do our patios. It looks BRAND NEW! In today's market, it is very hard to find honest, quality workers. This company did the right thing by, even though the issue wasn't their fault (issue was defect with the product they used). This fix was a week of work for their crew, who were both hard workers, clean, neat and incredibly respectful working in AZ summer 100+ temps. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for patio resurface. They have done an amazing job since day one, and have stood by their work every step of the way! read more

Find someone else. They did our floor a few years ago and while we were happy with the finished results we had issues while it was being installed. They were not at all reliable - every day there was a new excuse about why they weren't here when they said they would be. The job ran twice as long as they quoted me and I had no choice but to work around their schedule once they were started. I had to take time off from work to be here and then they weren't here when they said they would be. Our baseboards were stained. They taped them off but the stain bleed through and we had to repaint baseboards in the entire room. We recently called to have someone come repair two spots where the concrete patch had come up. We have two big white spots on an otherwise dark brown floor. They can't even get someone over to look at it for over two months!!! I explained this was unacceptable and they replied it was my fault for not calling them sooner. We're getting ready to move and will now need to put carpet over the floor we spent thousands of dollars to stain because they can't help us out. We will be doing stained concrete in our new house and we will NOT use Arizona Creative Surfaces. read more

We wanted new floors and could not decide what type of floor to get. We have a pool and hardwood was not an option. We decided to go with polished concrete and could not be happier with the results.
