Amongst all the quotes, they were in the median price range, but they had the largest portfolio of positive photos and reviews, which is why I selected them for this service. Scheduling was fairly simple, and the service went well as scheduled. However, due to the invasive nature of the tree, it started to sprout back. Upon notifying Arbor Care, they were quick to send someone to come back and address the tree again at no additional charge. There have been no issues since. I appreciate their helpfulness when a re-service was required. I have already referred them to others through word of mouth, but wanted to do so on this platform as well because they deserve the praise for a job well done. Thank you!

Him and his team were able to get us in next day and did the work quickly and left us with such a transformation! We needed a lot of big bushes cut back by quite a bit and had a Palo Verde Tree that we were unsure if we wanted cut down or just trimmed. He provided us quotes for every option and we ended up going with just having it trimmed. He asked us for feedback as he went to make sure i was left with something i was happy with. His prices were great for the work they do + the clean up and haul away. I was really impressed and will be giving their name out to everyone i know and next time we need some work done...i know who to call. I'm confident that whatever you need, they can do it. They are extremely professional and made sure to leave the place spotless!! I'm so happy, they really do live up to the five start rating they have here.

So maybe 4 years ago Heartwood took down a Sisso tree from my front yard. I have never seen a…read moresprout or issue since! So already I was a fan. Then, this week a neighbors Sisso started creeping into my yard. Called to have them come out and kill off the root that was in my yard. When speaking to Brittni on the phone she was so thorough in getting all the info and was knowledgeable about what the process would be. She made sure it worked with my schedule, and left copious notes for the person who would come out. Then I spoke with Howard about the sprouts, and he guided me through the process of solving the issue on my own without them. He knew this was an easily solved problem and essentially gave up a job because it was the honest thing to do. Incredible! Honest, knowledgeable, hardworking. One of the best companies I have ever brought in to work on my home.

It started to rain and Howard's team continued to work earnestly until the rain became too much. They came back the next day to finish the job. I've worked with quite a few landscaping companies in the valley, and I usually end up thinking, "I…read moreshould have done this myself." I recently had a job that I'd done many times before, but it was backbreaking work, and I just didn't have the energy to tackle it. It involved an overgrown border of Bermuda grass, weeds, and palm trees that love to sprout every year. Even when the palms are small, they're incredibly difficult to pull, and I won't even get into the hassle of removing the grass. Knowing I'd probably be disappointed in the results, I decided to give another company a try and hired Phillip. Though his services weren't cheap, he was a clear communicator and took the time to carefully walk through the job with me. I decided to move forward with the bid, and his team did an excellent job. Everything was neat, clean, and performed with high care and quality. This was far from your typical hack-and-slash operation. In Arizona, it's hard to ask for more, and Phillip has certainly earned my future business. If you've been let down by other companies, give them a try--you won't be disappointed.

Nick actually offered to pay, out of his pocket, to fix the problem. This morning Chris, the owner showed up at our home and fortunately our landscaper, Brian of Water Wise, who is also AWESOME was also at our home doing some work. Bottom line, our landscaper is fixing and Chris from Arizona Luxury Turf is covering the cost, which turns out to be about $50.00. Whether the leak was there prior to the Turf installation or not our landscaper could not say for certain, but Chris ultimately did the right thing and for that I'm very appreciative. The quality of work was great, even our landscaper who has experience in artificial turf agreed, AZ Luxury Lawns did a great job! They started out strong but in the end fell short. We live in Morrison Ranch where artificial turf is now "OK" under certain specifications and approval. AZ Lawns did our neighbors lawn and it looked beautiful so we reached out to Nick of AZ Lawn for a quote and design. He provided everything we needed for our HOA approval. Our HOA did request a larger space around our tree and Nick drew up the revised illustration which got approved. The installation was well done, however, they did not install around our tree based on the "revised" illustration, they installed based on the first illustration. My husband did tell Nick that if the HOA says anything we will need him to reinstall the area around the tree. The REAL problem is with our irrigation cap offs. We have 2 out in front, which get capped because we no longer need the sprinkler system. (but can be uncapped if in the future you ever need your sprinkler system again). One is capped and no issue, the second is leaking. My husband called Nick about coming out to fix the problem, so Nick referred my husband to the owner of the company, When my husband spoke with the owner, he REFUSED to have anyone come out and fix it!! The job is not complete until all aspects are done correctly. I can live with the incorrect installation around the tree but I can't live with a leaky sprinkler cap and it is because of Nick's response to NOT fix it, I would NOT recommend him or Arizona Luxury Lawns.I
