Staff from start to finish were totally amazing! Our pool and cool deck were completely redone. The job was completed ahead of schedule and the workmanship is beautiful. We are VERY happy with the end result.

Newly Resurfaced Pool! - The image shows a backyard with a swimming pool that has a rock fountain feature at one end. The pool is bordered by a concrete deck, and there are trees and shrubs along the perimeter, with a brick wall providing privacy. The sky above is clear and blue, indicating a sunny day.

Jerry, I just wanted to THANK CDC for their excellent work in "renewing" my pool surface! I put my trust in CDC 20 years ago when I first built my pool and now 20 years later they did a great job redoing my PebbleTec surface! I have included some construction pics in my review!

Pool demoed - A backyard scene featuring a swimming pool with a partially resurfaced interior, which appears to be in the process of renovation. The pool has a textured, light-colored surface, and the surrounding area includes a concrete deck with visible expansion joints. In the background, there is a grassy lawn, trees, and a brick wall, indicating a residential outdoor space.

I'm writing this review in real time and will add to it and make adjustments as progression happens. We contracted CDC for a full pool and patio remodel in late December. The way their contract reads you essentially pay them 90% of the money before 25% of the work is done. We were not comfortable with this and negotiated a little better terms. They still require 50% upfront. Cassie was helpful and patient during the sales process. Our walk thru was scheduled for Tuesday, 2/9/21 and happened on schedule. The project was to start on Thursday, 2/11. Kevin told me during the walk-thru that they were running a couple days behind so it would either be Thursday or Friday but that scheduling would be in touch each step along the way to notify us of what is happening. Thursday and Friday came and went with no word or crew. Saturday, 2/13, with no notice the crew shows up and demos the pool. Ok, would have been nice to know they were coming, but let's get this party started. Demo was done quickly and they cleaned up 97% of the rocks and debris so we were happy with that. Now, 10 days later, we haven't heard from or seen anyone. No progress, no communication. We paid them $16,600 60 days ago and this is what we have to show for it so far. Since they came recommended from our pool guy and a friend, we sure hope it gets better. We will be updating review along the way, but getting concerned. Update: Friday, 2/26/21 we received an email that they will be coming to complete the tile around the top of the pool on Monday, 3/1/21. Progress? We will see.

Travertine tile, San Miguel. Raining! - A wet outdoor patio features travertine tile flooring, with visible reflections from recent rain. The backyard includes landscaped plants, trees, and shrubs, with a pool visible in the background. There are decorative garden elements, such as benches and an umbrella stand, and a house with a tiled roof is seen beyond the yard. The scene captures a rainy day in a residential outdoor space.

My project is ongoing but I thought I'd post anyway. The travertine is done and the workmanship was so good and the result even better than I imagined. This is seriously hard labor and Daniel's crew were spectacular craftsmen. They were also super nice people. I've read some of the negative posts. Yes, it's taking longer to get done. But those posts are missing what's going on in the world right now. Staffing and supplies are just not what we are accustomed to in AZ. In my own business I'm just asking people to be kind to workers who show up and work hard every day. Every industry is impacted. I also remind myself why I chose CDC Pools. In business for 30+ years, longtime good reputation and highly recommended by friends. They'll get it done right! Lastly, check out some photos. It's raining a ton and check how sweet that drainage is working!!

CDC Pools just completed our remodel and we are thrilled with the outcome! Cassie Selle was our initial contact. She was very accommodating, as well as friendly and knowledgeable. Sergio Leyva was the Superintendent and directed the entire project. The work crews were always punctual and very polite! Both Cassie and Sergio were quick with responding to our many questions throughout the process and the crews are true professionals. To no fault of theirs, we had to delay progress while other work was being done. They understood, did not rush us, and worked around our schedule. We did our research and so glad we chose CDC. There are many pool companies out there, but CDC truly cares. The final product is superior to others I've seen and the workmanship is impeccable. We could not be happier and highly recommend CDC Pools for your pool remodel needs.

It's a big decision to invest in a hot tub and we're so glad we chose a Bullfrog spa. We even wore our swimsuits to the store, got in an A7L and tried out all 17 jet packs. That made it easier to pick the 5 we wanted. Josh and the crew that came out to set it up for us were super helpful. We had ours delivered and then set in place a month later after the pavers were installed and organizing that went well too. We are very happy with our A7L and highly recommend it.

As a two-time Bullfrog Spa owner who has invested tens of thousands of dollars in their products,…read moreit pains me to write this review. However, my recent experience has made it clear that I must part ways with Bullfrog Spas due to their completely ineffective customer service. My journey to replace simple headrests for my A8 model has become a testament to their systematic customer service failures. On March 23, 2024, I met with Gary, the store manager, providing detailed pictures of my spa configuration and the specific headrests needed. He assured me these were regularly stocked items and promised to contact me upon their arrival. After patiently waiting, I followed up on April 13 for a status update. Gary's response: "I don't have a tracking number yes but should be soon." That was the last I heard until I decided to revisit the store as cooler weather approached and my family was reluctant to use a hot tub without proper headrests. During this second visit, I reminded Gary of our March and April conversations. Once again, he assured me of a quick delivery, placing what he claimed was a new order that would arrive "in a couple of days." Two weeks later, on December 21, I messaged him for an update. Silence. On December 23, I reached out again, to which he finally responded: "Hi Ken, sorry I'm out of the store here the last few days and today. I will check tomorrow when I get in and will update you." On December 26, the day after Christmas, Gary informed me that the system had "magically" changed my order to just two headrests of the wrong type, necessitating yet another reorder. Today is January 11, 2025, and I still have no headrests. In two months, this ordeal will mark its one-year anniversary. The most disappointing aspect isn't just the lack of headrests - it's the continuous cycle of empty promises and the complete absence of proactive communication or problem-solving. As someone who has purchased two premium spas from Bullfrog, I find it unconscionable that such a simple replacement part request has been mishandled to this extent. This experience has ensured that my next spa purchase will be with a company that values its customers beyond the initial sale. Anyone want an A8 with NO HEADRESTS? Me either.

The owners of the three companies came to the property to talk with me about what I needed done. Peyton, the owner of Element Pools and Spas, was the only one who gave me input that caused me to do more research and to understand much better what else needed to be done. I actually had to call the other two companies and ask them to update their quote to include the other things that I now knew had to be done. I was already leaning toward giving the job to Element Pools and Spas, but they were the last to submit a quote. Had their quote been several hundred dollars more, I would have picked them to do the work. What a surprise when I got the quote from them. They were the least expensive! I dealt mostly with Mason, the project manager, who was very proactive in communicating to me a couple days in advance the proposed schedule for each phase of the project. I also dealt with two other people in their office via email, Eric and Jennifer. They facilitated the billing process. The crews that did the work knew what they were doing. It was a happy crew! I talked with some of them and found out several had 20 or more years of experience, and it showed. In summary, I am very satisfied with the work this company did. The pool looks very nice!
