They would not answer my phone calls or text messages, left me hanging to scramble and find another pool maintenance company. I've known Craig for a while and he has always done my pool drains and refills. He helped when I did it myself and turned the pool green a few times. He gives great advise and he never tries to sell you anything. Ask him and he will tell you what he can do for you. You get what you want without bells and whistles that don't mean anything. They also put in my new variable speed pump. They installed it for $1,000 less then the closest bids I gathered. Mind you there is no buddy discount here, you don't need it with Klearly Kleaned. They are cheap and are REALLY GOOD at this stuff! They now do my weekly service for a great price. I have had 0 issues. I use the pool with my wife and two dogs, at least twice a day. I told them yesterday it was a little cloudy from the wind storm and excessive use. He showed up today and now it's clear as glass! Just know that you won't be overcharged for BS and you'll get great service. More importantly a super Klean pool. Thanks guys!

I reached out multiple times and was promised it would be repaired in the next few days but I am still without a pool to use. It also doesn't help that a pool cleaner has been coming out weekly just for chemicals (pump doesn't work) and they are still charging me. Please note that after the first repair, the pool was worse as the oring was left out. Since that time it has been nothing but trouble. Plenty of other pool services out there to go to and I would recommend you use them.

They would always do an amazing job when they are doing your pool themselves. When we started with them they even allowed me to use their pump at no cost to pump the water out of the pool. So generous. However over the last year or so they have, what I believe, gotten so busy that they have had to hire new people or contract out to other pool cleaners. I think this was due to the owners amazing work ethic. However as that change happened the service and cleanliness of my pool declined. Over that time I have had to maintain my pool more than when the owners were taking care of my pool. I had to fix a mold problem myself when one of their fill ins wasn't taking care of it. I have had to also get in the pool myself and clean the drain of things that should have been taken care of. Also I assume one of the randoms that cleaned the pool messed with the valves and it wasn't working very well. I got it back to perfect now and its cleaning perfectly. Maybe my lack of communication with them led to us having to part ways due to these issues and one other, but if a company hires someone to do a job the owners were doing before make sure they are trained well and can pay attention to detail. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone if the owners will be the ones cleaning your pool. However if you can't get them to do it themselves, sadly I can't recommend them unless more training for their employees can happen.

They make you sign a contract which I don't have a problem with and then they tell you that they want to take every single holiday off etc... Which is absolutely ridiculous because the people with pools we typically use the pool for family gatherings etc. during the warm holiday seasons. My main problem with them is that when my filter broke he acted like he didn't know what happened and then told me that I needed to hire someone else to fix it! Leaving me on my own and even more money to spend! . The next two service treatments they left lots of dirt and grid in the pool and didn't even take the time to fish out the debris in the shallow end! Very lazy in my opinion Even after I asked him to remedy the dirty leaves at the bottom of the pool since I was paying them $115 per month! So I went and head and told him that I no longer need his services. When I hired my new pool guy he was very certain that these guys broke my manifold and gasket for my filter he said it had to of been someone pushing it down really hard. So that just goes to show that they're not honest and they do not take care of their clients! Run don't walk away from these people! From now on I'm only getting word of mouth referrals from my friends and neighbors not some phone number off of a truck that I see ! Update! No notice before showing up (even though we have a people-reactive dog and told them in advance to warn us). The tech backwashed directly into our yard, ignoring the clean-out 15 feet away, then tossed in only 3 chlorine tabs. That's it. When I called, I got a lukewarm apology and was told the same level of service we used to get would now cost double. They didn't address the algae issue we already had, so I ended up doing it myself. I cancelled after one week. Then came the multiple payment demands for that single week, before the invoice was even due. Not local (based in Flagstaff), overpriced, and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
