Scott came out to our house and reviewed the job and took all the measurements. We agreed to move forward and have him do the job. He showed up and began painting one of our pool boulders which wasn't even close to being what we originally had (he was using blood red). Shortly after he started doing that, he called me and informed me he was walking off the job, with no legitimate reason for doing so. Not sure how a contractor does something like this but now we are stuck with and incomplete job and a half-painted pool boulder. With that said, beware of Scott Talley and do business with him at your own risk. I have also alerted the B&B staff regarding referring this guy moving forward.

Contacted DJ about a spa plumbing leak. He came out within a day or two and gave me a diagnosis of…read morewhere the leak was coming from, but he needed to order the part. DJ initially kept me updated with this backordered part. Three weeks later DJ texted me saying the part would be in on Wednesday and he would be out to finish the repair on Saturday. I never heard from DJ again, completely ghosted me. I called another spa service and they came out the next day (a Thursday), diagnosed the leak (DJ's diagnosis was WRONG) and returned the following Monday and completed the repair. Would have done it on initial diagnosis, but had to get part from shop. For 3 weeks, I had a spa that was partially torn apart (I allowed this because DJ was going to return to complete repair in one week) and then wasn't even given the courtesy of telling me what was going on. I stayed home all day on the Saturday, but DJ never showed, called, or sent me a text. What I find weird is that all of our correspondence was cordial, so I'm not sure why I was just ghosted.
