No notice before showing up (even though we have a people-reactive dog and told them in advance to warn us). The tech backwashed directly into our yard, ignoring the clean-out 15 feet away, then tossed in only 3 chlorine tabs. That's it. When I called, I got a lukewarm apology and was told the same level of service we used to get would now cost double. They didn't address the algae issue we already had, so I ended up doing it myself. I cancelled after one week. Then came the multiple payment demands for that single week, before the invoice was even due. Not local (based in Flagstaff), overpriced, and unprofessional. The technician arrived around 7:00 a.m., about an hour before my scheduled appointment, and then sat outside my house for roughly 15 minutes without knocking, calling, texting, or otherwise letting me know he had arrived. I reported an intermittent leak from my filter tank and provided photos documenting the problem. The technician told me the issue was likely due to a dirty filter because the pressure was reading 35 PSI. However, the filter had just been cleaned, and I did not feel my concerns or the photos I provided were adequately addressed. The technician told me he needed to contact the home warranty company to determine how to proceed. After that, I never received a follow-up call, text, or return visit. Instead, I later learned that the work order had been submitted as completed. The most frustrating part is that the problem was not resolved, and after the appointment my pool pump stopped working altogether. Communication was poor, the issue was not fixed, and I was left with more problems than when I started. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

We are very happy with our new hot tub that we purchased from Jeremy and Henry at Southwest Spas…read more They were nice enough to hold on to our tub at their facility until we were able to get HOA approval, 220v electrical hook-up and breaker, and a small travertine patio extension built for the hot tub. When we first came into the store, Henry was so thorough in his explanation of the different features of the spa we were interested in purchasing. The electrician (Nick) and the landscape person who installed our patio extension(Jose) who were recommended to us by Henry and Jeremy were also terrific. Once we had the spa delivered, I had some questions about some of the features of the tub, chemicals, as well as a small issue with one of the diverters that was leaking. I drove over to Southwest Spa to speak to someone in person, and Jeremy was kind enough to take the time to answer my questions, and also instructed me how to fix the diverter leak when I got home, and it worked perfectly after that.
