What a nightmare with Matt. We hired him to install a panel and a heater for our pool, which was good. Then we had an issue with our spa that he could not figure out. He told us we needed a new valve, and that did not fix the problem. He told us we needed another valve, and that was still not the problem (after $700). Then he told us to get the leak detector, and there were no leaks. Then he ghosted us and would not respond to calls or texts because he could not figure it out, so we got another pool company to fix the issue. We had some pumps, pool automation and some valves getting very tired, some broke, some leaked and needed our pool system updated and replaced or repaired. We have lived in our home over 7 years and have never been able to heat our spa. We never bothered looking for service because we were afraid of how expensive it would be. I finally said, what the heck and contacted Matt to come out and take a look. It was $50 to diagnose the issue and if I chose to have him fix it, the $50 went towards the repair cost.
