We have lived in our home over 7 years and have never been able to heat our spa. We never bothered looking for service because we were afraid of how expensive it would be. I finally said, what the heck and contacted Matt to come out and take a look. It was $50 to diagnose the issue and if I chose to have him fix it, the $50 went towards the repair cost. Matt came within a day of initially contacting him about the issue.
