Trevor Rees is the only awesome employee, he is consistent about times and had no issues with dogs the only two times we had them out when he was there. He always arrived early morning so no issues keeping dogs inside. This company is the only pool company we have had in 30 years who were unprofessional like this. Once service was started it seemed to be good until the person servicing my pool all of a sudden was trying to "figure" out my pool after having serviced it for several months. The cleaner was not moving despite the fact that it has all new parts. I don't understand why after several months of servicing my pool he had to figure it out. So, for several weeks I had a dirty pool while he was figuring it out. Then this week I had no service because he was on vacation. I would have expected another service technician to fill in for someone on vacation. My last three texts to Brett, who is the owner, have gone unanswered. Today I took my water into Leslie's Pool Supplies to see if the chemicals were good. I was shocked to find that many of the water chemistry parameters are very low. My pool needs quite a bit of attention to get the chemicals back in balance. I'm disappointed that I've spent money on a service that did not provide what I was paying for.
