I recently hired Serenity Pool Pros to service my pool. I'm sorry to say I cannot recommend them at this time. It took the owner over two weeks to respond to our request for service. Once service was started it seemed to be good until the person servicing my pool all of a sudden was trying to "figure" out my pool after having serviced it for several months. The cleaner was not moving despite the fact that it has all new parts. I don't understand why after several months of servicing my pool he had to figure it out. So, for several weeks I had a dirty pool while he was figuring it out. Then this week I had no service because he was on vacation. I would have expected another service technician to fill in for someone on vacation. My last three texts to Brett, who is the owner, have gone unanswered. Today I took my water into Leslie's Pool Supplies to see if the chemicals were good. I was shocked to find that many of the water chemistry parameters are very low. My pool needs quite a bit of attention to get the chemicals back in balance. I'm disappointed that I've spent money on a service that did not provide what I was paying for. read more

My pool has been maintained by Serenity Pools Pros for ~1 and a half years and I continue to be very happy with the service! Brett, the owner, is always very transparent with what needs to be done and how much $ it will be. Brett is also very prompt to respond over email/text to answer any question we may have. I consider Serenity Pools Pros a reliable business that allows me to go on without any worry about my pool. Not long ago, the strong winds we experienced in Mesa shattered the glass of my outdoor table and it all fell down in my pool but Brett was able get it all out (picture attached). When we bought a house with ancient pool gear, it was only a matter of time before we needed a trustworthy pool guru to come help diagnose the situation. We called Serenity Pool Pros to help us and Brett was incredibly responsive and great to work with! Brett is very knowledgeable about all things pools and always takes the time to correct all our pool issues the right way. He doesn't take shortcuts and he is very diligent about making sure we are fully satisfied with our pool by the time he leaves, which I appreciate! We ended up having to get all new pool filters and pumps which is not fun, but he gave us great recommendations and I felt like he had our best interest at heart. For someone who knows nothing about chemicals and pool maintenance, I was in over my head, but felt totally comfortable in trusting Brett's recommendations. Woohoo! I have been maintaining my pool for 24 years, but just couldn't get the water clear after debris from having two palm trees removed turned the water nearly black.
