Great management and great crew…read more Had a pool pump stop working, and my normal pool guy immediately blamed a failed motor in the pump, despite it only being 2 years old and gave me a large quote to replace. I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. One new breaker later and I am back up and running. Thanks Pelican for being good people and not just pushing products.

What grinds my gears is the added $75.00 trip charge now in place. They did several hot tubes in my area and each of us paid the trip charge. So, they made an extra $150.00+ or more on the same trip. To me this almost price gouging. All of use where within 10 miles of each other, we are only 33.2 miles from the office. They have to drive farther to north Phoenix. Dozens of dirty hot tubs and golf carts just thrown around on a showroom floor. I guess when a retailer sells both you should probably question that. Sales man working referred us online to check specifics online to learn more about applicable options for each hot tub. What's the point of having a store if you can't go over options in person? You get a so called "quote" in person that comes hours after you visit and find every little thing to add up- talk about deceptive advertising. Then you go online and the prices for shipping/setup are different. Save yourself an hour and go with a reputable company in the valley that is well established and not an "outlet" for crap discount prices. Check the BBB ratings on this company as well- you will find horror stories of customers whose products have failed and little to no follow up or resolution.
