They would always do an amazing job when they are doing your pool themselves. When we started with them they even allowed me to use their pump at no cost to pump the water out of the pool. So generous. However over the last year or so they have, what I believe, gotten so busy that they have had to hire new people or contract out to other pool cleaners. I think this was due to the owners amazing work ethic. However as that change happened the service and cleanliness of my pool declined. Over that time I have had to maintain my pool more than when the owners were taking care of my pool. I had to fix a mold problem myself when one of their fill ins wasn't taking care of it. I have had to also get in the pool myself and clean the drain of things that should have been taken care of. Also I assume one of the randoms that cleaned the pool messed with the valves and it wasn't working very well. I got it back to perfect now and its cleaning perfectly. Maybe my lack of communication with them led to us having to part ways due to these issues and one other, but if a company hires someone to do a job the owners were doing before make sure they are trained well and can pay attention to detail. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone if the owners will be the ones cleaning your pool. However if you can't get them to do it themselves, sadly I can't recommend them unless more training for their employees can happen.

They make you sign a contract which I don't have a problem with and then they tell you that they want to take every single holiday off etc... Which is absolutely ridiculous because the people with pools we typically use the pool for family gatherings etc. during the warm holiday seasons. My main problem with them is that when my filter broke he acted like he didn't know what happened and then told me that I needed to hire someone else to fix it! Leaving me on my own and even more money to spend! . The next two service treatments they left lots of dirt and grid in the pool and didn't even take the time to fish out the debris in the shallow end! Very lazy in my opinion Even after I asked him to remedy the dirty leaves at the bottom of the pool since I was paying them $115 per month! So I went and head and told him that I no longer need his services. When I hired my new pool guy he was very certain that these guys broke my manifold and gasket for my filter he said it had to of been someone pushing it down really hard. So that just goes to show that they're not honest and they do not take care of their clients! Run don't walk away from these people! From now on I'm only getting word of mouth referrals from my friends and neighbors not some phone number off of a truck that I see ! Update! She tells me no one has showed up it was 9 by then. So I called to see what time he'll be by and if he was running a little late... He said he went by at 7:30 no one answered the door. So I asked when will he be able to go back. He said not today and he'll have to check his schedule (rudely). Called Shawn in late October to see if his company can replace a pentair board. When he answered…read more"yeah" annoyingly, I asked if this was the pool company. His response was yeah. Okay great start. I then explained my issue and he then said, text me your number, I'm busy, I'll call you back. I did and nothing. I waited two weeks, (we are now in Nov) and called again. After the same intro, I let him know it's the guy with the pentair board. He then said, I told you I would call you back. I thought two weeks was a good enough time for him to call me. I guess not. My bad for not waiting longer. He then said to call him at a specific time-3 days later. I did and he confirmed a date in December-weeks away. I called him the day before the appointment and he said he has Covid and can't come out. (Sorry to hear but glad I called since he wasn't coming and he had no intentions of telling me). He then told me on the call, he gave my number to someone else, and I should call this new person who can help me. I called, left a message, nothing. I waited a week, called and nothing. We are now in Feb. I've called twice and still nothing. I don't understand this guy or his company. My advice is unless you have something crazy specific that I need, skip and go find someone that is friendly, responsive, and appreciates business. What I have learned is these types of companies were doing so well during Covid and they had more customers than they can handle. Now that things are drying up, these companies will be the ones leaving business cards on doors or calling clients they haven't seen in years. Be careful buying anything or using this company as a contractor. If the owner is reading this, it's mark. I'll be leaving reviews on every site I am able to.
