If you need pool work or ongoing service, I can't recommend these guys enough!! We initially had elite come out and resurface our pool (and new tile) and they did a great job. I was very pleased with their work; it was quick, priced fairly, and the worksite was kept super clean. We had never had a "pool guy" for maintenance/service, but I was so happy with their re-surface that I thought I would give them a try. I can't tell you how happy I am with that choice. The pool is always sparkling and I don't have to spend hours a month (and $$$) at the pool store buying chemicals. Sure does make the pool more enjoyable when it's ready for swimming at any moment! Writing this review has made me want to take a dip, so imma peace out for now. Damien and his team are super cool, very helpful, and honest. What more can you ask? read more

I contacted them over 3 weeks ago about needing a pool light repair and they still have not responded to me.

Damien has been amazing to work with. It's rare to find people who care about others. Damien not only communicates in a timely manner but also has knowledge and a strong work ethic. Thank you for all your help. read more

Damien always comes to the rescue both in person and over the phone. Today he was able to help us troubleshoot our issue without a service fee.....which would literally NEVER normally happen! We always appreciate how helpful and professional he is and we will always hire him for our pool needs! read more

Damien has been great to work with. This hot hot summer left me with a green pool. I would scrub and chemical non stop it felt like and finally decided to contact a professional. Damien is nothing short of that, he helped get rid of my algae problem and replaced my filter. Very easy to communicate with and always sends a breakdown of what was completed on the day. I ultimately decided to sign up for weekly cleaning because of all of this. Would recommend! read more

Elite Pool Management - Pool resurfacing! - Pool Cleaners Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

Been with Elite for a couple of weeks. We switched after our previous pool company was negligent with our pool chemicals. I contacted Elite for a quote and spent an entire day messaging back and forth with the owner, Damien. He personally came out twice in one day to check our chemicals and equipment and discovered our chlorinator was set way too high and our chemicals were completely out of whack. That's service! We got on the schedule and received our first service two days later. Whenever Colin comes to clean, I get an email with the chem levels, what services were done, what chemicals were added (if any), and a picture of my nice, clean pool. It's awesome! read more

Damien was terrific, quick and responsive. Told him I needed a new pool pump after doing some troubleshooting. He came out while I was working, replaced a part and only charged me for a service call! Very happy I called Elite and will definately use them for future needs. read more

The owner of this company, Damian, contacted me and attempted to bully me into changing my review. He lied to me, even though I have documentation for all of my claims. He personally agreed to terms with me, did not respond to my messages when pointing out discrepancies, left my pool in HORRIBLE, unswimmable shape, and then blamed me for it. Just the worst kind of person. His response is completely fabricated and he continues to send me invoices even though he has not serviced my pool. Crazy. Please avoid this company at all costs, it is terrible from the top down. read more

Couldn't be happier with how our pool turned out and the experience we had with elite pool management. After getting about 10 different quotes, we went with them because of their positive reviews on Yelp and Google. It didn't hurt that they also beat out everyone else's price. Damien was professional, but also personable and so great at keeping us informed on what to expect and when it would happen. The whole process was seamless and we ended up with a beautiful "new" pool! Would definitely recommend them! read more

Amazing response time. Same-day service. He educated me on the issues my pool was having and walked me through how to correct it and the amount of time before I would see results. I will use Elite Pool Management whenever I have a pool issue. read more

We would not turn to anyone else for our pool needs and maintenance! They've done a ton of work for us over the years: resurfacing our pool, replacing our filter, and helping us maintain it. They educate us how to keep better care of our pool which helps us reduce cost. I would refer them to anyone! read more

I called several pool company's because our pool light wasn't working. Amazed how I never got a call back from some and how unprofessional other calls were. Damien called back and answered my questions in a way that made me feel like he was knowledgeable and capable. I wasn't sure if our light was having an electrical problem so I needed to be sure who ever came to fix it, could handle the issue. Damien scheduled for the next day and showed up on time. It took about an hour and was in fact electrical. I believe the total was about $100. I will use this company again if I have future pool issues. I felt they were totally trustworthy. read more

I called Elite pool because my 9 month old puppies chewed through one of the pipes and my pool was draining into my back yard. I didnt realize how serious it was until I received a $500 water bill!!! Damien immediately replied to my email and was out the next morning to take a look even though I was not in his service area. He quickly repaired the pipe and even redid the chemicals. I was expecting a huge bill and was pleasently surprised when I received his quote. And even moer surprised when I received the invoice that matched his verbal quote. Thank you Damien! read more

Elite has cared for my rental property pool and my home pool for over 5 yrs now. I would not trust anyone else for the service and repair expertise. Careful attention is always given to chemical levels to always keep our pools blue. Prompt repairs and even a loaner cleaner while mine was being repair by the shop.. never a worry...Thanks again read more

Moving from the Midwest and buying a house in Gilbert over a year ago, I was lucky to have found Damien's company. He is the most reliable and professional person I have dealt with. He has wide open lines of communication and works with you on any issue he discovers. I highly recommend Elite Pool to anybody. read more

Elite has been an awesome pool maintenance company. You should hire them! We moved into a new house with a pool this spring and knew nothing about taking care of a it. I asked friends for recommendations, but no one seemed to highly recommend their service. After getting some quotes I decided to go with Elite. Damien seemed very knowledgeable and super friendly which is a bonus. I'm so happy I did because I have not had one complaint. They are friendly, answer any questions we have, and make our pool look great! They're easy to communicate with and their billing service is simple. Thank you guys for everything! 5 stars for sure! read more

Elite is the BEST pool management company we have ever had, hands down!! In fact, this is one of the best run customer service companies I have dealt with in a long time. Damien is the owner. I texted him because we had been having issues with our previous pool company, with the primary problem being a pool sweep that wasn't working well. Despite being a busy season, Damien came out to see us that day. He spent about 45 minutes testing our pump and other equipment; diagnosed the problem; pointed out to us a number of areas we were not aware of; and explained everything in detail. A problem that our old company couldn't fix in over 3 weeks was taken care of in 45 minutes. We asked Damien to go over his company's service and customer care policies. We really liked what we heard, and immediately became a client. Elite's service is complete, outstanding, and very reasonably priced. In fact, despite providing the best service, they are far from being the highest priced. We have had a few weekly visits so far and our tech, Seth, has been terrific. After each visit we receive an email which lists what was performed, the chemical readings, inventory items used, like chlorine tablets, and any notes from the tech. BOTTOM LINE - our pool has never looked better!! Two other important things to note. 1. Damien and his techs believe in continuing education for their industry. They are licensed and attend ongoing clinics to stay up-to-date on industry developments in servicing, equipment, and pool structure and design. 2. Because of this, Elite is truly a pool management company. We know our pump and filter system is old and may need work or replacement in the near future. Damien went through a number of areas that can affect equipment performance; talked about some options in a step-by-step approach when needed; and explained some long-term options that will save us from overspending. Some companies might have pushed a big equipment replacement project but Damien never went in that direction. I am in the education field, and grew up in the automotive service industry. Because of that, I am very picky when it comes to customer service standards, and I put a premium on businesses that value industry education. Elite scores a 10+ out of 10 on both! WE ARE SO HAPPY WE FOUND ELITE POOL MANAGEMENT!! Their name is accurate. Do yourself a big favor - call them. read more

Damien from Elite Pool Management really worked with my son Matt to get an improperly installed salt cell reinstalled and worked with the manufacturer of the salt cell to get a new cell body for him. The installation was done in a timely manner and now the salt cell is functioning properly again. My son also contracted with elite to do weekly chemical service for his pool so now he rely's on Elite to keep his pool water sparkling clean. So far he's extremely satisfied with Elite's work. read more

Elite Pool Management has been a great choice for our pool care! Not only are the reasonably priced, but they give me regular updates every week on what was performed at service and Damien and team are extremely responsive to questions and messages. They go the extra mile to really make sure that everything is well taken care of and that your questions and needs are met. The greatest part of all is that my pool is sparkling clean and I never have to lift a finger :) read more

I contacted Elite Pool Management through their website and had an email response within 15 minutes. Based on this and the other reviews I saw on Yelp I was hopeful. I responded around 7pm to the email asking about the costs for adding a heater to my pool. I received a response to this email before 10pm with a pretty wide range for the costs, but what seemed to be a reasonable amount. The next night I responded to this email to see about when he might be able to stop by to get a firmer quote and I haven't heard from him since. I guess he is too busy with his existing clients, which he seems to treat very well, to care about new clients. read more

I had a problem with my pool vacuum not working and water not circulating. I called several pool companies trying to get some info and help. First, Nobody was calling me back and I was getting frustrated. I found Elite Pool Management on Yelp and called and left a message. Damien not only called me back within minutes he was pleasant and helpful over the phone. Better yet, he was able to come over and troubleshoot within the half hour. Damien, true to his word arrived and assessed the problem quickly. He gave me a fair price and left to get the part. I needed to be at an appointment so, Damien came back and did the work; calling me when he was finished. Damien even tested and adjusted the chemicals before he left (Complimentary). I highly recommend Damien and Elite. read more

I have been working with Damien and his company Elite Pool Management for a couple of years now. He manages pool services for 2 of my properties, my personal residence and a rental property, and I could not be more satisfied. He is a solution based service vendor that offers excellent customer service. He does a great job of communicating with his customers and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for top notch pool service that offers more than just chemicals and weekly cleaning. There has not been any issue that I have brought him that he has not been able to offer a solution for. He is the one maintenance vendor that you will never have to follow up on, or receive a complaint about! read more

We moved to another state and had to rent out our new home in Arizona. Our previous renters did not properly care for the pool. We contacted quite a few pool service companies before we chose Elite Pool. We could not be happier, not only do they do an excellent job caring for and maintaining the pool they also keep us updated on any issues with the home. I rarely give 5 stars on my Yelp reviews and if I could give Elite Pool more I would. GREAT SERVICE and very reliable! read more

We had an old pool pump finally go out. After playing phone tag with a company we previously used, I reached out to Elite after seeing all the good reviews. Damien responded right away. I was worried our pool would sit for a week and go green after so much rain. But Damien picked up the part the next day and had us up and running in no time, despite the previous homeowner's horrible diy work. Great customer service, very responsive. Will definitely use Elite in the future. read more

Damien is a life saver! First time he came through, he did a great job in turning the pool from green back to blue, and then told us everything we needed to do to maintain it ourselves - which was actually pretty tough so we were constantly texting Damien for help and he was prompt and totally helpful in giving advice every single time. This man knows his stuff & I'm sure you'd want him looking over your pool as well. He's not just looking for money, he genuinely and honestly wants to help his customers! Thanks Damien! read more

We chose Elite Pool Management to resurface our pool. From start to finish Damien's customer service was amazing! Damien replied to my first inquiry text in 7 minutes. I measured the pool perimeter for him and by 30 minutes from my first text I had a rough estimate. He was at our house a couple of days later to confirm the measurements. He also offered to show us a neighbor's pool he was resurfacing. Of the 8-10 companies I contacted, Elite was by far the most responsive and also had the lowest bid - easy decision. They worked fast: Monday: picked our new tile Thursday: old plaster chipped out Tuesday: new tile installed Thursday: new surface installed Saturday: using our pool That's less than 2 weeks from start to finish. Damien was great to work with. He's a positive, pro-active guy. The price he quoted was the price we paid - no surprises. I have no reservations about recommending Elite for pool resurfacing. read more
