After a few years, the pebble colors tend to fade out due to hard water deposits. After the Acid Wash I could see the pebbles looking colorful and shiny again. Aqua Harmony was great from the initial call to schedule, and workmen were right on time (for draining yesterday) and the acid cleaning today. The technician that did the cleaning today was Zack. He is a very polite individual and consciences about his work. He made sure I was happy with everything before he packed up his equipment. Then I called Joe in the office to inquire about how I am supposed to pay. Joe was very helpful during the initial call to get the work scheduled. And he was very helpful today, and asked me more than a couple of times if I was happy with all of the work. They truly want to do a good job and want to make sure the customers are happy. The next time I need to acid wash, or need any equipment repairs, I won't hesitate to call them for help. I am very happy with their work and with the quality of their employees. And I would gladly recommend them to any family and friends that need any work done on their pool.

They would always do an amazing job when they are doing your pool themselves. When we started with them they even allowed me to use their pump at no cost to pump the water out of the pool. So generous. However over the last year or so they have, what I believe, gotten so busy that they have had to hire new people or contract out to other pool cleaners. I think this was due to the owners amazing work ethic. However as that change happened the service and cleanliness of my pool declined. Over that time I have had to maintain my pool more than when the owners were taking care of my pool. I had to fix a mold problem myself when one of their fill ins wasn't taking care of it. I have had to also get in the pool myself and clean the drain of things that should have been taken care of. Also I assume one of the randoms that cleaned the pool messed with the valves and it wasn't working very well. I got it back to perfect now and its cleaning perfectly. Maybe my lack of communication with them led to us having to part ways due to these issues and one other, but if a company hires someone to do a job the owners were doing before make sure they are trained well and can pay attention to detail. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone if the owners will be the ones cleaning your pool. However if you can't get them to do it themselves, sadly I can't recommend them unless more training for their employees can happen.

Which is absolutely ridiculous because the people with pools we typically use the pool for family gatherings etc. during the warm holiday seasons. My main problem with them is that when my filter broke he acted like he didn't know what happened and then told me that I needed to hire someone else to fix it! Leaving me on my own and even more money to spend! . The next two service treatments they left lots of dirt and grid in the pool and didn't even take the time to fish out the debris in the shallow end! Very lazy in my opinion Even after I asked him to remedy the dirty leaves at the bottom of the pool since I was paying them $115 per month! So I went and head and told him that I no longer need his services. When I hired my new pool guy he was very certain that these guys broke my manifold and gasket for my filter he said it had to of been someone pushing it down really hard. So that just goes to show that they're not honest and they do not take care of their clients! Run don't walk away from these people! From now on I'm only getting word of mouth referrals from my friends and neighbors not some phone number off of a truck that I see ! Update! Overall picture of pool and the brick on the hot tub overflow…read more  The main point is the overflow from the hot tub. I selected the brick as I thought it would look good. After install there were supposed to be some stainless steel inserts on the sides of the overflow to keep the water directed into the pool and not running off to the sides. They didn't install and "J" said later if I wanted them they would put them on. The water did run off to the sides and I chose to leave it as at that time the chlorinated brick was not noticeable   The problem, which would have been nice as a warning as this was my first pool, was the bleaching and color distortion on the brick. The brick keeps on shaving/chipping off into the pool which is a pain. And if you see the closeup pictures you can see how bad the bleaching is.  I want to have the brick pulled off and replace with tile. Called and told "B" the issue and left a message for Kevin at Caribbean pools on February 24, 2026 to see if they could do it at a discount and I pay for some of it. No call back even to discuss.  You would think with all their "extensive" pool experience, they would have warned me about the brick looking bad after a couple years, I would have gone with tile, which is easier to clean and it would not be falling into the pool constantly. Even during the construction, it took him forever to get crews out here and I had to call quite a few times and then when the company came over to get the pool turned on, it wouldn't work.  Turns out the electrician, that Caribbean used, didn't even hook up the wiring to the controls.  So luckily, there was a person that didn't have anything going on that Saturday and he came out.  And he had to put three wires in about ten feet long each, or so, they get to pool started. Pool was finally operational on April 6, 2021. I had to constantly call and harp on them, to get crews out here and do the work, and then they couldn't even get it started.The brick looks like garbage now so I wouldn't recommend them if they can't even give me straight forward advice or even call me to talk to me about this, give me a little discount or something. James replied in a timely manner and gave me a price that seemed fair for the work and was still very competitive compared to others that wanted to rob me for a 30-45 min job and some minor parts. Jason the technician gave me a heads up he was coming and did a great job with the replacement seals. Nice to see there are honest people out there doing great work at a reasonable price.
