He cleaned it up like it never happened. On top of that, my pool has never ever looked better or more blue since we've owned our home! He even figured out how to run our waterfall every day! Great management and great crew…read more Had a pool pump stop working, and my normal pool guy immediately blamed a failed motor in the pump, despite it only being 2 years old and gave me a large quote to replace. I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. After 45 minutes of digging and trying to determine where the pool pipes were leaking, they suggested maybe it was the irrigation system instead. Sure enough, the irrigation line that runs next to the buried pipes had two leaks. They replaced that section of line and no more leaks!
