We moved here from San Diego 5 years ago. We had a pool there - but the equipment was totally different from what was here. We saw a referral for Larry in our community bulletin and gave him a call. He came and gave the system a complete check up and then explained and trained my husband on the equipment. My husband maintained it after that - but we did have Larry back to do a tune up and clean the filters around 6 mos later. Then my husband had a double subdural hematoma. He was in and out of the hospital and rehab for months. I had friends helping me to maintain the pool - definitely NOT my wheelhouse. Husband was finally getting ready to come home and the pool wasn't looking so good. I called Larry back over to come help me out, get it back in shape before husband could see it. He did a wonderful job - as he always does - and refused to let me pay him under the circumstances. Who does that - talk about caring people!! I did finally get him to take some money and on the spot, I asked him to put us into regular service because I knew it would be a long time, if ever, before my husband would be able to do it again. It continues to be pristine. Larry, his family and team are amazing - we will never change service. They are a family owned company that has high standards for quality of work, reliability and fair pricing. I don't know when I have ever dealt with a company with so much integrity. I can't recommend Larry and Bluewater Pool Services highly enough! We have a custom waterfall/pond feature in our backyard which abuts the natural desert and all of its beauty and challenges. After struggling with various issues between the system's pump and filter, we scheduled an appointment with Bluewater Pools. Larry arrived right on time and couldn't have been a more kind or more professional gentleman. He assessed the issues and remedied the problem in a flash. Over the 15 years we've owned this home and had pool services performed on this small water feature, I've never had someone so quick to diagnose and repair as Larry. I called Bluewater Pool Service last week and Larry the owner came out the following day. I have a salt water pool and have been having trouble with my pool control system and repeated emails back and forth to the pool company was not resolving my issue. I showed Larry my pool system and Larry did indicate that he wasn't as familiar with my control system as he would like to be and that he would research my control system to get a better understanding of the controls. Larry returned the next day and fully understood the control panel and how to adjust my pool setting. Larry made the necessary adjustments and explained to me how I can made the changes moving forward. I was very impressed with Larry's professionalism and honesty. Our pool is running tip-top now and the chlorine level is moving back to a normal range.
