For the past year, All American Pool Servicing was "taking care" of my pool. I am a new pool owner…read moreand relied on having a knowledgeable company to keep my pool clean and always ready to go. Apparently Daniel and his are very new to caring and servicing pools from my experience. There was always an outside factor on to why it was not his fault the pool had algae or that he was spending so much on pool chemicals. During the month of January he suggested my pool needs to be drained due to the amount of chemicals he was spending to keep not just my pool clean but others as well. Pool was drained by the previous owners February 2025 and he could not understand why the pool levels were not correct when David came to service it. Pool was drained by us and cost less than Daniel said he could do it for. I reached out to Daniel 4/12/26 regarding algae build on the walls and steps of my pool. I asked that the pool be given a thorough scrub to get the pool ready for the summer. David came over Monday, April 13th and stayed for 9 minutes, leaving the wall and steps still full of algae. I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously so I terminated my pool service with Daniel via email on 4/17/2026. I asked that I be taken off of autopay immediately to avoid being charged on the 1st, he replied "Will do". Come May 1, 2026 I was charged 120$, unbelievable. I reached out to Daniel 5/1/26 to get a refund and was told not sure why you were charged and refund takes 5-7 days. Today is 5/18/26 and I have yet to get a refund from him. I had to call my bank to issue a dispute charge as he did not even read nor text me back on 5/14/16 to see what was going on regarding the refund. I am not the only person he has not refunded. Before hiring Poolside Phoenix, I had to let another pool service go because I rarely saw evidence that anything was actually being done. I never saw chemicals being added, the pool wasn't being brushed regularly, and communication was lacking. It left me constantly wondering whether the service had even been performed. With Poolside Phoenix, it's a completely different experience. After every visit, they send an email with photos showing they were at the property and documenting the work completed. I can clearly see that chemicals are being added, the pool is being brushed, the skimmer baskets are being emptied, and the equipment is being checked. Their attention to detail and transparency give me complete peace of mind. I never have to guess whether someone showed up or whether the pool is being properly maintained. If you're looking for a dependable, thorough, and trustworthy pool service company, I highly recommend Poolside Phoenix. They have exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with their service. our pool sparkles!

The only service performed was closing the gate upon exit. We have complained multiple times that the pool is not being cleaned even though the bills are sent and paid regularly. The lack of integrity is astounding. Even based on their pictures, it is evident no service was performed. This company is unreliable and uses a bait-and-switch approach. The first service is done well and everything after is inconsistent or not done at all. Use at your own risk.
