We had a leaking sprinkler head, which had caused water damage to an area of the garage. We shut off the water and had to work with a mitigation team to remove the wet dry wall and the ceiling around the sprinkler head to confirm the leak was coming from the sprinkler head itself. It was a stressful situation for someone encountering this type of a situation for the first time. Smart Fire Protection said they can come out to the house same day, which I really appreciated. The rate was higher than expected but I figured it is due to weekend pricing, and it was not unreasonable. We wanted to get the water turned back on sooner vs. waiting until Monday. Jose was professional and courteous and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. I learned a lot about the sprinkler system. He replaced the sprinkler head, checked the pressure gauge, pointed out some calcifications in the pipes to keep an eye on. He flushed and recharged the system and recommended we check back in for an inspection of the overall sprinkler system throughout the house later in the year. Overall a great experience and worth recommending!

We called on The Fireman Equipment Co. and they completed the four buildings. Our onsite office went through a remodeling and we were quoted 15 fire sprinkler heads, mandatory replacement for paint overspray, deficiency. We decided to ask a second opinion, from a licensed and reputable company in Phoenix. After they checked and double-checked, only 10 heads needed to be replaced, and we gave them the job to complete. We were utterly disgusted and called Fireman's office and reported the fraud. A few days later, we received a call from the Co. owner, blaming the technician that counted the over sprayed sprinkler heads... We will no longer use their services, and as a big man once said, Trust but Verify!

He was very thorough and explained things to me multiple times as the plumbing world is very foreign to me. I felt he was very honest with what exactly needed to be done in order to fix the pipes that were leaking in the attic. During this time, I also had received other quotes that were astronomically high for the same amount of work that Stephen was going to be doing for me. He sent me the quote promptly the next day and answered additional questions I had before we agreed to the contract. Stephen and his dad got the new pipe installed within just a few hours, they got everything back up and running same day. I really appreciated that they were willing to work in the attic in this summer heat. I will be using Stephen moving forward for any plumbing issues I may run into. Thank you again!

HONEST RELIABLE WORK…read more After finding a water leak seeping out from under the garage door Saturday morning I was not to happy to find that my water heater (7 years old) was draining from the bottom seal across my garage floor. Yay. After making a few inquiries online I landed on Alexander's Plumbing. I dealt with two people during the initial quote call, a lovely woman who guided me through the information I would need to provide the technician, and the technician himself who made an inspection window of time to come by and write out the quote for services. After a prompt inspection of my old unit, I was given a precise explanation of the cause of my faulty unit, what I could do moving forward to prevent it happening again and a cost quote for the installation of a new unit. After talking with several other local businesses (big brands) I realized the price was fair, and the technician was MILES above the competition in regards to courtesy, explanation of the process and professionalism. The minute he left after the consultation my wife said he was the one to chose, that he felt the most reliable and honest. And she was right. Quick and painless, easy on payment options and extremely professional at all times, I can't recommend this mans services enough to anyone looking for honest reliable work at a good rate locally. Thank you Alex!
