HONEST RELIABLE WORK After finding a water leak seeping out from under the garage door Saturday morning I was not to happy to find that my water heater (7 years old) was draining from the bottom seal across my garage floor. Yay. After making a few inquiries online I landed on Alexander's Plumbing. I dealt with two people during the initial quote call, a lovely woman who guided me through the information I would need to provide the technician, and the technician himself who made an inspection window of time to come by and write out the quote for services. After a prompt inspection of my old unit, I was given a precise explanation of the cause of my faulty unit, what I could do moving forward to prevent it happening again and a cost quote for the installation of a new unit. After talking with several other local businesses (big brands) I realized the price was fair, and the technician was MILES above the competition in regards to courtesy, explanation of the process and professionalism. The minute he left after the consultation my wife said he was the one to chose, that he felt the most reliable and honest. And she was right. Quick and painless, easy on payment options and extremely professional at all times, I can't recommend this mans services enough to anyone looking for honest reliable work at a good rate locally. Thank you Alex! read more

When our hot water heater went out, our guy from ALEXANDERS saved the day. He stayed until 10 PM, until the job was done safely and correctly. He even went to Home Depot to pick up the new unit so I didn't have to! Great customer service, call, install, so professional. I'll definitely recommend them and use them in the future! Shannon R. It's impossible to get them to schedule a repair, despite of calling multiple times. If this is how they treat an old customer giving them $6k+ business over 5 years, I don't want to know how they treat new customers. read more

Alexander's Plumbing is extremely professional and get things done right away. Our warranty providers sent out the worst plumbing company that did nothing for 2 weeks. We called Alexander's Plumbing and that same day he came out to check out our electric water heater. He made time for us and we are extremely grateful for that. We didn't hesitate to let Alexander's Plumbing do what they do best. We had our hot water running right away, and no water or gas leaking. Great pricing and their payment plan helped us tremendously. read more

My boyfriends pipe would not turn off. Alexander was there within 3 hours. He responds quickly to phone calls and texts. He is a great plumber and trustworthy. Probably because he is originally from the east coast. read more

Got a new hot water tank and Alex was the best price and fast! Highly recommend calling them.

Long story, short (Yes, this is the SHORT version!): After hearing a moaning noise inside my home that seemed to get louder and more frequent each day, especially in the evenings, I finally called a plumbing service. I Figured the moaning had to be water pipes because I had tracked the sound to my exterior pipes next to our guest room. They would actually vibrate at times. The guy (plumber?) came out, checked flows, pressure pulsations, etc. and told me he'd never experienced such a thing, called his boss who was no help, and that I should call my water utility company. Charged me $80 for a service fee and left. Moans in the house (especially late at night) got worse, my newly purchased pressure gauge showed major spikes as well as a wide range of pressure pulsation. So I called the utility and they sent a guy out who scratched his head and told me to call a plumber. Hmmm. I tried to call a local plumber here in the Florence area but he never would commit to come by. I explained about the moaning, pressure spikes above 100psi and pressure pulsations. He suggested my gauge was faulty. After two calls and excuses at his end, I gave up on him. Guess he thought I was nuts and blew me off when I told him about the moaning noise. I spotted Alexander's van a few blocks from my home while out on a walk so went home and called the number on his van. His wife, Paula answered the phone, was extremely professional and incredibly efficient, contacted Alex and he came by the house within the hour. No sanity check was required. He was friendly, looked over the situation, eliminated the obvious, and suggested we install a new water valve adjuster. Next morning he was out with the valve adjuster, installed it and said to let him know if that didn't resolve my haunted house issue. It's been a week now and no moaning. Problem solved. Alex is now my "go to plumber" and I will recommend him to anyone asking my opinion. Its a family run business and not some large outfit advertising on the Web that sends out less than knowledgeable help disguised as plumbers. read more

Alex was awesome! I woke up on the weekend to find water all over my bathroom. Alex was able to come out that Monday and diagnose the problem. He explained everything he did and what the exact problem was when he was working on the bathroom. He told me had to order some parts but to fix the issue and I figured it would be a week or two before my bathroom was functional. I got a call the next day to get an appointment for that Saturday morning! Excellent service, and very fast! His wife Paula was also great and super accommodating with my work schedule so we could get the work done as quickly as possible. They certainly went the extra mile! I would highly recommend!! read more

WOW, prompt and GREAT service! Kitchen sink leak. He got here actually a little early (WHAT?) and when he found the problem, it was a simple tightening of something that we could not get at due to the position of the disposal. He said he could not charge us for such a small job! NO CHARGE??? When was the last time a service person did something NO CHARGE? They are our go-to plumber form here on out. Nice guy, neat and clean too. read more

We needed to have our 75 gallon water heater replaced in a hurry. The water heater was leaking, and the shut off valve was defective so I couldn't stop the leaking water. I called a lot of companies late on a Saturday afternoon, and most either couldn't make it until Sunday or Monday or refused to give a price quote over the phone. Alex answered the phone, asked me all the relevant questions about accessibility of the water heater, quoted me a price and said he could be over in an hour. He showed up on time and did a thorough and professional job. He had a great sense of humor throughout dealing with this heavy project, and cleaned up thoroughly when he was done. I'll use him for all future plumbing needs. read more

Alex is nothing short of spectacular. My outside water spigot literally broke from the copper pipe. I called Alex based on his reviews and he was at my house within an hour. He repaired the copper pipe and put a brand new, better spigot on within a half an hour and at a very reasonable price. Thank you Alex for your awesome customer service!! read more

Alexander was great at first and punctual at first. I did have a unique situation. After no one answered phones, I did finally get an answer and she took a message, many calls later not one estimate! If the job couldn't be done at least call and explain this! read more

They were kind courteous and got the job done at a reasonable price. I had a clog in my kitchen sink that was causing the washer to pour out the drain pipe they Hydro jetted the lines and ran camera ended up being a lot of buildup from 30 years of grease and gunk running perfect now. read more

Very professional, punctual and friendly. He got here and went to work, he assessed the problem and went to it. Had all his own tools and safety equipment. Let us know how he would fix the problem and did it. Only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is the price. But, it was after hours so I guess I have to take that into consideration. But by all means awesome company and people. read more

I have used Alexander's Plumbing services 3 times now since buying this 1980s built home. Each and every time was exceptional service. I cant fully express how highly i recommend Alex and his team. Not sure how we chose them the first time out of the dozens of options...lucky I guess. A+ read more

I can't attest to the plumbing skills or service, but if it is anything like the interaction I just had with this company I certainly wouldn't want Alex or his employees in my house. We were just driving down Chandler blvd with a red light ahead. Apparently not going fast enough for Alex in truck #34 who was anxious to speed up to the red light. In doing so he cut us off almost clipping the front of the truck enough that we had to brake to avoid contact, then swerved back over to the other lane, that was empty the whole time anyway. Clearly he was upset enough to purposely swerve to cut off another vehicle unnecessarily instead of continuing on down the road. When calling the number on the van he rudely answered the phone obviously knowing who it would be stating "are you the guy in the truck gallivanting? Are you just cruising or are you driving"? He then denied that he was the owner of the company stating the phones were just forwarded to his line. With just a little research I see the owner of this small business is the one cutting people off on the road because he's having a bad day and then is confrontational when the number on the side of the van is called. Advertisement on the side of the vans isn't positive if the experience is negative such as this was. read more

I found Alexander's Plumbing through Yelp reviews and couldn't be happier. He originally came out for a few small items but ended helping us install plumbing for our bathroom remodel. He is thorough and makes sure the job gets done right. I would definetly recommend his services. read more

Alex to the rescue! Came home to a leaking water heater on a Saturday afternoon. Called Alexander plumbing and from phone call to work completed it was about 5 hrs! Again, on a Saturday afternoon! I was able to send pictures of the broken water heater so he could assess the situation and bring the correct unit for replacement. He kept me updated before arriving to the house. Very professional and courteous. Amazing customer service. read more

I panicked when my garbage disposal died and water wasn't draining. I asked on Facebook for a plumber recommendation and immediately Paula came to the rescue! I ended up calling Alex and he was so nice. He tried walking me through it over the phone to see if I could fix it, but it was as too far gone. I LOVED that they offered this. I knew right then that this company wasn't just out for my money. The very next morning Alex came by. Super friendly, caring and clean. He had fresh little booties to place over his shoes to keep the floors clean. Greeted me with a smile and his business card. He fixed my sink and got me an even more powerful disposal. He was even nice enough to disconnect and disassemble my RO (per my request) AND fixed my toilet problem!! All in one visit! This meant the world to me and lifted a ton of weight off my shoulders. Cleaned up everything he did perfectly and showed me how to use everything. Offered to come back if any problems. He took precise care to his work so that the outcome was perfect. Did I mention how nice and caring he was? Thank you guys SOOO much. You will be the first and only plumbing company I will use. read more

Wow! So impressed that Alex came at 8:00pm to replace our water valves. We recently moved in a house and have been a week without a washer and dryer. They get delivered and installed only to find the valves are leaking and need to be replaced. Alexanders plumbing was able to squeeze us in at the end of the night to fix them. On top of all that, the work was impeccable and did not required any patching. Most plumbers leave a mess but he made it look even better. Do not hesitate to give Alex a call! Awesome! Thank you! FYI - prices were on par with other quotes. read more

After scheduling two other plumbers and being bumped on the schedule by both I found Alex at Alexander's Plumbing. What a find! Showed up the day I called, gave me a detailed description of the problem, the solution and a price for the work. He did the work in a professional, yet personable manner. He was careful of our stone flooring and left the work site immaculate. My advice - need a plumber - call Alex. I will. read more

I enjoy giving recognition when it is warranted... These are excellent plumbers that have been extremely patient with our issues. Both Dan and owner Alex have been at the house and have been great! Where do I begin? First, I got in contact with Paula. Paula and I chatted a bit about my plumbing issues and needs and I have to say that Paula was very pleasant. In no way was she pushy like some others out there are. Thanks Paula! The Service: When Alex arrived, one of the first things I noticed besides him having a smile on his face, he had a business card in one hand and the other hand out stretched to shake mine and greet me. For once I was not the one having to introduce myself first when having a service company come over. He even arrived during the time frame that I was told he would. When Alex came in, he listened to what I've done and what I needed done and he then told me exactly how he would fix it and the costs. No hidden fees, etc. Alex got the work done quickly and efficiently. He even took the time to talk to me like a person and not like "Just another Customer" who wanted to get to know him and his business a little. And Alex even took the time when he was done to answer a couple of other plumbing questions that were not related to the current task at hand and he also was nice enough to give some pointers on my Water Softener care, etc. All in all, Alex and Paula provided me with GREAT Service all around. If I ever need another plumbing related issue fixed, I for sure will be calling upon Alexanders Plumbing. read more

I don't know where all these good reviews are coming from they must all be friends or fakes. We had him do a lot of work and he failed in every aspect. He came out to our house and left us with a leak in my bathroom. Not only would he not come back he blocked me from calling him. I will be reporting this. Horrible service. He over charged me drastically also. He also serviced our water line out front and now it has begun leaking. read more

Alex is the epitome of wonderful customer service. He is prompt, organized and ensures everything is done to the highest standard. He replaced our water heater the same day we contacted him and didn't charge us anything for several upgrades because he knew we were ready to sell the house and needed it ready to pass an inspection. I feel completely comfortable recommending him to anyone in need of plumbing services, particularly for home inspections or water heater concerns. Great guy! read more

I had an issue at my condo with some water damage so I contacted Alexander's Plumbing. They scheduled in an appointment right away that same day and Alex came out to do an inspection. He diagnosed the problem rapidly and provided me thorough feedback on what the water damage issue was and what to expect in my situation. He did great work on the plumbing and did so in a timely fashion. He recommended what to do thereafter and he even contacted a restoration company for me to resolve the issue he noticed. Alex is a very friendly, organized and knowledgeable plumber who cares about his work and made sure I was take care of.
