We had a clog under the kitchen sink . They were quick to respond and took care of the problem. Jeremy was professional and courteous. This is a local family run business. Very honest and efficient. Will use them for future plumbing needs read more

I like him, but he fibbed on me. He told me he couldn't flush the drain. He just snaked and then my grumpy. Handyman came back and said I can I can flush it. He could've flushed it so he wasn't being honest with me. read more

Thank you Mr. Jones for opening up our clogged sewer line today We really appreciate it. read more

I discovered a water leak above the ceiling. I called Don Jones (whom I've used before) and they responded immediately. Micheal showed up later that same day. He identified the poorly installed original construction and repaired the leak. He worked until nearly 8 pm to get it done that day. He was professional, personable, polite and very respectful of our home. I've called on Don Jones Plumbing before and the firm is now my "go to" plumbing company. read more

Don Jones used to do good work, but this last time, his son Jeremy did substantial damage to our living room wall and our garage. The repairs cost us several hundred dollars. When I called Don, he refused to accept responsibility. In fact, he made several excuses, even though he was never here. The second time I called him and showed him pictures, he became extremely angry, yelled at me, called me "a money grabber" and hung up on me! BTW, the repairs were beautifully done by Daniel of Pason Development 480.318.1712. read more

Don and his son came out to our home a year or so ago and they were quick, efficient and super friendly and very easy to work with. They got the job done in such a short time and we have not had a single problem since with that particular plumbing issue. if you need an amazing plumber with rates that are extremely reasonable reach out to Don and I promise you will not be disappointed read more

Used this company for over 10 years. Always had been good. Sent son to replace hot water heater, and as he removed the old one, he damaged the shelf that it rested on. He apparently couldn't lift it by himself, so he removed it by dragging it, and it cost over one thousand dollars to repair the shelf. Don, of course, defends his son, and became rude when told of the damage. Accused us of just wanting money. "I've dealt with people like you before." We don't need money, but he should know his son is doing sub par work. Or at the very least, he should have had help to remove the old unit to avoid the damage done. Two stars because of good past history, 0 stars for this job, and the angry response. He could have at least come out and looked at the damage. read more

Had a leak in the only part of our 50 year old pipes that we didn't repair when we re-plumbed the rest of our house. It was the part for the washing machine & hot water heater because the previous plumber thought it wouldn't rupture (lesson learned)! Don's son, Mike, did a terrific job replacing the old pipe with PLEX then 18 inches of copper from the hot water heater. The only thing is that he didn't sweep up when he was done which I always appreciate. read more

Thank you to Don Jones Plumbing for a job well done installing my new hot water heater on May 6th. I have an older home, I have relied on them for several years for all my plumbing issues. They are always reasonably priced as well as licensed, bonded and insured. They have always showed up when they said they would. I am not related to nor do I work for Don Jones Plumbing. I am a fortunate customer who sincerely appreciates the way they do business. Honest family owned and operated business. Thank you. read more

Done jones plumbing gave me a quote to snake a drain and scheduled a time and date and he was a no show. No communication or cancellation.

Experienced family plumbing company. came to my house twice on 2 separate issues. There was no charge for the review of my problem. Don visited my home first and gave me an experienced plumber's assessment. The second visit was with his son Joshua. Equally talented , he fixed my garbage disposal when I was afraid I needed a new one. I really felt that I was in honest hands. Heck Joshua cleaned that sink & put back everything he took out to gain access. On time & polite add to a happy experience. As a senior I live in fear that a scam artist will overcharge. This is a quality company that I use in the future & will happily recommend them to family, friends & Sun City people. read more

Drove around late in the day to get parts. 5. Stayed late. 6. Nice workmanship. 7. Great communication. Definitely recommend! read more

Don Jones plumbing is fantastic. I am reluctant to post this review as I am in construction and I work with Don Jones and his family run crew on a daily basis. Reluctant to post because I do not want him to get to busy! Don and the family do great work and you are not going to pay the prices that you see from the other guys who advertise. read more

Horrible service. He was asked to go to a property for a BINSR repair. Missed the leak in the leak in an open ceiling. When I tried to get him scheduled to come out again to repair the leak he told me he was going out there on 3 different occasions and never made it. Now the job needs to be completed today and he still hasnt made it out to the property and hung up on me. read more

My tub/shower backed up and they were able to come out the next day. Dad is Don Jones, Mike is his son and the one who did my job. He was quick and efficient and they were so reasonably priced. He was also so incredibly nice, I told him I had tried Draino and he sweetly said he wouldn't recommend that in the future then explained why (because I'm a person who needs to know WHY if I'm going to follow the advice)... he explained it would harm the surface of my tub and that I had a very nice one and he didn't want the sealant to get ruined then stains develop. I appreciated the extra advice to save me from replacing my tub sooner rather than later. read more

We've been calling Don for our plumbing needs for over 7 years (and there have been more than a handful of needs in our 40 year old house) but he and Mike have come through every time, professionally, efficiently and effectively. We'd give them a 5+ rating if we could. read more

I had a very unusual issue - having only cold water throughout my house. I first thought it was the hot water heater so I had a new one installed even though my other one was only 6 years old - by a plumber, Greg Cole who was referred to me by a good friend. When we realized that did not correct the issue Greg thought the problem could be a cartridge in one of my faucets in the house and he verified that with a few other plumbers that this could be the issue. He also said he thinks it might be the faucet in my master shower or tub because they were installed most recently in a bathroom remodel and they are a different brand (Sigma - sold to me at Arizona Central Supply in Phoenix) than most plumbers are familiar with. So much so that none of the big plumbing repair companies wouldn't work on it because their plumbers are not familiar enough with them. Greg was booked up and not able to get back to help me for some time so he referred me to Don Jones Plumbing. Don's son came out and put the new cartridge (I previously ordered) in the shower and it seemed to work. But only briefly. So I ordered another cartridge for the tub and he and Don did the work on it and got it to work. So awesome as I was without ho water for several months. This was done apx Jan-Feb 2021. Now it's Nov 4, 2022 and having the same issue. I now know though from a YouTube video how to test your house to see which faucet has the faulty cartridge. It's the Master tub again. I ordered the part earlier this week and it's in so I will schedule with Don again. I really like these guys. I'll write another review after this work is done and also let you know how to test your house to find the faucet that has a broken cartridge, just in case this ever happens to you. read more

I found Don when I had some plumbing issues at my office; I've since had him out for some plumbing jobs at my home. Highly recommended. read more

Sorry to some of you, but I've never had a problem reaching Don. And my problems have all been taken care of the same day. At a good, fair price. Son Mike even suggested a solution for a sink that kept on blocking that will mean I won't need him as much now. Plus, I really like dealing with a family run business! I've used hi 4 or 5 times and every occasion was 5 star. read more
