I used Yelp's extremely useful Projects feature to mass message several businesses with two issues…read moreI had: a running toilet and a busted ceiling light. I needed someone to do both because I know that repairmen charge a travel fee to come to your house and I didn't want to pay this twice by hiring two separate people. Lots of people told me they could only fix one problem. Gustavo was one of the handful who told me he could fix both. For those that don't know, many people in the repair business will want to do a diagnostic check on your issues so that they can give you an accurate quote. Some businesses will charge you for this diagnostic and some won't. As someone who loves to research, I only care about businesses that don't charge a diagnostic fee. Gustavo was so confident in my issues that he told me exactly how much it would cost and that he didn't do a diagnostic check. In fact, unlike literally all other people, he would fix the problem the same day that he messaged me. His pricing was very competitive. Unfortunately, when he went to fix my lights, we both found out that I had a completely different problem. (This is why most repair men do diagnostic checks to begin with) Even though it was different problem, Gustavo was confident in fixing it; it did make my cost increase by $45 but I'm glad that he could fix my problem so well. He was also friendly and didn't have a bad body odor like some other repairmen I've encountered.

Gustavo has helped me with replacing an exterior door, drywall repair, installing recessed lighting/new outlets, installing new fixtures, and the list goes on. He's super communicative and always willing to help, provide advice, and come up with solutions. He also saved the day by mounting a tv above my fireplace after I spent an entire Saturday trying to do it myself. I'm incredibly thankful for Gustavo and would recommend him to anyone! You can trust he'll handle every job with high quality and care. Best handyman I've used!

Short Summary - excellent service, quality install, parts…read more Originally, I was going to use Prestige Mister, out of Mesa (they manufacture high quality mister pumps and get great reviews.) They refer installs and recommend Senor Mist. Rex (former owner, now employee who sold to his son) came out, took a look at what we wanted, made recommendations, and wrote an est. They use Prestige pumps, but also one or two other companies, depending on the required pump capacity -- much more involved than my DIY mind thought! Anyway, they did go with Prestige. I'd told him I hoped to go with a local manufacturer for quality and ideally wanted American made. We just had pavers laid and the pergola installed and I blew it by not planning misters in advance of construction. So, we'd either had to remove some pavers and lay the water line to one of the pergola posts (I didn't want to do that) or we could have laid the line on top of the pavers with a protective cover you could step over, but that would have been a little tacky. The Pergola is about 7 feet away from brick wall and I'd wanted misters on that, too. Rex did not push at all getting them on the Pergola as well and felt that on the wall would be sufficient. He could have pushed that, and I probably would have agreed, so appreciate him not trying to squeeze out extra work. Worse case is, I have it done in the future. 50% down payment required and had to tap water from inside of the house (we have soft water inside, but not out.) Had a recommended plumber take care of that. Made the down payment, and two weeks later, misters installed. Second day - still playing with them, but so far, so good. When windy, the mist blows over the fence, so not as effective, but in the evening very nice and in our covered patio definitely cools. Professional installation with quality parts is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend (and use again, should the need arise.)

Their team was professional, punctual, and clearly takes pride in their work. Every detail was handled with care, and the final result completely transformed our patio into a space we can enjoy year-round. What really stood out was how seamless everything felt. They walked us through options, made recommendations (without upselling), and executed everything flawlessly. It's rare to find a company that delivers such a great experience. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. These are the people you want for the job!

Extremely upset with the lack of care and work that was done. As you can see in photos original tile wasn't completely removed properly that its showing off the side. And tiling does not line up with countertop. A drawer was to be replaced and was never done. The paint on the cabinet are horrible. The color is not what was requested... it's far from a deep navy blue. The hardware on all cabinets were painted over. Looks terrible. * also adding photo of drawers that were meant to be repaired. BIG MISTAKE! He was unprofessional, unreliable, dishonest, and unable to complete our tasks. He called in other contractors he knew to complete the work and we were then charged twice. The electrician alone was $350 just to show up and did nothing because Brandon was unavailable at his Chiropractor appointment so the Electrician left. He also hired a stucco repair contractor which was another $250. The repairs he completed were poorly done. We had to pay for his "services" and then we had to hire other contractors to get the jobs completed correctly to sell our home. He only worked a few hours and charged us $940. Major disappointment and rip off. He does not know what he is doing. We would give him 0 stars if possible.
