Backing up other review with more photos and confirmed Sean did the work on our kitchen. We trusted this company with kitchen tiling, countertop, and cupboard painting from overseas for our rental. Extremely upset with the lack of care and work that was done. As you can see in photos original tile wasn't completely removed properly that its showing off the side. And tiling does not line up with countertop. A drawer was to be replaced and was never done. The paint on the cabinet are horrible. The color is not what was requested... it's far from a deep navy blue. The hardware on all cabinets were painted over. Looks terrible. * also adding photo of drawers that were meant to be repaired. We feel completely taken advantage of. I'd keep a close eye on their work if I were you. read more

We hired Infinity Pro Services after interviewing 6 other contractors (most of whom didn't even provide us estimates after we had requested them). Right off the bat, my husband and I were blown away by Sean's professionalism, knowledge of the remodel process and his ability to provide us with an accurate estimate within a day of meeting with us. From the day we hired Sean, he went above and beyond in his responsiveness, meeting us at various locations to help pick out material, answering texts at all hours of the day and being able to work with our schedule for getting services scheduled, based on us having a tight window for needing the project completed. The project started on the day he promised and Sean continually stopped in to check on the progress and subs to ensure everything was going smoothly. We did a pretty extensive project including new tile flooring in multiple areas, a new master bathroom walk-in shower, expanding our kitchen island and adding new tops, new paint in multiple rooms and removing soffits in our main area. Not once did Sean make us feel uncomfortable by just walking in as other "reviewers" mentioned, as it's pretty standard that if you have subs in your home, the contractor is and will come in to check on the work. If he had not, I would have been worried. The project was completed in the timeframe promised and everything turned out better than we could have ever expected. Our only regret is not having him do more of the projects that are still on our list. I am quite honestly blown away by the negative reviews Infinity received as we received nothing but the best service in a manner that went above and beyond any other contractors we have worked with. We highly recommend Sean and Infinity Pro Services and will hire him again for future home projects as we trust his expertise, experience and work ethic. read more

Alex lied about having a license. He even stated I had "been through enough" with another bad contractor. I decided to check his roc number right before giving him his nonrefundable 1k deposit and found it was REVOKED and not even his own license number. He displays he is a family man. read more

My husband and I can not thank Alex and his crew enough. We moved to Arizona just over 3 years ago. Trying to find hard working, competent, professionals is a challenge to say the least. We were looking to find someone (anyone) that would remove the existing shower and what they call a garden tub out of our master bathroom. We reached out to 8 businesses, either did not get a call back, prices were absolutely ridiculous, or the job too small (they wanted to gut the entire bathroom). That was till Alex showed up at my door. Alex was punctual, courteous, clean cut and professional. We had a small window to get the job done. All I can say is that the business owner must have been raised by wolves. He entered my home without first asking me, while his people were here. He walked around my home without letting me know. I had a check on my table, under my things, which he took without asking first. Lastly, and very upsetting, my husband and I are older. We both had on masks. I hired Infinity Pro services to complete a tiling job of our entire home located in San Tan Valley. The completed job came out as promised. I also referred the owner (Sean) to our neighbor, who had infinity pro redo their shower tile flooring. But before I hired this company to install our new flooring, I expressed to Sean that I was in need of a company that was willing to complete another full house of tiling which was located 6 miles down the street, which then turns into Florence. He said he would be willing to complete both of my tiling job. Fast forward a few months, we reached out to Sean for a quote, it took him weeks for a response.
