Initially, he was very motivated and eager to get me a quote, so we set up a time for him to come out on the 21st of September a 9:00 am, however Jordan no-showed. When I called him that morning he did not answer; I tried to reach out to him several times via email and phone and never got a response, nothing. Our old, Home Depot purchased PVC mist system gave up the ghost and has needed to be replaced for quite a while. The new, high compression mist systems are much more expensive, but also do a much better job. After several bids, we chose Metromist, and they did the installation in just a few hours. The quality is outstanding and Jordan could not be more helpful. They come out twice a year; in the Fall to "winterize" the system, and in the Spring to get it ready for Summer. Works like a charm! I referred my neighbors to him for misters and he NEVER returned their calls and/or never showed up for the appointment. In my case he promised great winter/spring service with my first one at no charge. I have called him and emailed him many times to set up my appointment. I've been using this company for several years now. I have never had a complaint and that makes staying cool in my rear patio easy. This spring Metromist did their routine servicing of my system including taking my pump out of storage, reinstalling misting heads and inserting new filters. The pump ran perfectly for about an hour. It then froze. The manager, Jordan Fuller, responded and informed me that the failure of my old pump was not due to wear and tear. He took full and immediate responsibility for the failure without my having to say a word. Talk about honesty! He replaced the pump with a brand new one at no cost to me. That is service! read more

We moved into a new home in November. In June, when it got warm in the Phoenix summer, we finally started using our misting system. While it passed inspection in the fall, it was plagued with several nozzles that didn't spray. Additionally, as we tried to run it, other nozzles started leaking uncontrollably, even with the system turned off. After some research, I contacted Metro Mist. Jordan was immediately responsive, knowledgeable and helpful! Before we even set up a time, he advised how I could stop the water flow until such time as he and his team could come out. Jordan and Ernie came out a couple of days later and, unfortunately, our problem exceed just the few nozzles. Jordan patiently reviewed several options at different price points for the two areas we have covered and we decided to replace the 15+ year old pump and all of the nozzles, which were installed within another couple of days. We did have one nozzle that didn't quite work properly and Jordan and Ernie worked around my unpredictable work schedule to resolve. We can now enjoy out "outside air conditioning".
