I put this out for bids and Pro Home was the first response. They responded very quickly and I was able to book an appointment when I needed it. There is a $49 service charge for an estimatevwhich is waived if they perform the service. Lucky for me I was able to find the solution to my issue (recirc pump not providing instant hot water) on the internet so I canceled the appointment.
