He did all the work with friendliest tone and demeanor. Also this guy knows what he's talking about and what he is doing. Just had to mention the oustanding follow up service from Mr. Friedman's. The lights they installed for us stopped working and we weren't able to get them turned back on. Contacted Erick for a warranty repair and was replied to within 24 hours to set something up that week. He called a day earlier than scheduled to see if they could stop by since they were in the area. They diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour for no charge and we've had no problems since.
