Hired Blue State Electric to repair a flickering light on our brand new Hunter ceiling fan. Called on Thursday and spoke with Perla who was very nice. She was able to get us on the schedule for the next day and said it would be a $150 service call fee. The electrician who is also the owner showed up and repaired my son's ceiling fan and also found a wire that was not connected in another outlet. He was very nice and explained everything to us, gave us electric upgrade advice. I recommend Blue State Electric to all of my friends and family looking for electrical repairs and or upgrades. This company cares about their customers and it shows with their wonderful customer service! read more

Very professional and knowledgeable. I like they that explain things to you as well .

I think it's so lucky that I found this company out of a lot of companies. I got a service from them installing electrical outlet for a bidet and today, installing for a/c in my garage. They're so kind and knowledgeable, trustable about electricity and the most important thing was working fast. Thank you Blue! read more

We were matched with Blue State electric through the Home Depot professional referral. They responded within minutes of our inquiry and gave us a price and a date they could come out and replace our outdoor lights. When the technician showed up, he was extremely professional, reliable, and quick. He explained what he had done and confirmed everything worked before leaving. We were invoiced via email right after he left and overall the experience was awesome. We would definitely hire them again for future electrical needs. They were awesome! read more

I chose Blue State Electric based on their A plus BBB score and high rating and positive reviews on Yelp. The Electricians who came to my home were on-time, friendly, transparent, and skilled. Upon my request they inspected my home's electrical system and installed surge protectors on my circuit breaker panel and AC compressor. They explained the details of the work up-front and answered all my questions. The cost of the service and material was within market range. In the end, I was pleased with my experience and recommend this company to others. read more

You wrote a review for Bolt Electric Yesterday 11/9/2020 Teo and his employee showed up on time and thoroughly went through what I needed for installation of a office fan. Teo took time to answer my questions and even looked at another room where a handyman had messed up installation. It was a easy installment with no issues and looks so professional and I am appreciative that I was able to work with Teo and his employee. They covered up everything before they started which was good because I've had contractors in where they did not do that and I had to ask. There was no asking they already had it done and covered up. Once they were done they cleaned up the dry wall and my fan looks great! I am so happy and will be having Teo do more electrical work for us. To bad I don't have a money tree in the back yard because I would have Teo undo everything that was done the wrong way. At least moving forward I will have the rest of my projects done right! read more

Had new electrical boxes installed for a home office setup. Friendly and fast. Thank You!

They sent a repair person to my house today to have a look at my broken Electric car charger. After managing to remove the cover, the technician who they claimed on the phone was skilled in this type of work was on the phone with his boss several times trying to troubleshoot it. My boyfriend had to look up a YouTube video to help. Charged us $150 for literally nothing. Thanks a bunch. read more

Blue State Electric did a great job installing a NEMA-1450 outlet in my garage. Chris came fully prepared for my crowded circuit breaker box. He rewired some new tandem breakers to make room the new 50 amp breaker my car charger needed for 40 amp charging. He estimated about 2 hours and was actually done in 1:50 minutes! Super professional and very easy to talk to. Highly recommend this team. read more

Teo and his crew were awesome. Reached out to them from Yelp and received a response very quickly with an estimate to wire and instal 2 ceiling fans and replace the kitchen light. After collecting estimates I reached out to him to come check out what I need done and firm up the estimate. He was out that afternoon. We had work scheduled for the following week. Work was to begin between noon and 1pm. He called after 9:am and asked if I was available earlier. I was and they were here within 15 minutes. The guys were professional, clean, and polite. Work was completed in the same time frame as originally estimated and for the price quoted. Before they were even gone I'd already referred a friend to him! Five stars all the way! read more

I called blue state electric because my pool equipment stopped working and I needed the electrical outlets and GFI's checked. It was late in the afternoon, he was busy all week and could not get me on the schedule for a few days. I told him my pool would turn green, it was in the middle of summer and he rechecked his schedule and came that evening. It was just after a storm, tons of humidity and mosquitoes and he worked for almost 2 hours trying to find a solution. He was so kind, smart and knowledgeable and helped me find solutions to my pool problems that were amazing. I'm so grateful I called him and I will use him again for any electrical work I have! Thank you Teo! read more

Teo and his team were so awesome, they came to install new dimmers in my kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. I also had them install new ceiling fans in 3 rooms, new outlets throughout the entire house, and they even got my non working island kitchen to work again. I loved how respectful they were of my family, I was doing homework with my daughter in her room and I couldn't even tell they were in the house. When it came to installing in my daughters room they gave me a heads up so I could move her over to the room with lighting. I would definetely use them again, I have a future project coming up and I know I will use them again for the exterior upgraded I want to do for my home. Prices are decent compared to other 5 start electricians, and well worth it too. read more

I was in the process of hanging large tv on a wall, and I felt that I could do most of the work. But I don't like to mess with electrical unless it's a really easy job. Teo and his assistant installed an outlet exactly where it needed to be, plus helped me run the antenna connection and lift the TV on the mount for no extra charge. Teo was patient and friendly when I asked him stupid questions! He charged a very fair amount for the job. I would 100% recommend him to anyone. read more

I needed an electrician to install ceiling fans, lights, & timers in my new home, but none of the local electricians I called called me back. Teo is awesome! He's smart and really knows what he's doing. He's also very dependable and competitively priced. My husband and I had him hide all our cords behind our tv outside on our patio and it's flawless. He also helped us with a big project in our family room on our media wall.
