Hired Blue State Electric to repair a flickering light on our brand new Hunter ceiling fan. Called on Thursday and spoke with Perla who was very nice. She was able to get us on the schedule for the next day and said it would be a $150 service call fee. The electrician who is also the owner showed up and repaired my son's ceiling fan and also found a wire that was not connected in another outlet. He was very nice and explained everything to us, gave us electric upgrade advice. I recommend Blue State Electric to all of my friends and family looking for electrical repairs and or upgrades. You wrote a review for Bolt Electric Yesterday 11/9/2020 Teo and his employee showed up on time and thoroughly went through what I needed for installation of a office fan. Teo took time to answer my questions and even looked at another room where a handyman had messed up installation. It was a easy installment with no issues and looks so professional and I am appreciative that I was able to work with Teo and his employee. They covered up everything before they started which was good because I've had contractors in where they did not do that and I had to ask. There was no asking they already had it done and covered up. Once they were done they cleaned up the dry wall and my fan looks great! I am so happy and will be having Teo do more electrical work for us. To bad I don't have a money tree in the back yard because I would have Teo undo everything that was done the wrong way. Teo came out and installed a nema 14-50 outlet in the garage so I can charge my Tesla faster. We had a couple hiccups due to the placement of my breaker box and how it was installed, but he did a great job adapting and overcame that obstacle. He had to run to the local hardware store to get a specialized piece he normally doesn't carry and didn't price gouge me on the price of the part.
