We had an emergency situation with our rental property where an electrical plug and outlet at our air handler in the attic had melted, causing the AC unit not to work. He first tried to actually save us on the emergency visit cost, asking for photos and a detailed explanation to make sure he had the parts on hand before making the trip. Once we confirmed the issue, he came out, saw the issue, and even called his friend, an HVAC expert, to help get the AC unit back up and running after the electrical repairs were resolved.
