I have been meaning to write this review for months. Robert and his crew were nothing but stellar. They always showed up on time, they were respectful and fun to work with. I felt very comfortable with him and his team. They did an incredible job on the wiring/lighting for my office cabinets and shelving. And when the job ended up being a little more complicated than expected, Robert did not sweat it. As with all projects, sometimes things go wrong. So when his trainee put his foot through my ceiling while wiring in the attic, I originally gasped, but within minutes I knew I had chosen the right guy. Because he immediately got on the phone with his drywall guy making sure it was taken care off immediately. I absolutely recommend Robert. He is as good as they come, and doesn't take advantage. Wow! What a huge relief that was taken off my shoulders this morning thanks to Robert! We had been having some trouble with our bathroom GFCI outlets that we tried to fix on our own with the help of ChatGPT that ended up knocking out half the power to our house. And of course, it happened on a Saturday when everyone is closed or only charging an arm and a leg for 'after hour' calls... Came out to help me solve a mystery of why a plug wasn't working upstairs and not only were they prompt but they figured out the issue and took care of it super fast and with minimal hassle. We had an emergency situation with our rental property where an electrical plug and outlet at our air handler in the attic had melted, causing the AC unit not to work. Our tenant was roasting, this happening in July. It was a late, after hours request. He first tried to actually save us on the emergency visit cost, asking for photos and a detailed explanation to make sure he had the parts on hand before making the trip. Once we confirmed the issue, he came out, saw the issue, and even called his friend, an HVAC expert, to help get the AC unit back up and running after the electrical repairs were resolved. He then checked for other possible fire hazards, finding another extremely dangerous wire, which he then repaired. Robert went far above and beyond.
