This required a 50 foot run of 240V service through two walls and an attic. He pulled it off with confidence and expertise. Todd and Brian showed up on time for our appointment and patiently listened to my tale of woe - a…read moreGC I hired (and fired) had made a mess of my garage renovation project. Todd and Brian rapidly diagnosed problems found in my breaker box and sub panel, answered my questions, explained the issues in a way that I found easy to under. In fact, they were fun to watch and listen to as they went to work confirming what was to code and what was not. After investigating everything and said "no problem". Then I showed them the rest of the mess made by the GC I fired and again "no problem". Then they walked me through the work, to confirm what I wanted done, and recommended some much needed maintenance on some old breakers, which I was happy to get done, and then they gave me a quote. I hired them on the spot. On the scheduled date and time, they showed up and got to work. While they worked, they discovered a number of additional issues, and took care of them all. They discovered a brand new motion detector installed by my GC was wired wrong and was actually fried (my GC tried to tell me was completed work despite the fact that it never worked). The good news is: Todd and Brian finished all of the work on time, including the extra work. They were a pleasure to chat with and work through decisions, throughout the entire process. They were great even at the little things like: - letting us know before they turned the power off - recommending which appliances to turn off first - letting us know before they brought the power back on. - letting us know before they left for lunch, which doors they locked, and when they expected to return. ...this is just good customer service. When all of the work was done, they walked me through everything I asked for, showed everything they fixed or replaced, or installed and they even tripled checked some lines that went to my pool equipment that turned out to be extra. In my humble opinion, they went above and beyond in every way. Every problem I asked them to fix, got fixed. Every installation was exactly how they told me it would be during the estimate. And the work areas were clean (no snipped wires left all over the place, etc.). To me, having just gone through a nightmare scenario? Todd and Brian were exactly what I needed in terms of a positive experience from two qualified electricians, who were easy to chat with, and simply did a great job. I highly recommend Gorsuch Electric!!

He listened carefully to what I needed done and gave me an accurate quote over the phone. Due to having a sense of urgency in getting the project done, Alan got me scheduled the very next morning at 8:30 AM. Alan and Josh installed 3 ceiling fans and 5 crystal chandelier light fixtures. They showed up right on time, friendly, professional, and fully prepared with the proper tools and gear. I did not ask and did not expect, but they wore booties to protect my floors. They were extremely polite, careful, respectful and yet personable. Their attention to detail was outstanding. They precisely lined up three chandeliers in my main entrance hallway with precision, perfect spacing, and alignment. Josh even wore white gloves while carefully hanging each crystal one by one, which showed the level of care they put into their work. The ceiling fans, dimmer switches, and ceiling medallions were installed beautifully and created the dramatic, elegant look I was hoping for. What really stood out was their professionalism, communication, and honesty. The price Alan quoted over the phone remained exactly the same when the job was completed. The only increase was due to additional work I requested. They explained everything clearly before and after the work, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Any last-minute adjustments I requested were handled immediately, with no hesitation and always with a smile. They truly went above and beyond the original scope of work to make sure everything was perfect, and that level of service made me trust them and feel confident using them again for future projects. Working as a two-man team, they were efficient, knowledgeable, and supportive of each other to make sure everything was done correctly and on time. They clearly take pride in their work and offer top-notch handyman services at a very reasonable price. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy, prompt, and skilled handyman team, Alan and Josh are your guys! They can handle far more than just ceiling fans and chandeliers, and I will absolutely be hiring them again for future projects. Thank you again, Alan and Josh - You guys are the best!

I had some handyman projects, so I went online to search for highly rated handymen in my area. I…read morefound 5 of them -- two of them never responded to my inquiries, but three did. All three were responsive to my requests and all the pricing was pretty much in the same range. Veteran (Alan) was in the middle regarding the price he quoted, but I had a feeling that would be the best for us. I was obviously right. He was responsive to my multiple changing SOWs and on the day of the install, he showed up right on time with his son as his helper. The first day, he needed his son to help since I had an 85" TV to hang and also some pretty heavy wall mounted laundry room cabinets. He hung two TVs and installed the mounting brackets for me, and also installed 4 wall cabinets and 4 floor cabinets, along with a sink unit with plumbing. His estimate of time was spot on, and he took exactly the time he thought he might need to do the job. He was fast, efficient, courteous, cleaned-up after the job, and even took away the mountain of cardboard and packing materials that all the cabinetry and other stuff came in. I am a stickler for good customer service and for good work that you pay for, so if I say this guy is good, you can take that to the bank!! Postscript: I cannot believe he was so few reviews. I would think that everyone he works with would give him a good review. Also, as of this writing, he has two Yelp reviews that are not recommended. Why?? Those two reviews are 5-star reviews too and seem accurate and appropriate for what they say.
