I had an excellent experience with Top Choice Electric. I had a bad circuit breaker that took out my dryer. They answered the phone on Sunday which is very rare. Previously, I had left messages with 6 other electricians and none ever returned my call, even on Monday. That alone sets them apart from the other companies. They even used FaceTime to look over the problem with me to see if it was something they can help me with over the phone immediately to try to save me the service call and charge. Once we determined it needed to be replaced we arranged to have them come out and fix it. When they came they were very efficient and punctual. They quickly fixed the problem and made sure everything was functioning properly. They then offered to look over anything else we wanted since we had paid for an hour of service. They were focused on the job and making sure we were happy with the work. I liked that they didn't try to make me buy a membership or up sell me on any products like the last electrician we used did. I obtained quotes from 3 different Tesla-approved providers to install a charger in my garage for my new Model 3. This company was the only one that offered multiple installation options (over the roof or underground). The level of customer service and willingness to walk me through the pros and cons of each option was wonderful. They called me regularly regarding timing, scheduling, etc. Their crews always showed up on time, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. They even completed some paint touch-ups. Top Choice is the bomb! I called for a Tesla charging install for my home on Tuesday and they came out on Wednesday to give me a free quote and they completed the install on Friday. Cant get better service than this. Price was right and the electrician was knowledgeable about the charging unit. The electrician's were very friendly and also they liked how I made their job very easy since I needed a porch light and already had rough openings done for a slider and they just needed to come in and install and did not have to cut anything. On June 17 I called Top Choice and Joey came out at 7:00am and said my Breaker to my air conditioner was broke. He replaced it and did some other work.
