I felt very comfortable with him and his team. They did an incredible job on the wiring/lighting for my office cabinets and shelving. And when the job ended up being a little more complicated than expected, Robert did not sweat it. As with all projects, sometimes things go wrong. So when his trainee put his foot through my ceiling while wiring in the attic, I originally gasped, but within minutes I knew I had chosen the right guy. Because he immediately got on the phone with his drywall guy making sure it was taken care off immediately. I absolutely recommend Robert. He is as good as they come, and doesn't take advantage. The price they quoted was fair and competitive compared to the other quotes I received. The installation was not an easy job -- my electrical panel is on the opposite side of the house, which required running conduit and wiring a long distance. Despite the challenges, they did an excellent job with the panel work and routing the wire exactly where it needed to go. They stayed persistent and didn't stop until everything was completed properly. They even went above and beyond when they accidentally damaged my irrigation line during the install. They repaired it for me, even though it wasn't part of the original scope of work. That kind of integrity really stood out. The only minor issue was some leftover caulk on the bricks around an LB conduit body that needed a little extra cleaning, but it was a very small thing and not a big deal at all. Once the job was finished, they cleaned up the entire area thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Miller and Sons for electrical work, especially for Tesla Wall Connector or EV charger installations.

We had a level 2 charger installed and also opted to have a whole house surge protector put on. Best decision for peace of mind. Our electrical pane is on the opposite side of our garage, so Isidro had to run a line all the way through our attic.

On top of good communication and being on time, the team helped us with designing the lights and switches. Having their experience provided us confidence and comfort from start to finish. We explained what the problem was with our washing machine before they came. The guy showed up and…read morelooked at it for 1 minute and immediately said the grinding and loud noise means the washing machine is done and would cost just as much to buy a new machine. So we paid $125 for someone to come and immediately say it's not worth fixing. I think they knew ahead of time it wasn't worth fixing but sent someone out anyway and took our money. Just didn't sit right with us. On another note the tech that came out was very nice and explained the situation. We just feel robbed.

Our LED board light went out in our fridge. Called and ordered a new one since we were still…read moregetting power to the plug. The new board did not work as well so we called Thomas Home Services. They were nice on the phone, stated they would charge us a tech call fee to come out and determine what the issue was which is understandable. They stated after they figure out what the problem is, they would apply the $125 service call to the bill if we moved forward with the repairs. After the service guy came out, which he was very nice and knowledgeable, he stated it was the 2 small switches in front and our transformer underneath. Stated it was $680 - $125 for everything. We agreed but they stated they had to order the parts and they would come back the following week around Tuesday. Tuesday came and we did not hear from them. I called them on Wednesday and they stated the parts came in and would have someone call me. Again, another day went by and no one called. I had to call back in where they told me they could not come out until Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week and would put us on the 1st stop at 8am. We scheduled for Tuesday. 8:20am came by and no word. I called and asked if someone was coming and the lady stated the service guy had to stop by the parts store to pickup the parts and then would head our way. The guy finally showed up at 8:45am. Mind you, I was advised the previous week by 2 people the parts were in and they already had them on hand. After the service guy installed the 2 switches which took about 10 -15 min, he started on the transformer. After we swapped out the transformer, he proceeded to advise us that it was not the transformer but most likely something with the internal wiring and they would have to pull the built in fridge out and start to tear things apart to find out where the break in the wire was bad. We did not want to spend the money on that. They ended up billing us $400 for 2 switches. I spoke to the manager and he stated they don't charge by the hour, just what the billing time states for the parts. I asked him for a breakdown of labor and parts and he stated they don't do invoices that way. I would assume it is THEIR way of covering all the labor they did on our fridge for something that did not need to be replaced which they misdiagnosed from the beginning. Now, here comes more horrible service: I looked under the fridge to see how things were put back as I had a bad feeling after what they did on the above. The service guy only put 1 screw back on to hold the cover plate. He did not put the other 2 screws on. After I took the cover plate off, the service guy did not put the transformer cover back on as well. He shoved it back under the fridge and put all the screws under the fridge laying on the ground. Every time you call this place, they asked you how they can put a smile on your face. What a joke. I would never use this company nor recommend them. They did not finish the job and wasted our time/money.

I had Jon install a Tesla charger in my garage, and I highly recommend him…read more My electrical panel is on the opposite side of the house and doesn't share a wall with the garage, so every highly rated, licensed electrician I contacted in the Phoenix area quoted me a very high price to run the wiring through the attic. Jon came in with one of the best rates without cutting corners. More importantly, I wanted the charger to be mounted flush against the wall with no exposed wires or conduit. Other electricians told me my only options were to run a metal conduit down from the garage ceiling or cut open a large section of drywall to route the wiring inside the wall, both of which would have increased the cost and affected the finished appearance. For Jon, it wasn't an issue at all. He was able to run the wiring behind the wall without cutting any drywall, and he completed the entire installation in about two hours. The finished result looks clean, professional, and exactly how I envisioned it. You can tell he uses high quality materials and takes pride in his work. His years of electrical experience really show in the quality of his craftsmanship. If you're looking for someone to install an EV charger, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jon.

She was able to get us on the schedule for the next day and said it would be a $150 service call fee. The electrician who is also the owner showed up and repaired my son's ceiling fan and also found a wire that was not connected in another outlet. He was very nice and explained everything to us, gave us electric upgrade advice. I recommend Blue State Electric to all of my friends and family looking for electrical repairs and or upgrades. This company cares about their customers and it shows with their wonderful customer service!
