Alan and his crew were one of my favorite businesses to work with throughout our house remodel. A…read morerecommendation from the person who sold us the house, Alan was great to work with. He was able to come out pretty quickly after my call to do a walk though and give me an estimate. He also asked me a ton of questions that really made me think though the best place where new outlets and switches should go. Honestly I didn't put any thought into that before he asked. Based on his recommendations I even added an extra outlet that has become very handy in the kitchen. His company also did a great job IDing everything on our electrical panel since nothing was labeled, put in wiring and switches for 2 ceiling fans, new recessed lighting in the living room and kitchen and a new 3 way switch in the hallway. When doing electrical, there is so much that is best left to the professionals and these guys did a great job, did it in a timely manner, had quality professionals and did an amazing job! This was probably the most expensive part of our remodel, but if I had a choice it would have been the only thing I spent money on if I had to. Since the remodel I've called them out to do some work on another house and he was able to fix that issue very quickly and with a reasonable fee. Thanks again!

BE WARNED residential customers. We needed $3500 of electrical work done in the house. Be sure to…read moreSTICK to the scope of work planned... less work was done than planned and the electrician AGREED it will be a reduction in price. A recessed outlet was supposed to be installed from a new attic junction box. They powered it from a switch 3 feet away without the attic junction box and without accessing the attic. Furthermore, they installed a regular outlet and not a recessed outlet. Less work was performed and the electrician verbally agreed a price reduction should occur. An outlet in the kitchen, adjacent to the garage, was supposed to have been cleaned up with 2 additional junction boxes. No additional junction boxes were installed. Electrician added longer pig-tails to power the outlet and screwed the dry wall removed from the opposite side (garage side). Less work was performed and the electrician verbally agreed a price reduction should occur. Existing conduit on the east side of the house was to be replaced with larger conduit. Existing conduit was not replaced. Less work was performed and the electrician verbally agreed a price reduction should occur. Our electrician stated that he must input the work performed into their system, it would be compared to the original work scope, and lead to a price adjustment. Upon receiving the invoice for the original work scope at the original price, we emailed Look Electric and their response was simply that they expect full payment. I called and spoke to Bo Bowman - who sent the email. He mentioned that he spoke to his electrician and the electrician stated he had no conversation with me about any cost reductions. The electrician lied. I stated that I intend to pay $3000 since that is a reflection of the work performed and he stated his people worked 32.5 hours when he scoped 32 hours and claimed he lost money on the job. I then stated that he needs to send men back to my home to complete the work quoted if I need to pay the full amount. He then threatened to place a lien on our home for less than $500. Residential customers BE WARNED not to get ripped off by Bo Bowman and Look Electric. Look Electric is an unethical company that takes advantage of residential customers and sends employees who lie about cost reductions. John N. Phoenix, AZ

I researched and called a few companies to come out and quote our very extensive project: add alumiconn lugnuts to entire house and replace panel from 1974. Alazar and Liam came out and were amazing. Immediately making our questionable outlet safe. Once we received our estimate for both projects, they got down to working with SRP for our upgrade and getting SRP out to ensure what needed to be done on their part. All of this without a signed contract - just an estimate. Once we signed up for the alumiconn remediation, 4 electricians one day and 2 the next completed our entire home. They were polite, respectful, answered our questions, cleaned up after themselves and informed us all along the way any outlets and plugs that had already been done prior and did not need remediation. The final bill was over $3000 LESS then their quote. We cannot recommend them enough. From Brook who answers the phone to every electrician we worked with - they were amazing. We still have the 2nd phase of our project to do - the panel upgrade and we have every confidence in them. Our home is safe and we are so relieved we choose Blue Electric.

Victor and his team are AWESOME!…read more We have an older home in Central Phoenix (1957), we were doing updates on. I had received 3 quotes, Victor's being the last, and I only wish I had know about these guys before I spent thousands of dollars with less professional and reliable contractors. Prices are very reasonable. They were professional, reliable and very knowledgable about my electric as well as the new duct work that they installed. Talking to both Victor and his worker, they are nice guys, wanting to do an honest days work for an honest days pay. I did read all the reviews including the one negative, and I would not give it much clout. As someone who used to work for an HVAC/Plumbing company, there is always going to be a few no matter how hard you try that want to back out of their obligation. I have worked with hundreds of contractors through the years, both personally and professionally and Hope is legit. Do yourself a favor and use these guys you will not be disappointed. I know they will be the first company I call for any future renovations or projects.
