Dropped in to see products. Most unfriendly lady at the front desk. Zero help. Find another place to shop.

This place does not exist. Do not go. I did and turns out it was a completely different business and not a lighting company either.

One of the fixtures -- a $5,000 stock chandelier -- was never installed due to builder-related issues and remains unopened in its original box. Our designer notified the company of our intent to return the fixture prior to move-in, and we followed up within the first month of living in the home. Despite the item being a standard stock product, unopened, and never installed or used, the company declined to issue a refund and would only offer store credit with a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping. We are not attempting to return any other fixtures from our project and are simply seeking a refund (less reasonable restocking/shipping fees) on one unopened stock item. Given the scale of our overall purchase and the fact that this fixture was never installed, we were disappointed with the lack of flexibility.

Went on this ween on an early afternoon. There were about 5-6 sales people there and one other customer. I had some questions regarding a fixture and the all sat at their computers staring at the screens typing. They were talking amongst each other and one sales person was helping a customer in the back of the shop showing her lights on a screen. I was there about 15 minutes, not a word from anyone and I decided to leave, they never even looked up. I'll go somewhere else for sourcing!

I wasn't really impressed with anything I'd seen at stores like Lowe's or Home Depot. A few websites and online stores did offer LED solutions, but once you began to consider that you'd need to order power supplies, dimmers and other hardware, the concept of LED work surface lighting and under cabinet lighting became an expensive one. I then came across this company, Inspired LED. I saw some of their products listed on Amazon.com; Almost everything they sold had good reviews and high ratings from their customers, and a few reviewers also took note of this company's exceptional customer service. I went directly to this company's website and ordered a few sets of their warm white "Super Bright 21 LED Deluxe Kits". Each kit got me 3 10 inch LED strips, each with 21 warm white LEDs, all the mounting screws, connecting cables and cable organizing clips I'd need, plus the power supplies which were included. I also ordered a dimmer for each kit from this company's accessories page. I felt the price was fair for what I got, shipping and tax were included in the purchase price, and the merchandise I ordered arrived to me via USPS priority mail within 2 days. When I got the LEDs I'd ordered, I saw some other products in the enclosed literature that I didn't see on their website. I called the company, explained that I might prefer the fixtures I saw in the literature they sent, and the guy who answered said "No problem, send the LEDs you have back to us and we'll exchange them for what you want". In the end, after chatting with him and getting more details I decided to keep the ones I'd ordered, but it was great that they were immediately willing to exchange what I bought if I'd wanted to. While the LEDs this company sells aren't the brightest I've seen, and the "warm white" LEDs aren't the best version of warm white (they could do with a "color correcting" amber LED every several segments to make it look more like the color range you might get from a warm white incandescent lamp), these are more than adequate for my needs, the price was fair, and they should serve my needs for the next several years, as LEDs are expected to last for 50,000 hours or more at full intensity.

Unfortunately, after taking classes here for 6 months, I can't say that I will return again. Im…read morekind of relieved that I used up my last pass tonight. I don't like giving places bad reviews, but I also know that as a paying customer, I deserve to be treated right. This kind of feels like when you first start dating someone, everything seems great, but then as the months go by, you realize, oh dear, I've made a grave mistake and need to get out of the situation. Thats exactly my feeling about this studio. Read on to see why you should go elsewhere. They opened about 6 months ago and I saw their ad on IG so stopped by for a free class. The class was ok and I then talked to the owner. What's interesting is that she said I could not sign up for their new student special of 3 classes for $40 because I just had a free class (even though it was their grand opening - I should have known then to not sign up for anything), and then proceeded to tell me about memberships. I rarely get memberships as I like to cross train and check out various venues. So, I signed up for 10 classes for $250. Its a good rate for reformer pilates, so I thought maybe it will work out. But sometimes gut instincts are spot on and I should have listened to my intuition. Owner then joined a few classes at the beginning when they first opened and randomly she would be in the classes I took, but she was pretty unfriendly and didnt bother to say hi to me even though we were in several classes together. That definitely didnt leave a good impression on me. She was kind of stuck up and said she works in corporate sales or something and that this is just a side hustle. That definitely left an even more sour taste in my mouth. One time I signed up for an early afternoon class but by the time I got there, the class was canceled and it become an open reformer class, so you do the exercises yourself. I didnt want to waste the class and already drove over, so did teach myself the sets but that wasnt ideal. The interior of this studio is weird and just not very aesthetically appealing to me. I am sensitive to light and the florescent lighting just does not work for me. I feel like I am doing reformer pilates in a hospital. I also found the machines to be a bit gross after 6 months as the straps are quite worn now and sometimes the floors are kind of dirty (lots of hair) and makes me want to leave this place quickly. The sound system in the studio is awful and very scatchy sounding. Cheap equipment. The cubby area is also a very tight space and so when class is over, its like a traffic jam to get out. Bathroom has only one stall, so can be a wait. To be honest, I just kind of dreaded this entire 6 month experience, but I am not a wasteful person so I made sure I used up my 10 passes. The other thing is that there is a 6 month expiration on packs you buy, so beware of that, very short window to use your passes. Their class sign up system is also clunky and I didnt enjoy that either. I prefer MindBody. The reason this place gets two stars and not one is that most of the instructors have been good and they do really try to teach a good class. The problem is everything else including the owner. I just refuse to support a business where so many things aren't working for me. Overall, its probably one of the worst studios I've experienced and I've been exercising for a good 25 years and practiced a lot of different yoga & pilates all over the world. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere where youre treated right and actually feel excited about the classes you're taking. Im definitely breaking up with this place.

This studio is really cute as it also doubles as a plant shop. Pilates studios are always expensive but they currently have some founding/new member deals. The staff were welcoming.
