I applied anyway and was approved for $8,000 on the spot -- which says a lot about both my credit and his professionalism. The quality control and customer service here are equally disappointing. I've filed complaints with the Arizona Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and Synchrony Bank for the defective merchandise and lack of accountability. It was honestly quite shocking to witness while looking for some outdoor patio furniture here. After browsing and seeing the conditions their outdoor showroom was in, it was a hard pass! Not only that, the sales team can stand around and approach potentially clients like a used car salesman, but not care one bit about the standards of what they are trying to sell you on?! They are either completely oblivious or are blind to the conditions of their merchandise they're trying to sell. They should be ashamed & embarrassed, there is no excuses for the appearance of their furnishings. We were "in and out" in a matter of time and are thankful learning after the fact- that many customers have had negative experiences from nightmare problems with their products & purchases, to third party delivery services that aren't under contract with the business & aren't insured. Finally; not honoring their warranties and extended warranty coverages.
